BACKGROUND Genetic factors of chronic intestinal ulcers are increasingly garnering *** present a case of chronic intestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with mu-tations of the activin A receptor type II-like 1(ACVRL1)and phospholipase A2 group IVA(PLA2G4A)genes and review the available relevant *** SUMMARY A 20-year-old man was admitted to our center with a 6-year history of recurrent abdominal pain,diarrhea,and dark *** the onset 6 years ago,the patient had received treatment at a local hospital for abdominal pain persisting for 7 d,under the diagnosis of diffuse peritonitis,acute gangrenous appendicitis with perforation,adhesive intestinal obstruction,and pelvic *** surgical treat-ment included exploratory laparotomy,appendectomy,intestinal adhesiolysis,and pelvic abscess *** patient’s condition improved and he was ***,the recurrent episodes of abdominal pain and passage of black stools started again one year after *** the basis of these features and results of subsequent colonoscopy,the clinical diagnosis was established as in-flammatory bowel disease(IBD).Accordingly,aminosalicylic acid,immunotherapy,and related symptomatic treatment were administered,but the symptoms of the patient did not improve *** investigations revealed mutations in the ACVRL1 and PLA2G4A ***1 and PLA2G4A are involved in angiogenesis and coagulation,*** suggests that the chronic intestinal ulcers and bleeding in this case may be linked to mutations in the ACVRL1 and PLA2G4A *** Kangfuxin liquid was administered to promote healing of the intestinal mucosa and effectively manage clinical *** Mutations in the ACVRL1 and PLA2G4A genes may be one of the causes of chronic intestinal ulcers and bleeding in *** administered Kangfuxin liquid may have therapeutic potential.

后电影视觉指的是以计算机与互联网为表征的数字观影方式,它表现出当代视觉媒介发展的阶段性特征,呈现为一种泛媒介化的视听景观。媒介生态的数字化进程将电影的观影环境置于以界面为主体的权利结构之中,引发了数字界面化的经验转向。从传统观影中“洞穴隐喻”的凝视客体到数字观影中“界面效应”的操作用户,多种形态的界面装置,从观看层面对影像交互的物质性基础进行了改造,使“观众”转变为“用户”,影像转变为“界面—影像”,并塑造了以介入式感知、浏览化视点与具身化参与为主的新型界面交互逻辑。

针对一类具有不确定控制增益的严格反馈系统,提出一种基于命令滤波反推技术的自适应神经网络控制方法.该方法采用神经网络对系统中的未知非线性函数进行逼近,并引入命令滤波反推技术克服“计算膨胀”的问题.与现有的命令滤波反推控制文献相比,本文通过构造自适应误差补偿系统,同时消除滤波器产生的边界层误差和不确定控制增益对系统性能造成的影响.仿真结果验证了所提控制方法的有效性.

在合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)系统中,舰船目标在中高海情下的三维转动会导致多普勒频谱时变和图像散焦,并对后续SAR舰船目标的信息解释造成不利影响.针对三维转动舰船目标的重聚焦问题,本文提出一种基于最小熵准则与生成对抗网络的SAR三维转动舰船目标重聚焦方法,设计了生成器和判别器的网络结构.生成器将散焦SAR舰船复图像变换到距离-多普勒域,利用相位误差系数估计网络逐距离单元估计相位误差系数,并实现对多阶次相位误差的补偿.判别器由一个复数域卷积神经网络构成,其所有元素,包括卷积层、激活函数、特征图和网络参数,均被扩展到复数域.损失函数中引入最小熵准则和对抗损失进行无监督训练,避免非合作舰船目标标注样本难以获取的问题.在仿真数据和高分三号SAR数据上的实验表明,该方法在重聚焦精度和效率上均有显著提升.

基于PPARG/FABP4/GPX4通路研究淫羊藿苷诱导hepG2肝癌细胞铁死亡的作用机制

该研究探索了淫羊藿苷诱导肝癌细胞铁死亡的机制。通过生物信息学方法筛选淫羊藿苷的潜在靶点;构建了蛋白-蛋白互作网络与通路富集,利用分子对接技术评估了淫羊藿苷与靶点的结合能力;通过预测患者生存率来构建一套临床预测模型;同时采用cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)、EdU和克隆形成实验检测肝癌细胞的活性和增殖情况;比色法试剂盒及BODIPY 581/591 C1荧光探针用来检测细胞内铁离子和脂质过氧化水平。采用RT-qPCR和Western blot检测GPX4、xCT、PPARG和FABP4的mRNA和蛋白水平,以确定这些铁死亡相关基因在淫羊藿苷效应中的表达变化。通过生物信息学分析筛选出的6个干预靶点AR、AURKA、PPARG、AKR1C3、ALB、NQO1构成一个风险评分系统,有助于评估肝癌患者生存预后。结合患者年龄和TNM分期,开发了1个Nomogram临床预测模型,以预测肝癌患者1、3、5年的生存。实验研究结果发现,淫羊藿苷能有效地抑制肝癌细胞hepG2的活性和增殖,并能显著调节Fe^(2+)、MDA、脂质过氧化ROS水平,降低GSH水平,揭示其潜在的诱导肝癌细胞铁死亡的能力。淫羊藿苷能降低GPX4和xCT的表达(P<0.01),诱导肝癌细胞铁死亡,可能与抑制PPARG、FABP4有关(P<0.01)。综上,淫羊藿苷通过PPARG/FABP4/GPX4通路,诱导肝癌细胞铁死亡,为利用中药淫羊藿苷预防或治疗肝癌提供了实验基础。

Superconductivity in kagome metal ThRu3Si2

We report the physical properties of ThRu3Si2featured with distorted Ru kagome lattice. The combined experiments of resistivity, magnetization and specific heat reveal bulk superconductivity with Tc= 3.8 K. The specific heat jump and calculated electron–phonon coupling indicate a moderate coupled BCS superconductor. In comparison with LaRu3Si2,the calculated electronic structure in ThRu3Si2shows an electron-doping effect with electron filling lifted from 100 meV below flat bands to 300 meV above it. This explains the lower superconducting transition temperature and weaker electron correlations observed in ThRu3Si2. Our work suggests the Tc and electronic correlations in the kagome superconductor could have an intimate connection with the flat bands.
