A novel compound (NH4)2Y(H2O)8[PMo10V2O40]·10H2O has been prepared in an aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and TG-DTG analysis. X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out on (NH4)2Y(H2O)8 [PMo10V2O40]·10H2O single crystal, which crystallizes in the monoclinic system of a space group P21/C with a=0.9871(3) nm,b=1.5424(5) nm,c=2.7924(9) nm,β=94.183(5)°and Z=2. In the compound, a two-dimensional network is constructed by the PMo10V2O405- anion and the Y(H2O)83+ cation building blocks via hydrogen bonding exhibiting the porous structure.

The enthalpy change of formation of the reaction of hydrous dysprosium chloride with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) and 1,10-phenanthroline (o-phen·H2O) in absolute ethanol at 298.15 K has been determined as (-16.12±0.05) kJ·mol-1 by a microcalor-meter. Thermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy and the activation free energy), rate constant and kinetics parameters (the apparent activation energy, the pre-exponential constant and the reaction order) of the reaction have also been calculated. The enthalpy change of the solid-phase reaction at 298.15 K has been obtained as (53.59±0.29) kJ·mol-1 by a thermochemistry cycle. The values of the enthalpy change of formation both in liquid-phase and solid-phase reaction indicated that the complex could only be synthesized in liquid-phase reaction.

The thermal behavior of the complex Pr[(C5H8NS2)3(C12H8N2)] in a dry nitrogen flow was examined by TG-DTG analysis. The TG-DTG investigations indicated that Pr[(C5H8NS2)3-(C12H8N2)] was decomposed into Pr2S3 and deposited carbon in one step where Pr2S3 predominated in the final products. The results of non-isothermal kinetic calculations showed that the decomposition stage was the random nucleation and subsequent growth mechanism (n = 2/3), the corresponding apparent activation energy ?was 115.89 kJ·mol-1 and the pre-expo-nential constant ln[A/s] was 7.8697. The empirical kinetics model equation was proposed as/(α) =3/2(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]1/*** X-ray powder diffraction patterns of the thermal decomposition products at 800℃under N2 atmosphere show that the product can be indexed to the cubic Pr2S3 phase. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) of the final product reveals the particle appearance of a diameter within 40 nm. The experimental results show that the praseodymium sulfide nanocrystal can be prepared from thermal decomposition of Pr[(C5H8NS2)3(C12H8N2)].

The complex of samaric chloride lower hydrate with diethylammoniumdiethyldithiocarbamate (D-DDC) was synthesized conveniently in absolute alcohol and dry N_2atmosphere. The title complex was identified as Et_2NH_2[Sm(S_2CNEt_2)_4] by chemical and elementalanalyses, the bonding characteristics of which was characterized by IR. The enthalpies of solutionof samaric chloride hydrate and D-DDC in absolute alcohol at 298.15 K and the enthalpies change ofliquid-phase reaction of formation for Et_2NH_2[Sm(S_2CNEt_2)_4] at different temperatures weredetermined by mi-crocalorimetry. On the basis of experimental and calculated results, threethermodynamic parameters (the activation enthalpy, the activation entropy, and the activation freeenergy), the rate constant, and three kinetic parameters (the apparent activation energy, thepre-exponential constant, and the reaction order) of liquid phase reaction of formation wereobtained. The enthalpy change of the solid-phase title reaction at 298.15 K was calculated by athermochemical cycle.

Single-molecule localization microscopy(SMLM)enables three-dimensional(3D)investigation of nanoscale structures in biological samples,offering unique insights into their ***,traditional 3D super-resolution microscopy using high numerical aperture(NA)objectives is limited by imaging depth of field(DOF),restricting their practical application to relatively thin biological ***,we developed a unified solution for thick sample super-resolution imaging using a deformable mirror(DM)which served for fast remote focusing,optimized point spread function(PSF)engineering,and accurate aberration *** effectively correcting the system aberrations introduced during remote focusing and sample aberrations at different imaging depths,we achieved high-accuracy,large DOF imaging(~8μm)of the whole-cell organelles[i.e.,nuclear pore complex(NPC),microtubules,and mitochondria]with a nearly uniform resolution of approximately 35 nm across the entire cellular volume.

The Nd-doped BaTiO3 nanocrystalline powders and ceramics with different Ti/Ba ratios were prepared by sol-gel method. Phases and microstructures of the Nd-doped BaTiO3based powders and ceramics were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM methods. The results revealed that the powders synthesized by sol-gel method were nanometer scale (30-60 nm)and were mainly composed of cubic BaTiO3 with a small amount of BaCO3. After sintering at high temperature, both cubic BaTiO3 and BaCO3 were transformed into tetrahedron BaTiO3 *** dielectric properties of the ceramics were also determined and the influence of Ti/Ba ratio on the dielectric properties was discussed. The Tc did not change with the variation of Ti/Ba ratio,while the εmax increased firstly and then decreased. The excess TiO2 is benefit for the modification of ceramics' microstructure and dielectric properties.

Combustion energies and standard molar enthalpies of formation for the complexes of the first-row transitional metal chlorides with L-α-histidine

Seven novel solid complexes of the first-row transitional metal with L-a -histidine were synthesized, and their compositions were determined. The constant-volume combustion energies of the complexes were measured by a precision rotation bomb calorimeter. The standard molar enthalpies of combustion and the standard molar enthalpies of formation were calculated. The results indicated that the plots of the standard enthalpies of formation against the atomic number of the metal show a regularity of zigzag.

hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection results in liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).HBx/nuclear factor(NF)-κB pathway plays a role in HBV ***,whether NF-κB-interacting long noncoding RNA(NKILA),a suppressor of NF-κB activation,regulates HBV replication remains largely *** this study,gain-and-loss experiments showed that NKILA inhibited HBV replication by inhibiting NF-κB *** turn,HBV infection down-regulated NKILA *** addition,expression levels of NKILA were lower in the peripheral blood-derived monocytes(PBMCs)of HBV-positive patients than in healthy individuals,which were correlated with HBV viral *** a negative correlation between NKILA expression level and HBV viral loads was observed in blood serum from HBV-positive *** levels of endogenous NKILA were also observed in hepG2 cells expressing a 1.3-fold HBV genome,HBV-infected hepG2-NTCP cells,stable HBV-producing hepG2.2.15 and hepAD38 cells,compared to those HBV-negative ***,HBx was required for NKILA-mediated inhibition on HBV *** decreased HBx-induced NF-κB activation by interrupting the interaction between HBx and p65,whereas NKILA mutants lack of essential domains for NF-κB inhibition,lost the ability to inhibit HBV ***,our data demonstrate that NKILA may serve as a suppressor of HBV replication via NF-κB signalling.
