Medicinal plants have provided numerous medicinal active ingredients for thousands of years and these ingredients have been used in Chinese medicine(CM)and traditional pharmacologies ***,the exploitation and utilisation of medicinal plant resources has increased *** results of the studies have led to the identification of many active components,such as steroidal alkaloids,saponins,terpenoids,and glycosides,in various medicinal plants with different evolutionary ***,research on the chemical classification,molecular phylogeny,and pharmacological activity of medicinal plants is increasing in *** is an interdisciplinary topic that studies the correlation between plant phylogeny,chemical composition,and curative effects(pharmacological activity and the traditional curative effect)of medicinal *** addition,it provides the basic tools to enable research and development of CM *** literature review,based on the genetic relationship between phytogroup and species,highlights the formation process,research content,applications,and future directions of pharmacophylogeny.

This paper reports a pharmacophylogenetic study of a medicinal plant family,Ranunculaceae,investigating the correlations between their phylogeny,chemical constituents,and pharmaceutical ***,ethnopharmacological,and pharmacological data were integrated in the context of the systematics and molecular phylogeny of the *** chemical components of this family included several representative metabolic groups:benzylisoquinoline alkaloids,ranunculin,triterpenoid saponin,and diterpene alkaloids,among *** and magnoflorine were found to coexist in some *** pharmacophylogenetic analysis,integrated with therapeutic information,agreed with the taxonomy proposed previously,in which the family Ranunculaceae was divided into five sub-families:Ranunculoideae,Thalictroideae,Coptidoideae,Hydrastidoideae,and *** was plausible to organize the sub-family Ranunculoideae into ten *** chemical constituents and therapeutic efficacy of each taxonomic group were reviewed,revealing the underlying connections between phylogeny,chemical diversity,and clinical use,which should facilitate the conservation and sustainable utilization of the pharmaceutical resources derived from the Ranunculaceae.

在2004年版WHO肺肿瘤组织学分类中，将淋巴瘤样肉芽肿（lymphomatoid granulomatosis，LG）肿瘤细胞定义为Epstein—Barr（EB）病毒阳性B细胞，伴有丰富的反应性T细胞，从良性、交界性到恶性（分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级）呈谱系变化。Ⅲ级为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）的一种亚型，即为结外多系统和多器官受累的、富于T细胞的EB病毒阳性大B细胞淋巴瘤。该病变罕见，临床缺乏特异性，极易误诊或漏诊。我们对其临床、影像和病理学特点、认识变迁及发病机制等进行综述。

综述了纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术的国内外研究现状,对原位反应合成法、快速凝固工艺、大塑性变形法、高能球磨法、溅射法、溶胶-凝胶法6大类制备工艺方法的机理、特点、适用范围和现阶段开发程度,以及由这些制备工艺所开发出的新材料的优异的力学、物理、化学性能进行了分析,并综合评价了各种工艺方法的优缺点。在指出纳米相增强铝基复合材料制备技术应用现状的基础上,探讨了制备技术未来的发展趋势。

综述了原位反应合成法、内氧化法、大塑性变形法、机械合金化法、粉末冶金法5类制备工艺的机理、特点和研究现状。原位反应合成法具有浸润性好,界面清洁等优点,但制备工艺成本高,不适于规模化生产;内氧化工艺简单、成本低,但容易造成组织缺陷;大塑性变形工艺可制备粒度可控性好,界面清洁的复合材料,但粒度分布不均匀;机械合金化工艺简单易行、产量高,但粒径分布宽,易混入杂质;粉末冶金工艺制得的产品界面反应少、分布均匀、可以进行机加工,但生产工艺复杂、成本高,复合材料界面容易受到污染。最后还探讨了纳米相增强铜基制备技术未来的发展趋势。

Unconventional resources (oil, gas, and geothermal) are often buried deep underground within dense rock strata and complex geological structures, making it increasingly difficult to create volumetric fractures through conventional hydraulic fracturing. This paper introduces a novel method of supercritical energetic fluid thermal shock fracturing. It pioneers a CO_(2) deflagration impact triaxial pneumatic fracturing experimental system, using high-strength similar materials to simulate deep, hard rock masses. The study investigates the rock-breaking process and crack propagation patterns under supercritical CO_(2) thermal shock, revealing and discussing the types of thermal shock-induced fractures, their formation conditions, and discrimination criteria. The research indicates that higher supercritical CO_(2) thermal shock pressures and faster pressure release rates facilitate the formation of radial branching fractures, circumferential cracks, and branch cracks. Typically, CO_(2) thermal shock generates 3–5 radial main cracks, which is significantly more than the single main crack formed by hydraulic fracturing. The formation of branched cracks is often caused by compression-shear failure and occurs under relatively harsh conditions, determined by the confining pressure, rock properties, peak thermal shock pressure, and the pressure sustained post-decompression. The findings are expected to offer a safe, efficient, and controllable shockwave method of supercritical fluid thermal shock fracturing for the exploitation of deep unconventional oil and gas resources.

利用水热法制备了粒径为90-130 nm的多孔硬碳球,并通过浸渍与煅烧的方法制备了硬碳球均匀负载纳米氧化镍颗粒(~10 nm)复合材料.硬碳球的表面官能团和内部的微孔保证了氧化镍颗粒在硬碳上的均匀分布.在100 m Ah·g^(-1)的电流密度下,复合材料电极首次充电比容量高达764 m Ah·g^(-1);在100 mAh·g^(-1)的电流密度下循环100个周期后电极充电比容量保持在777 mAh·g^(-1),容量保持率为101%;800 mAhg^(-1)电流密度下电极的充电比容量达380 mAh·g^(-1),显示复合材料电极具有优异的循环性能和倍率性能.硬碳的表面官能团和内部微孔为氧化镍提供了优先形核位点,保证了二者的牢固结合,使复合材料获得了'协同效应',从而使复合电极具备更短的锂离子扩散路径、更高的电导率和更多的锂离子脱嵌位点.这种方法还可用于制备硬碳/其他金属氧化物复合材料.

In response to the rise of the energy storage industries such as new energy vehicles and the wide application of lithium in various fields worldwide,the global demand for lithium resources has been in explosive *** order to further comprehensively understand the global supply and demand pattern,development and utilization status,genesis of ore deposits and other characteristics of lithium resources,based on the achievements of many researchers at home and abroad,this paper systematically summarized the lithium supply and demand situation,resource endowment,deposit classification and distribution,typical geological characteristics,metallogenic factors and metallogenic regularity of terrestrial brine-type lithium deposits which are the main types of development and utilization all over the *** review shows that brine-type lithium resource and(or)reserves in the plateau salt lakes are huge and play an important *** addition,the mineralization potential of the underground brine-type lithium deposit is broad *** potential resources of underground brines are enormous,and the geothermal spring water type is also worthy of *** lithium deposits are mainly controlled by the subduction and collision of regional plate tectonics,arid climate and provenance *** of the scientific research on underground brines in the future is expected to provide another significant support for the global demand for lithium resources.
