The metal-to-insulator transition(MIT) as usually achieved in 3d-orbital transitional metal(TM) compounds opens up a new paradigm in correlated electronics via triggering abrupt variations in their transportation *** to such 3d-orbital TM compounds,the MIT within the platinum group(Pg) element compounds based on the 4d-and 5d-orbital configurations is more complicated,owing to their elevation in the spinorbit coupling and meanwhile weakened intra-atomic Coulomb *** brings in a new freedom to regulate the balance in their metallic or semiconductive orbital configurations,while their MIT properties can be potentially combined with their spintronic properties to enable new electronic ***,we review the electronic transport and MIT behaviors within the existing family of Pg-containing compounds,particularly those showing first-order MIT behaviors that can be useful in correlated *** is also hoped that summarizing the presently reported Pg-containing MIT compounds will lead to the discovery of more new material families and/or new mechanisms associated with the Pg-containing compounds showing MIT properties.

To ensure system stability,the fixed-PID(F-PID)controller with small parameters is usually adopted in hydropower *** involves a slow setting speed and it is difficult to realize optimal control for full working *** address the problem,this paper designs a variable-PID(V-PID)controller for a hydraulic turbine regulation system(HTRS)based on the improved grey wolf optimizer(INGWO)and back propagation neural networks(BPNN).These can achieve excellent regulation under full working ***,the nonlinear HTRS model containing the nonlinear hydroturbine model is constructed and the stable domain is obtained using Hopf bifurcation theory to determine the available range of PID *** optimal PID parameters in typical working conditions are then calculated by the INGWO,and the optimal PID parameters are generalized through training the V-PID neural networks which take the optimal PID parameters as sample *** V-PID neural networks with different structures are compared to determine the optimal structure of the variable-PID controller *** V-PID controller-based nonlinear HTRS model shows that the PID parameters can be automatically adjusted online according to the working condition changes,realizing optimal control of hydropower units in full working conditions.

The Yellow River Basin is an important food production area and an ecological challenge for China, where environmental protection and water scarcity are the major constraints. For the upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin,optimizing the adoption of chemicals in agricultural production and integrating crops with livestock are the key strategies for protecting the *** dryland agriculture in the middle and upper reaches, this study summarizes four aspects of efficient precipitation techniques in terms of collection,storage, conservation, and use, which have greatly improved crop yields and supported dryland crop production. Irrigated agriculture in the middle and lower reaches is the core area of China's grain production, where the area under water-saving irrigation reached 13.0 Mha in 2018, greatly improving water use. Compared with 1998, cereal production in 2018 increased by 62.2 Mt under similar total water withdrawals(49.7 billion to 51.6 billion m~3),and the annual soil erosion at the Tongguan Hydrological Observatory reduced by 584 million m~3 in 2018, achieving great success in environmental protection and efficient water use. The Chinese government has set a goal for the Yellow River Basin to become the national leader in environmental protection and efficient water use by 2035. Such a high demand requires the combined efforts of the whole community, as well as the adoption of new technologies,coordinated basin-wide development, and adequate policy support.

To solve the problem of high photogenerated carrier recombination rate and low photoelectric conversion efficiency of TiO_(2)-based materials,a simple N-doped anatase/rutile TiO_(2) heterophase nanorod film was designed by a low-temperature hydrothermal method in this *** enhanced separation and transport of photogenerated charges were facilitated by the smaller contact barrier and appropriate band matching between anatase TiO_(2)nanoparticles and rutile TiO_(2) *** introduction of N doping in anatase TiO_(2) resulted in an upward shift of the valence band and a narrowing of the band gap,consequently enhancing the efficiency of visible light *** combination of the heterophase junction and N-doping exhibited a synergistic effect,effectively suppressing the recombination of photogenerated charges and enhancing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the *** AM 1.5G irradiation,the photocurrent density(J)of the A-TO(N)@R-TONR photoanode reached2.19 mA·cm^(-2)(V_(Rhe,1.23 eV)).Additionally,the incident photon-electron conversion efficiency(IPCE)and the charge injection efficiency(η)reached 81.4%and 51.6%at320 ***,the J,IPCE,andηvalues of the A-TO(N)@R-TONR photoanode were 2.96,2.1 and 3.2times those of pure R-TONR photoanode,*** work presents a rational strategy for designing efficient TiO_(2)-based photoanodes.

Mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI)-induced post-traumatic headache(PTH)is a pressing public health concern and leading cause of disability *** PTH is often accompanied by neurological disorders,the exact underlying mechanism remains largely *** potential biomarkers may prompt the diagnosis and development of effective treatments for mTBI-induced *** this study,a mouse model of mTBI-induced PTH was established to investigate its effects on cerebral structure and function during short-term *** indicated that mice with mTBI-induced PTH exhibited balance deficits during the early post-injury *** kinetics revealed that variations in neurotransmitters were most prominent in the cerebellum,temporal lobe/cortex,and hippocampal regions during the early stages of ***,variations in brain functional activities and connectivity were further detected in the early stage of PTH,particularly in the cerebellum and temporal cortex,suggesting that these regions play central roles in the mechanism underlying ***,our results suggested that GABA and glutamate may serve as potential diagnostic or prognostic biomarkers for *** studies should explore the specific neural circuits involved in the regulation of PTH by the cerebellum and temporal cortex,with these two regions potentially utilized as targets for non-invasive stimulation in future clinical treatment.

当前以计数通达时间的方式将幼儿园生活转化为可被充分现成化的对象,然而在现象学视野中,人原本体验到的时间却并非被统摄、收拢于当下现成之中,而是具有盈余出现时的“晕圈”性的意义生发背景。这一发现的启示在于,幼儿园生活的运作在根源上需建基于非现成的、有其动态的意义生产机理的时间结构,而这尤其意味着,应该深入探索身为“人”的学前儿童对时间的原发体验。进一步经由现象学的运思发现,学前儿童体验到的时间具有“失焦”的晕状结构,这种独特的时间结构不凝聚、置身于任何现成对象,还原了人之存在的原初面貌,并进一步揭示了学前儿童的生活本身是有想象力的、时境化的,且富含美的体验,总之有其原发而饱满的意义性。幼儿园生活应该从学前儿童原本的、鲜活的时间体验出发,但又不止步于此,在更深层的现象学意义上,还需引入“社会—历史”性的时间力量,来晕染、滋养并扩展幼儿个体生活的时间结构。从现象学视野来重构时间的意蕴,将为幼儿园生活现有的时间实践带来重要变革。
