Lung cancer is the second most common and the deadliest type of cancer ***,non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is the most com-mon pathological type of lung cancer;approximately one-third of affected patients have locally advanced NSCLC(LA-NSCLC,stage III NSCLC)at *** of its heterogeneity,LA-NSCLC often requires multidisciplinary ***,the prognosis of affected patients is much below satisfac-tion,and the efficacy of traditional therapeutic strategies has reached a *** the emergence of targeted therapies and immunotherapies,as well as the continuous development of novel radiotherapies,we have entered an era of novel treatment paradigm for ***,we reviewed the landscape of relevant therapeutic modalities,including adjuvant,neoadjuvant,and periop-erative targeted and immune strategies in patients with resectable LA-NSCLC with/without oncogenic alterations;as well as novel combinations of chemora-diation and immunotherapy/targeted therapy in unresectable *** addressed the unresolved challenges that remain in the field,and examined future directions to optimize clinical management and increase the cure rate of LA-NSCLC.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. Purpose:The current study aimed to assess the protective performance of helmets equipped with multidirectional impact protection system(MIPS)under various oblique impact ***:Initially,a finite element model of a bicycle helmet with MIPS was developed based on thescanned geometric parameters of an actual bicycle ***,the validity of model wasconfirmed using the KASK WG11 oblique impact test *** different impact angles(30°,45°,and 60°)and 2 varying impact speeds(5 m/s and 8 m/s)were employed in oblique tests to evaluateprotective performance of MIPS in helmets,focusing on injury assessment parameters such as peaklinear acceleration(PLA)and peak angular acceleration(PAA)of the ***:The results demonstrated that in all impact simulations,both assessment parameters werelower during impact for helmets equipped with MIPS compared to those *** PAA wasconsistently lower in the MIPS helmet group,whereas the difference in PLA was not significant in the noMIPS helmet *** instance,at an impact velocity of 8 m/s and a 30°inclined anvil,the MIPS helmetgroup exhibited a PAA of 3225 rad/s^(2) and a PLA of 281 *** contrast,the no-MIPS helmet group displayeda PAA of 8243 rad/s^(2) and a PLA of 292 ***,both PAA and PLA parameters decreased with theincrease of anvil *** a 60°anvil angles,PAA and PLA values were 664 rad/s^(2) and 20.7 g,respectively,reaching their ***:The findings indicated that helmets incorporating MIPS offer enhanced protection againstvarious oblique impact *** assessing helmets for oblique impacts,the utilization of larger angleanvils and rear impacts might not adequately evaluate protective performance during an impact *** findings will guide advancements in helmet design and the refinement of oblique impact testprotocols.

In order to achieve efficient and durable oil-water emulsion separation,the membranes possessing high separation efficiency and mechanical strength attract extensive attention and are in great *** present study,a kind of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-based bilayer membrane was fabricated by electrospinning fibrous PTFE(fPTFE)on an expanded PTFE(ePTFE)*** morphological observation revealed that the fibrous structure of the fPTFE layer could be tailored by controlling the formulation of spinning *** addition of appropriate polyoxyethylene(PEO)would make the fibers in the fPTFE layer finer and more *** a result,the compounded membrane exhibited a small pore size of approximately 1.25µm and a substantial porosity nearing 80%.This led to super-hydrophobicity,characterized by a high water contact angle(WCA)of 149.8°,and facilitated rapid oil *** water-in-oil emulsion separation experiment further confirmed that the compounded membrane not only had a high separation efficiency closing 100%,but such an outstanding separation capacity could be largely retained,either through multiple cycles of use or through strong acid(pH=1),strong alkali(pH=12),or high-temperature(100°C)***,the mechanical behavior of the bilayer membrane was basically contributed by that of each layer in terms of their volume *** significantly,the poor creep resistance of fPTFE layer was suppressed by compounding with ePTFE ***,this study has laid the groundwork for a novel approach to create PTFE-based compounded membranes with exceptional overall characteristics,showing promise for applications in the realm of emulsion separation.

