The rational design of photochemical molecular device(PMD)and its hybrid system has great potential in improving the activity of photocatalytic hydrogen production.A series of Pd6L3 type metal-organic cages,denoted as MOC-Py-M(M=H,Cu,and Zn),are designed for PMDs by combining metalloporphyrin-based ligands with catalytically active Pd^(2+)*** metal-organic cages(MOCs)are first successfully hybridized with graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))to form direct Z-scheme heterogeneous MOC-Py-M/g-C_(3)N_(4)(M=H,Cu,and Zn)photocatalysts via π-π*** from its better light absorption ability,the MOC-Py-Zn/g-C_(3)N_(4) catalyst exhibits high H_(2) production activity under visible light(10348μmol g^(-1) h^(-1)),far superior to MOC-Py-H/g-C_(3)N_(4) and MOC-Py-Cu/g-C_(3)N_(4).Moreover,the MOC-Py-Zn/g-C_(3)N_(4) system obtains an enhanced turn over number(TON)value of 32616 within 100 h,outperforming the homogenous MOC-Py-Zn(TON of 507 within 100 h),which is one of the highest photochemical hybrid systems based on MOC for visible-light-driven hydrogen *** confirms the direct Z-scheme heterostructure can promote effective charge transfer,expand the visible light absorption region,and protect the cages from decomposition in MOC-Py-Zn/g-C_(3)N_(4).This work presents a creative example that direct Z-scheme PMD-based systems for effective and persistent hydrogen generation from water under visible light are obtained by heterogenization approach using homogeneous porphyrin-based MOCs and g-C_(3)N_(4) semiconductors.

We report on the experimental investigation and theoretical analysis of a nanosecond pulse high power ultraviolet（UV） 278 nm laser by fourth-harmonic generation（FHG） of a 1112-nm Nd：YAG amplifier in LiB3O5（LBO） and CsB3O5（CBO） crystals. The UV laser delivers a maximum average power of 10.3 W at 278 nm with peak power of 36.8 k W under input pump power of 41 W at 556 nm. This is, to the best of our knowledge, the highest output power at the specific UV wavelength of 278 nm. We also performed the theoretical investigation on the FHG with a model in the Gaussian approximation of both spatial and temporal profiles, especially accounting for the two-photon absorption effect in CBO crystal for the first time. The average output power, pulse width, and beam spatial distribution of the UV laser were simulated. The theoretical calculations are in close agreement with the experimental results.

旨在通过脂多糖(LPS)建立RAW264.7细胞与BALB/c小鼠炎症模型进行体内外试验,探讨熊果酸对LPS诱导炎症的保护作用。体外采用MTT法测定熊果酸和LPS对RAW264.7细胞活力的影响,中性红测试熊果酸对LPS刺激RAW264.7细胞吞噬能力的影响,Griess法测定NO释放水平;荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)测定JAK激酶1(JAK1)/信号转导子和转录激活子3(STAT3)信号通路和炎症因子mRNA表达水平。BALB/c小鼠灌胃熊果酸分为25 mg/kg的低剂量组(UA-L)、50 mg/kg的中剂量组(UA-M)和100 mg/kg的高剂量组(UA-H),每只小鼠200μL/d,灌胃7 d,腹腔注射LPS诱导炎症反应后采集脾脏,计算脾脏指数,使用流式细胞术测定脾脏T细胞分化和Th17/Treg平衡,RT-qPCR方法验证α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1、JAK1和STAT3的mRNA表达水平。结果:熊果酸在12.5μg/mL范围内对细胞活力无影响(P>0.05),LPS浓度为1μg/mL时,细胞存活率为54.55%;LPS刺激后RAW264.7细胞吞噬能力显著下降(P<0.05),NO释放水平显著上升(P<0.05);熊果酸干预后,细胞吞噬能力呈剂量依赖式上升,NO释放水平下降。RT-qPCR结果表明,RAW264.7细胞经LPS刺激后,一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、JAK1和STAT3的mRNA表达水平均显著上升(P<0.05);熊果酸干预后,上述因子mRNA表达水平均显著下降(P<0.05)。体内试验结果表明,腹腔注射LPS后,小鼠脾脏指数显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和Th17/Treg细胞出现失衡;不同剂量熊果酸干预后脾脏指数均显著降低(P<0.05),对小鼠CD4^(+)和CD8^(+)细胞分化具有明显促进作用,同时改善Th17/Treg失衡;腹腔注射LPS的小鼠脾脏IL-1、TNF-α、JAK1和STAT3的mRNA表达水平均显著上升(P<0.05),提前饲喂熊果酸能改善这一情况。综上,熊果酸通过调节炎症因子、改善T细胞分化失衡,从而降低由LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞和小鼠的炎症反应。

A modified tricuspid valve annuloplasty technique for functional tricuspid regurgitation

