The Jiangda–Deqen–Weixi continental margin arc(DWCA) developed along the base of the Changdu–Simao Block and was formed as a result of the subduction of the Jinsha River Ocean Slab and the subsequent collision. The Ludian batholith is located in the southern part of the DWCA and is the largest batholith in northwest Yunnan. Granite samples from the Ludian batholith yield an early Middle Permian age of 271.0 ± 2.8 Ma. The geochemical data of the early Middle Permian granitoids show high Si2 O, low P2 O5 and MgO contents that belong to calc-alkaline series and peraluminous I-type rocks. Their εHf(t) values range from-5.01 to +0.58, indicating that they were formed by hybrid magmas related to the subduction of the Jinsha River Tethys Ocean. The monzonite and monzogranite samples yield Late Permian ages of 250.6 ± 1.8 Ma and 252.1 ± 1.3 Ma, respectively. The Late Permian granitoids are high-K calc alkaline and shoshonite series metaluminous I-type rocks. Their εHf(t) values range from-4.12 to-1.68 and from-7.88 to-6.64, respectively. The mixing of crustal and mantle melts formed the parental magma of the Late Permian granitoids. This study, combined with previous work, demonstrates the process from subduction to collision of the Jinsha River Paleo-Tethys Ocean.

To study the profiles and relationships of terpenoids and phytohormones in leaves of red-flesh citrus,we examined four red-flesh mutants that accumulate lycopene in the fruit and their corresponding wild types.We compared their contents of monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoid volatiles,triterpenoid limonoid aglycones,and tetraterpenoid carotenoids.The types and concentrations of these terpenoids in the leaves varied among genotypes,and the leaf terpenoid profiles differed between red-fleshmutants and theirwild types.However,lycopenewas not detected in citrus leaves of all eight varieties,including the fourmutants.According to phytohormone accumulation in the leaves,the citrus varieties could be classified into a low-phytohormone group(‘Red Anliu’sweet orange,‘Anliu’sweet orange,and‘Cara Cara’navel orange),a high-phytohormone group(‘Seike’navel orange),and a high-jasmonic acid group(‘Red-flesh Guanxi’pummelo,‘Guanxi’pummelo,‘Chuhong’pummelo,and‘Feicui’pummelo).The contents of terpenoid volatiles were very low in leaves of‘Red-flesh Guanxi’and‘Guanxi’pummelo;therefore,they are ideal materials for verifying the functions of genes related to terpenoid volatiles in overexpression analyses.Sesquiterpenoid volatiles were positively correlated with phytohormones of abscisic acid,jasmonic acid,and salicylic acid.Taken together,lycopene was undetected in the leaves of redflesh citrus mutants with abundant lycopene in their juice sacs,which suggested a tissue-specific accumulation pattern of lycopene in citrus red-flesh mutants.Furthermore,leaf volatile profiles could be suitable to develop fingerprint chromatograms of citrus resources,since leaf volatile profiles were dominated by several compounds that varied among genotypes in their combinations and concentrations.

This paper investigated the effects of variable jetting nozzle angles on the cross-flow suppression and heat transfer enhancement of swirl cooling in gas turbine leading edge. The swirl chamber with vertical jet nozzles was set as the baseline, and its flow fields and heat transfer characteristics were analyzed by 3D steady state Reynolds-averaged numerical methods to reveal the mechanism of cross-flow weakening the downstream jets and heat transfer. On this basis, the flow structure on different cross sections and heat transfer characteristics of swirl chamber with variable jetting nozzle angels were compared with the baseline swirl chamber. The results indicated that for the baseline swirl chamber the circumferential velocity gradually decreased and the axial velocity gradually increased, and the cross-flow gradually formed. The cross-flow deflected the downstream jets and drawn them to the center of the chamber, thus weakening the heat transfer. For swirl chamber with variable jetting nozzle angles, the air axial velocity is axial upstream, opposite to the mainstream, so that the impact effects of cross-flow on the jets were reduced, and the heat transfer was enhanced. Furthermore, with the increase of axial velocity along the swirl chamber, the jetting nozzle angle also gradually increased, as well as the effect of cross-flow suppression, which formed a relative balance. For all swirl chambers with variable jet nozzle angles, the thermal performance factors were all larger than 1, which indicated the heat transfer was enhanced with less friction increment.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of shikonin(SKN) on M1 and M2 polarization of macrophages both in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: Collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in male DBA/1 mice were treated with a dose of 4 mg/kg/day of SKN for 23 d(n = 6/group). The histopathology of inflamed joints in CIA mice was evaluated to test the antiarthritic effect of SKN. M1/M2 polarization of macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and interferon(IFN)-γ or interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13, were used to assess the effect of SKN(0.05, 0.1, and 0.2 μM). The effect of SKN on the protein expression of nitric oxide synthase, arginase, CD68, and CD206 was evaluated using western blot analysis. RESULTS: The results of this study revealed that SKN delayed the arthritis feet symptom score, reduced the incidence rate of arthritis, and relieved the inflammation of joints in CIA mice. SKN inhibited M1 macrophage polarization but did not affect M2 macrophage polarization in the joints of CIA mice. Moreover, SKN inhibited M1 polarization induced by LPS and IFN-γ, but did not affect M2 polarization induced by IL-4 and IL-13. CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that SKN alleviated CIA through inhibiting M1 macrophage polarization and has great potential as a new drug for RA treatment.

