A double low-density parity-check (D-LDPC) coding system was proposed in[1]as a typical joint source-channel coding(JSCC) scheme[1–5].In this system,two LDPC coding matrices perform source and channel coding,*** important concept in a D-LDPC coding system is the introduction of a linking matrix between the check nodes (CNs)of the source coding matrix and the variable nodes (VNs) of the channel LDPC coding matrix.

Warming and nitrogen(N)addition may impact soil nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emissions,but the relationship between plant community composition and soil microbial activities remains *** a two-year field study in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,open-top chambers were used to quantify the effects of warming,N-addition,and their interactions on N_(2)O *** found that the N-addition greatly increased N_(2)O emissions by 77.4%in 2018 when compared to the control *** contrast,warming showed little effect on N_(2)0 emissions but did increase the activity of enzymes associated with soil nitrification and denitrification.A combined effect of warming and N-addition of resulted in 208.6%(2018)and 90.8%(2019)increase in N_(2)0 emissions,respectively,compared to the individual treatments of warming or *** warming in alpine meadows is causally linked to increased legume biomass which is further intensified with the *** legume biomass(phed microbial carbon/nitrogen(MBC/MBN)(phe addition of warming further intensifies this *** increased dominance of legumes and microbial N content contributes to this *** outcomes suggest that warming and atmospheric N deposition can stimulate N_(2)O emissions of alpine meadows inthefuture.

The abnormality of the p53 tumor suppressor is crucial in lung cancer development,because p53 regulates target gene promoters to combat *** studies have shown extensive p53 binding to enhancer ***,whether p53 exerts a tumor suppressor role by shaping the enhancer landscape remains poorly *** the current study,we employed several functional genomics approaches to assess the enhancer activity at p53 binding sites throughout the genome based on our established TP53 knockout(KO)human bronchial epithelial cells(BEAS-2B).A total of 943 active regular enhancers and 370 super-enhancers(SEs)disappeared upon the deletion of p53,indicating that p53 modulates the activity of hundreds of enhancer *** found that one p53-dependent SE,located on chromosome 9 and designated as KLF4-SE,regulated the expression of the Krüppel-like factor 4(KLF4)***,the deletion of p53 significantly decreased the KLF4-SE enhancer activity and the KLF4 expression,but increased colony formation ability in the nitrosamines 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone-induced cell transformation ***,in TP53 KO cells,the overexpression of KLF4 partially reversed the increased clonogenic capacity caused by p53 ***,KLF4 expression also decreased in lung cancer tissues and cell *** appeared that overexpression of KLF4 significantly suppressed the proliferation and migration of lung cancer ***,our results suggest that the regulation of enhancer formation and activity by p53 is an integral component of the p53 tumor suppressor ***,our findings offer some novel insights into the regulation mechanism of p53 in lung oncogenesis and introduce a new strategy for screening therapeutic targets.

Plasma-enhanced transdermal drug delivery(TDD) presents advantages over traditional methods,including painless application, minimal skin damage, and rapid recovery of permeability. To harness its clinical potential, factors related to plasma’s unique properties, such as reactive species and electric fields, must be carefully *** review provides a concise summary of conventional TDD methods and subsequently offers a comprehensive examination of the current state-of-the-art in plasma-enhanced TDD. This includes an analysis of the impact of plasma on HaCaT human keratinocyte cells, ex vivo/in vivo studies, and clinical research on plasma-assisted TDD. Moreover, the review explores the effects of plasma on skin physical characteristics such as microhole formation, transepidermal water loss(TEWL), molecular structure of the stratum corneum(SC), and skin resistance. Additionally, it discusses the involvement of various reactive agents in plasma-enhanced TDD, encompassing electric fields,charged particles, UV/VUV radiation, heat, and reactive species. Lastly, the review briefly addresses the temporal behavior of the skin after plasma treatment, safety considerations, and potential risks associated with plasma-enhanced TDD.

基于新史料的发现,文章探讨了晚清新式官报的发行费用变迁及其背后复杂的权力关系。创办初期,新式官报享有发行免邮优待,官方邮政也因此得以推广。执行了长达四年的免邮政策后,因经费浩繁,难以支撑,新式官报的发行费用由免费调整为收费七成。其后,中央政府创办了《政治官报》《内阁官报》,报费金额随着清廷态度而松动,中央官报再一次享受了部分免邮政策。新式官报发行费用从无到有的反复改变表明,报刊活动不仅事关媒介自身,而且往往处于动态平衡的权力关系中,应将其置于经济、政治、外交等多因素环环相扣的整体网络中加以审视。

CRISPR-Cas tools for mammalian genome editing typically rely on single Cas9 or Cas12a *** type I CRISPR systems in Class I may offer greater specificity and versatility,they are not well-developed for genome ***,we present an alternative type I-C CRISPR system from Desulfovibrio vulgaris (Dvu) for efficient and precise genome editing in mammalian cells and *** optimized the Dvu type I-C editing complex to generate precise deletions at multiple loci in various cell lines and pig primary fibroblast cells using a paired PAM-in crRNA *** edited pig cells can serve as donors for generating transgenic cloned *** Dvu type I-C editor also enabled precise large fragment replacements with homology-directed ***,we adapted the Dvu-Cascade effector for cytosine and adenine base editing,developing Dvu-CBE and Dvu-ABE *** systems efficiently induced C-to-T and A-to-G substitutions in human genes without double-strand ***-target analysis confirmed the high specificity of the Dvu type I-C *** findings demonstrate the Dvu type I-C editor′s potential for diverse mammalian genome editing applications,including deletions,fragment replacement,and base editing,with high efficiency and specificity for biomedicine and agriculture.

树种微观构造特征决定了木材的物理和化学性能,在阻火性上宏观表现为不易被点燃,掌握树种解剖构造特征,对于研究植被的生态适应性、调控生物群落的结构组成、木材种类鉴定、木材加工利用,尤其针对林木防火机理等方面具有重要意义。以防火树种为研究对象,非防火树种作为参照,对防火林带与木材解剖微观技术应用、防火木材构造特征、叶片微观特征、树根微观特征四个方面研究动态进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望,旨在为我国森林防火工程建设响应生态文明防火提供科学依据。

关注学生眼中好教材的特征是教材编写的基点。本研究采取质性研究范式,基于30名7—9年级学生的访谈数据,借助Nvivo 12软件对学生眼中关于好教材的特征与意蕴的描述性资料进行相关类属分析。研究发现,学生所期待的好教材特征按照重要性排序依次是:趣味性、科学性、开放性、适切性。未来教材编写要以学生对好教材的期待为重要依据,坚持国家意志与学生需求相统一这个核心原则,走向“教材”与“学材”的融合,实现教材激发、维持学生学习兴趣的功能。