Background Functional tricuspid regurgitation often occurs in patients with concomitant left sided, valve disease. Several types of tricuspid valve annuloplasty have been described, but there is no consensus on the management of functional tricuspid regurgitation. We report a modified annuloplasty technique and compare its efficacy with the conventional Kay technique. Methods A retrospective review was made of 60 patients who received tricuspid valve annuloplasty （group A, modified method; group B, Kay technique） and the early and midterm outcomes of modified method and Kay technique were compared. Results Three patients underwent ring annuloplasty using a semirigid Carpentier-Edwards ring due to failing suture annuloplasty. All patients were completely cured when they left the hospital. The follow-up time was （32＋7） months in group A and （30＋7） months in group B. After three years, tricuspid regurgitation decreased by more than two grades in 13 patients in group A and 11 in group B. The mean postoperative regurgitation grade in group A was lower than group B at 12, 24 and 36 months but not significantly. Three of 28 patients developed recurrent tricuspid regurgitation in group A and five of 26 patients in group B during the follow-up period （three deaths and three ring annuloplasties excluded）. Freedom from recurrent tricuspid regurgitation in group A was higher than that group B at all follow-up points. Postoperative right atrium diameter, right ventricle endodiastolic dimension and tricuspid regurgitation area decreased obviously in both groups. The right ventricle endodiastolic dimension and tricuspid regurgitation area improved more significantly in group A than group B over three years of follow-up, Conclusions The modified annuloplasty technique achieved the same outcomes as the conventional Kay annuloplasty over the first three years postoperation. The mechanical and diffusion properties of Ti-Ta-Fe alloys in the Ti-rich region were investigated by utilizing a high-throughput method, with the combination of nanoindentation and diffusion couple *** groups of ternary Ti-Ta-Fe diffusion couples were prepared after annealing at 1273 K for 25 h. The composition-dependent mechanical properties of bcc Ti-Ta-Fe system were experimentally determined by means of nanoindentation and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA) techniques. Moreover, the interdiffusion coefficients of Ti-Ta-Fe alloys at 1273 K were confirmed from the composition gradients of the ternary diffusion couples with the support of a pragmatic numerical inverse method. A composition-dependent database on the mechanical and diffusion properties of Ti-Ta-Fe alloys was carefully established and utilized for the discussion of the processability during the hot working. The results indicated that the content of Fe should be controlled for the Ti alloys with high hardness and low Young’s modulus.

BACKGROUND： As a member of the LIM protein family Ⅱ, cysteine- and glycine-rich protein-2 （CRP2） has been demonstrated to play a role in the regulation of growth and differentiation of eukaryotic cells. Our previous study has demonstrated that CRP2 can be detected in the embryonic rat inner ear but not in the adult rat inner ear. However, at present, the expression of LIM protein family H members in stem or precursor cells has not been described. OBJECTIVE： To determine the expression and sub-cellular localization of CRP2 in olfactory stem cells. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： An experiment with repeated measures was performed in the Laboratory of Otorhinolaryngology, head and Neck Surgery, Xijing Hospital, the Fourth Military Medical University from February 2008 to April 2008. MATERIALS： Olfactory stem cells, and rabbit-anti-CRP2 polyclonal antibody were prepared and kept in our laboratory. METHODS： Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analysis were used to detect expression of CRP2 in olfactory stem cells. Immunocytochemistry was also used to localize CRP2 in olfactory stem cells. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： The expression and sub-cellular localization of CRP2 in rat olfactory stem cells. RESULTS： CRP2 expression was found in olfactory stem cells, and CRP2 was distributed in both the nucleus and the cytoplasm. CONCLUSION： Confirmation of the expression and distribution of CRP2 in olfactory stem cells.

[目的]探讨3D打印导板辅助掌侧经皮内固定与背侧切开内固定治疗急性腕舟骨腰部骨折的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2018年6月—2021年6月本院收治的22例腕舟骨腰部骨折患者的临床资料,根据医患沟通结果,10例采用3D打印导板辅助经皮内固定术(导板组),12例行背侧切开内固定术(常规组)。比较两组围手术期、随访及影像结果。[结果]两组患者均顺利完成手术,导板组手术时间[(39.9±5.5)min vs(108.8±13.7)min,P0.05)。两组均无内固定装置断裂、脱出、松动情况。[结论]3D打印导板辅助掌侧经皮内固定较背侧切开复位内固定治疗舟骨骨折,骨折愈合快,握力恢复好,腕关节功能恢复好。

Objective:To construct rapidly a full-length cDNA library from nanogram amounts total RIMA of Giardia lamblia(***) trophozoites stocked in RNA stabilization ***:Total RNA of Giardia was extracted using Trizol reagent.A full-length cDNA library of *** trophozoites was constructed by a long-distance PCR(LD-PCR) *** recombinant rate and the coverage rate of full-length clones of the library were *** inserted fragments were identified and sequenced by PCR ***:The titer of cDNA library was 3.85×10~7 pfu/*** length of inserted fragments ranged from 0.4 to 2.5 kb,and the recombination efficiency accounted for 100%(20/20).The coverage rate of full-length clones is high(17/20). Conclusions:The RNA stabilization reagent may be used to fix the cells and prevent the RNA in cells even though delivered under normal atmospheric *** long-distance PCR can be used to construct a full-length cDNA library rapidly and it needs less RNA than the traditional method from mRNA.

here, we evaluate the contribution of two major biological processes--DNA replication and transcription--to mutation rate variation in human genomes. Based on analysis of the public human tissue transcriptomics data, high-resolution replicating map of hela cells and dbSNP data, we present significant correlations between expres- sion breadth, replication time in local regions and SNP density. SNP density of tissue-specific （TS） genes is sig- nificantly higher than that of housekeeping （HK） genes. TS genes tend to locate in late-replicating genomic re- gions and genes in such regions have a higher SNP density compared to those in early-replication regions. In addi- tion, SNP density is found to be positively correlated with expression level among HK genes. We conclude that the process of DNA replication generates stronger mutational pressure than transcription-associated biological processes do, resulting in an increase of mutation rate in TS genes while having weaker effects on HK genes. In contrast, transcription-associated processes are mainly responsible for the accumulation of mutations in highly-expressed HK genes.
