Prompt radiation emitted during accelerator operation poses a significant health risk,necessitating a thorough search and securing of hazardous areas prior to ***,manual sweep methods are ***,the limitations of manual sweeps have become increasingly evident with the implementation of large-scale *** leveraging advancements in machine vision technology,the automatic identification of stranded personnel in controlled areas through camera imagery presents a viable solution for efficient search and *** the criticality of personal safety for stranded individuals,search and security processes must be sufficiently *** ensure comprehensive coverage,180°camera groups were strategically positioned on both sides of the accelerator tunnel to eliminate blind spots within the monitoring *** YOLOV8 network model was modified to enable the detection of small targets,such as hands and feet,as well as larger targets formed by individuals near the ***,the system incorporates a pedestrian recognition model that detects human body parts,and an information fusion strategy is used to integrate the detected head,hands,and feet with the identified pedestrians as a cohesive *** strategy enhanced the capability of the model to identify pedestrians obstructed by equipment,resulting in a notable improvement in the recall ***,recall rates of 0.915 and 0.82were obtained for Datasets 1 and 2,*** there was a slight decrease in accuracy,it aligned with the intended purpose of the search-and-secure software *** tests conducted within an accelerator tunnel demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach in achieving reliable recognition outcomes.

Identification of population structure can help trace population histories and identify disease genes. Structured association (SA) is a commonly used approach for population structure identification and association mapping. A major issue with SA is that its performance greatly depends on the informa-tiveness and the numbers of ancestral informative markers (AIMs). Present major AIM selection meth-ods mostly require prior individual ancestry information, which is usually not available or uncertain in practice. To address this potential weakness, we herein develop a novel approach for AIM selection based on principle component analysis (PCA), which does not require prior ancestry information of study subjects. Our simulation and real genetic data analysis results suggest that, with equivalent AIMs, PCA-based selected AIMs can significantly increase the accuracy of inferred individual ancestries compared with traditionally randomly selected AIMs. Our method can easily be applied to whole genome data to select a set of highly informative AIMs in population structure, which can then be used to identify potential population structure and correct possible statistical biases caused by population stratification.

Gastric tissue samples were studied using mid-IR fiber-optic attenuated total reflectance (ATR) spectroscopy. FTIR spectra of 90 tissue samples from 48 patients, including 32 normal and 58 malignant tissue samples, were chosen as examples. Malignancy was usually characterized by the absence of CH and C=O bands, a weak amide II band near 1545 cm-1, a shift of the amide I band to lower wave number, a decrease in the ～1450 cm-1 peak to less than the～1400 cm-1 peak. Subtraction spectra indicate that the amide I and amide II bands of normal and malignant tissues have larger differences in peak positions and relative intensities. The statistical analysis results confirm this conclusion. The results indicate that FTIR fiber optic techniques provide important information about cancerous tissue of the stomach, which can be used to differentiate the malignant tissue from the normal tissue. Based on the above results we successfully realize the detection of the tumor tissues of digestive tract in vivo and in situ. And the results of detection cancer near operating room and in vivo and in situ in the operating room are consistent with the conclusions for the samples stored in liquid N2, which is the basis for the clinical application.

微管相关蛋白tau抗体在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)及其他tau蛋白病的基础和临床研究中发挥重要作用。采用重组人tau441作为免疫原,通过细胞融合及有限稀释法筛选并获得分泌抗人tau蛋白N端结构域(tau N-terminal domain,NTD-tau)单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株,通过制备小鼠腹水及亲和层析获得纯化的单克隆抗体;分别采用间接ELISA检测其灵敏度,蛋白质印迹检测其特异性;建立并优化人tau蛋白双抗体夹心ELISA检测方法。结果显示,杂交瘤细胞克隆阳性率为83.6%,建立分泌ZD8F7单克隆抗体的稳定细胞株,细胞上清中抗体效价为1:16000;腹水中抗体效价高于1:256 000;纯化后单克隆抗体效价高于1:128 000;表位分析显示,ZD8F7单克隆抗体识别tau21-37位氨基酸,位于N端结构域;蛋白质印迹分析显示,ZD8F7单克隆抗体识别50-70 kDa重组人tau蛋白及转基因AD模型小鼠(APP/PS1/tau)脑组织中50 kDa的人tau蛋白;以ZD8F7单克隆抗体作为捕获抗体建立的人tau蛋白定量检测方法,线性范围在7.8-500.0 pg/mL,可以识别AD转基因小鼠脑组织以及血浆中的人tau蛋白,而不识别小鼠tau蛋白。综上,本研究制备的人NTD-tau特异性单抗和双抗体夹心ELISA检测方法灵敏度高,为神经退行性疾病中tau蛋白检测提供了有力工具。

Amyloid β42 （Aβ42） aggregation plays a key role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer＇s disease. However, the morphology and structural dynamics in different stages of Aβ42 assembly are not well known. To investigate the dynamic properties of morphological and structural changes in the aggregation process of Aβ in vitro, transmission electron microscopy, western blot analysis and circular dichroism were used to observe the changes in morphology, immunoreactivity and secondary structure during Aβ aggregation, respectively. Results demonstrated that at 24 hours following Aβ42 aggregation in vitro, the structures of spherical granules from 5 to 10 nm and coils from 20 to 30 nm were visualized by transmission electron microscopy. Different immunoreactivities of the oligomers and fibers were detected by western blot analysis. The dynamic changes of the α-helix to β-sheet were confirmed by circular dichroism spectra. The dynamic properties of the morphological and structural changes in the aggregation process of Aβ42 in vitro were analyzed, which contributed to the identification of stable conditions of Aβ42 oligomer formation.

We perform ^(23)Na nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and magnetization measurements on an S=1,quasi-2D honeycomb lattice antiferromagnet Na_(3)Ni_(2)BiO_(6).A large positive Curie-Weiss constant of 22.9 K is *** NMR spectra at low fields are consistent with a zigzag magnetic order,indicating a large easy-axis *** the field applied along the c*axis,the NMR spectra confirm the existence of a 1/3-magnetization plateau phase between 5.1 T and 7.1 *** transition from the zigzag order to the 1/3-magnetization plateau phase is also found to be a first-order type.A monotonic decrease of the spin gap is revealed in the 1/3-magnetization plateau phase,which reaches zero at a quantum critical field H_(C)≈8.35 T before entering the fully polarized *** data suggest the existence of exchange frustration in the system along with strong ferromagnetic interactions,hosting the possibility for Kitaev ***,well below the ordered phase,the 1/T_(1) at high fields shows either a level off or an enhancement upon cooling below 3 K,which suggests the existence of low-energy fluctuations.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.