Deep venous thrombosis(DVT)poses a major challenge to public health worldwide.Endothelial cell injury evokes inflammatory and oxidative responses that contribute to thrombus formation.Tea polyphenol(TP)in the form of epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG)has anti-inflammatory and oxidative effect that may ameliorate DVT.However,the precise mechanism remains incompletely understood.The current study was designed to investigate the anti-DVT mechanism of EGCG in combination with warfarin(an oral anticoagulant).Rabbits were randomly divided into five groups.A DVT model of rats was established through ligation of the inferior vena cava(IVC)and left common iliac vein,and the animals were orally administered with EGCG,warfarin,or vehicle for seven days.In vitro studies included pretreatment of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)with different concentrations of EGCG for 2 h before exposure to hydrogen peroxide.Thrombus weight and length were examined.Histopathological changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Blood samples were collected for detecting coagulation function,including thrombin and prothrombin times,activated partial thromboplastin time,and fibrinogen levels.Protein expression in thrombosed IVCs and HUVECs was evaluated by Western blot,immunohistochemical analysis,and/or immunofluorescence staining.RT-qPCR was used to determine the levels of AGTR-1 and VEGF mRNA in IVCs and HUVECs.The viability of HUVECs was examined by CCK-8 assay.Flow cytometry was performed to detect cell apoptosis and ROS generation was assessed by 2′,7ʹ-dichlorofluorescein diacetate reagent.In vitro and in vivo studies showed that EGCG combined with warfarin significantly reduced thrombus weight and length,and apoptosis in HUVECs.Our findings indicated that the combination of EGCG and warfarin protects HUVECs from oxidative stress and prevents apoptosis.However,HIF-1αsilencing weakened these effects,which indicated that HIF-1αmay participate in DVT.Furthermore,HIF-1αsilencing significantly up-regulated cell apoptosis and

目的:观察“活血散风,调和肝脾”针刺法对于高血压合并腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者血压、症状严重程度、临床疗效、生活质量的影响。方法:将68例高血压合并腹泻型IBS患者随机分为观察组34例,采用“活血散风,调和肝脾”针刺法治疗,每日1次,每周5次,共治疗8周;对照组34例,采用药物治疗,观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后4、8周白天、夜间及24 h血压、症状严重度评分(IBS-SSS)、临床疗效改善、生活质量量表疗效评价(IBS-QOL)变化。结果:治疗4、8周后,两组患者白天、夜间及24 h平均收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗8周时观察组较对照组血压下降更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组患者腹痛程度、频率、腹胀程度、排便满意度、生活干扰度及总积分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),对照组患者除腹胀程度外,其余较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),治疗8周时观察组较治疗组在腹痛程度、腹痛频率、排便满意度、总积分和腹胀程度、生活干扰度改善方面效果更显著(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(85.29%,29/34)显著高于对照组(61.76%,21/34)(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者IBS-QOL量表积分均较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者IBS-QOL量表积分均较治疗前增高(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:“活血散风,调和肝脾”针刺法可显著改善高血压合并腹泻型IBS患者血压水平及临床症状,提高患者生活质量,总体疗效优于药物。