Quasi-solid-state lithium metal batteries(QSSLMBs)assembled with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)are a promising class of next-generation rechargeable batteries due to their safety,high energy density,and superior interfacial ***,PVDF has a series of inherent drawbacks such as low ionic conductivity,ease of crystallization,and hydrophobic character that leading to poor cell *** tackle these issues,a lignin-reinforced PVDF electrolyte is proposed in this work to solve these drawbacks of PVDF and enhance the comprehensive performance of *** lithophilic polar groups of lignin can promote uniform deposition of Li on the *** with the improved mechanical properties can efficiently prevent Li dendrites penetration through the *** addition,more active sites provided by lignin can also enhance Li^(+)transport and lead to a faster electrochemical reaction *** from the ingenious design,Li symmetric cells with 5%lignin-PVDF quasi-solid-state electrolyte can operate for 900 h at a high current density/capacity of 5 mA·cm^(-2)/5 mAh·cm^(-2),while shortcircuiting occurs after 56 h for the counterpart(pure PVDF).Moreover,a full cell of Li/5%lignin-PVDF/LFP cell demonstrates a high capacity of 96.2 mAh·g^(-1)after 2000 cycles at 10 *** work is expected to open up promising opportunities to develop other high-energy/power-density QSSLMBs.

Regioregular poly(3-hexylthio)thiopene(P3HTT) has emerged tremendous potential in organic electronic applications due to the strong noncovalent interactions from the sulfur atom linked to thiophene. However, P3HTT generally exhibits low charge mobility mostly due to poor solution processability attributed to dense arrangement of hexylthio side chain in polymer, which led to strong noncovalent interactions among sulfur atoms. To balance the nonvalent interaction and aggregation for P3HTT, herein, we systematically study the effect of hexylthio side chain content in polymer backbone on the structure and properties. A series of regioregular P3HTT-based homopolymers(P3HTT, P3HTT-50,P3HTT-33 and P3HTT-25) were prepared via Kumada catalyst transfer polycondensation method from a set of mono-, bi-, ter-and quarterthiophenes containing different contents of hexylthio side chain. The DFT calculation shows the planarity of polymers backbone could be improved through reducing the density of hexylthio side chain in polymer mainchain. And significant changes in their crystallinity, aggregation and optical properties were observed with the content of hexylthio side chain reducing. The P3HTT-33 displayed the highest field-effect transistor hole mobility of 2.83×10^(-2) cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1) resulting from a balance between the crystallinity and planarity. This study demonstrates modulating the content of hexylthio side chain in P3HTT is an effective strategy to optimize the opto-electronic properties of polymer obtaining excellent semiconductor device performance.

New methods are need to coordinate the conflicting spatial demands through urban design research and strategies from the perspective of multi-scale urban climate *** integrate windethermal environment with urban design,we propose three scale levels,namely the district-superblock,superblock-block,and block-building levels,and divide the urban design elements into voids and ***,we establish a multiscale methodological framework in which the urban design contents are clarified by each scale,and the information transmitted between scales is obtained to ensure consistent value propositions and strategic *** microclimate shaping of the urban open space is transformed into guiding strategies and quantitative indicators of the spatial form of the solid *** is transmitted between the scales through the windethermal indicators of windward side and the morphological indicators of solid ***,the methodology was applied to the project in the core area of Suzhou Science and Technology City,and the findings preliminarily verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the *** research influences urban climate studies and urban design practice in three ways:1)improving understanding of the correlation between scales;2)facilitating interaction between the two domains;and 3)providing tools for urban design practices.

Background Necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is the most common severe gastrointestinal emergency in *** designed this study to identify the pathogenic microorganisms of NEC in the microbiota of the small intestine of *** Using the 16S ribosomal DNA(rDNA)sequencing method,we compared and analyzed the structure and diversity of microbiotas in the intestinal feces of different groups of neonates:patients undergoing jejunostomy to treat NEC(NP group),neonates undergoing jejunostomy to treat other conditions(NN group),and neonates with NEC undergoing conservative treatment(NC group).We took intestinal feces and saliva samples from patients at different time *** The beta diversities of the NP,NN,and NC groups were all *** comparing the beta diversities between different time points in the NP group,we found similar beta diversities at time points El to E3 but significant differences between the E2-E3 and E4 time points:the abundances of Klebsiella and Enterococcus(Proteobacteria)were higher at the E1-E3 time points;the abundance of Escherichia-Shigella(Proteobacteria)increased at the E2 time point,and the abundance of Klebsiella decreased significantly,whereas that of Streptococcus increased significantly at the E4 time *** Our results suggest that the pathological changes of intestinal necrosis in the small intestine of infants with NEC are not directly caused by excessive proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the small *** sources of microbiota in the small intestine of neonates,especially in premature infants,may be affected by multiple factors.