Objective:Patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant(HSCT)need frequent transfusions,until their red blood cells(RBCs)and platelets start to recover.The safe transfusion for patients who receive ABO-incompatible HSCT is essential to the transplant process.To date,there is no user-friendly tool to choose the right blood product for transfusion treatment,despite the number of guidelines and expert advice on the subject.Methods:R/shiny is a powerful programming language for clinical data analysis and visualization.It can create interactive web applications that work in real-time.The web application named TSR was built using R programming,simplifying blood transfusion practice for ABO-incompatible HSCT witha one-click solution.Results:The TSR is divided into four main tabs.The home tab provides an overview of the application,while RBC,plasma and platelet transfusion tabs offer tailored suggestions for blood product selection in each category.Unlike traditional methods that rely on treatment guidelines and specialist consensus,TSR leverages the power of the R/Shiny interface to extract critical content based on user-specified parameters,providing an innovative approach to improve transfusion support.Conclusion:The present study highlights that the TSR enables real-time analysis,and promotes transfusion practice byoffering a unique and efficient one-key output for blood product selection to ABO-incompatible HSCT.TSR has the potential to become a widely-utilized tool for transfusion services,providing a reliable and user-friendly solution that enhances transfusion safety in clinical practice.

Correlation Analysis of Rubella Incidence and Meteorological Variables Based on Chinese Medicine Theory of Yunqi

Objective: To analyze the correlations between the incidence of rubella and meteorological factors over the same period and previous periods including 1, 2, 3 and 4 year ago(defined according to Chinese medicine Yunqi theory of "pestilence occurring after 3 years") and establish the rubella-meteorological forecast models for Beijing area, China. Methods: Data regarding the incidence of rubella between 1990 and 2004 from Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the meteorological variables including daily average temperatures, daily average wind speeds, average precipitations, average relative humidity, average vapor pressures and average low cloud covers between 1986 and 2004 were collected from the Beijing Meteorological Observatory. Descriptive statistics and back-propagation artificial neural network for forecast model’s establishment were adopted for data analysis. Results: The average temperature and relative humidity have a great contribution(100%) to the rubella morbidity. But the combination of other meteorological factors contributed to improve the accuracy of rubella-meteorological forecast models. The forecast accuracy could be improved by 76% through utilizing a combination of meteorological variables spanning from 3 years ago to the present rather than utilizing data from a single year or dating back to more earlier time than 3 years. Conclusions: There is a close relationship between the incidence of rubella and meteorological variables in current year and previous 3 years. This finding suggests that rubella prediction would benefit from consideration to previous climate changes.

The effect of 0.5wt.%Zn addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-3Y-2Nd-0.5Zr(WE32)alloy was investigated.The results indicate that WE32-0.5Zn alloy takes 48 h to reach peak hardness after solid solution treatment at 525℃and aging at 200℃,10 h earlier than WE32 alloy,which implies an accelerated aging precipitation kinetics owing to the addition of 0.5wt.%Zn.A large quantity of finerod and rectangular block-like Zn-Zr precipitates in theα-Mg matrix are formed in the WE32-0.5Zn alloy,and numerous needle-likeβ1phases are distributed at both ends of the Zn-Zr precipitates at peak-aged condition.In peak-aged condition,the ultimate tensile strength considerably increases from 263.2 MPa(WE32)to 309.6 MPa(WE32-0.5Zn),and the elongation dramatically increases from 4.3%(WE32)to 8.9%(WE32-0.5Zn).Theβ’andβ1phases are the main precipitates of the WE32-0.5Zn alloy peak-aged at 200℃.Theβ’andβ1phases easily nucleate at the Zn-Zr precipitates,and theβ1phases are particularly likely to nucleate and grow at the interface between the two ends of the Zn-Zr precipitates,which accelerates aging precipitation kinetics and leads to a shorter time to achieve peak aging.

In this paper, A 220 GHz orthogonal modulator based on two symmetrical subharmonic mixers is designed, analyzed and measured, where the mixers are implemented basde on antiparallel Schottky diodes.The orthogonal modulator consists of a 90° phase shifted220 GHz 3 d B coupler, two sub-harmonically pumped mixers and an in-phase 110 GHz 3 d B power divider. The IF output signals are in-phase(I) branch and quadrature(Q) branch operating from DC±3.5 GHz. In the back to back experimentaltests, it is shown that the conversion loss of the two 220 GHz I/Q mixers is less than 30 d B when the IF operating frequency is DC-3.5 GHz, IF input power is-10 d Bm and the LO power is around 6 m W. Based on floating-point simulation, the amplitude and phase imbalance of the I/Q mixer are less than 0.2 d B and 2 degree respectively. When the 220 GHz modulator and demodulator are set in a back to back configuration, a signal-to-noise ratio of 21 d B can be obtained using the 16 QAM modulation type.
