Background:China’s accelerating development and increasingly important role in global health engagement create a great demand for global health professionals including international consulting *** study reported the detailed development and evaluation of an international consulting training for global health ***:Based on Kirkpatrick’s model,a mixed-methods approach was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the *** and qualitative data on participants’reaction,learning,and application of the learned knowledge and skills were collected by a training evaluation survey at the ending of training and a follow-up interview in three months after the ***:Thirty-six participants attended the training and 34 of them completed quantitative *** training satisfaction evaluations were positive,for which participants rated the training program highly and over 90%of them agreed with the usefulness of the *** knowledge and skills change,participants showed improved consulting knowledge and skills from pre-to post-training(P<0.001).A total of 23 participants accepted follow-up interview,and most participants applied knowledge and skills learned from the training in their daily work or ***,only 30.4%of participants applied their learning in the consulting *** largest barrier of application was the lack of consulting *** addition,almost all the participants reported that they would be glad to attend more training courses in the ***:The international consulting training program was well-received,and was feasible to improve the consulting service competence of global health *** to participants’feedback,it is essential to develop and expand consulting training in the field of global health.

Development of multifunctional and high-performance silicone aerogel is highly required for various promising ***,unstable cross-linking structure and poor thermal stability of silicone network as well as complicated processing restrict the practical use ***,we report a facile and versatile ambient drying strategy to fabricate lightweight,wide-temperature flexible,super-hydrophobic and flame retardant silicone composite aerogels modified with low-content functionalized graphene oxide(FGO).After optimizing silane molecules,incorporation ofγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane functionalization is found to promote the dispersion stability of GO during the hydrolysis-polymerization process and thus produce the formation of unique strip-like co-cross-linked ***,the aerogels containing∼2.0 wt%FGO not only possess good cyclic compressive stability under strain of 70%for 100 cycles and outstanding mechanical reliability in wide temperature range(from liquid nitrogen to 350℃),but also display excellent flame resistance and ***,the optimized silicone/FGO aerogels display exceptional thermal insulating performance superior to pure aerogel and hydrocarbon polymer foams,and they also show efficient oil absorption and separation capacity for var-ious solvents and oil from ***,this work provides a new route for the rational design and development of advanced silicone composite aerogels for multifunctional applications.

为了刻画在黏弹性介质中具有质量涨落的耦合粒子的运动行为,本文提出了相应模型,即三态噪声激励下的分数阶耦合系统.利用Shapiro-Loginov公式和Laplace变换,发现了粒子间的统计同步性,并得到了系统输出幅值增益的解析表达.在此基础上,针对模型涉及的关键要素,即耦合系统、分数阶系统和三态噪声,着重分析了耦合系数、系统阶数和噪声稳态转移概率对系统输出幅值增益的广义随机共振现象的影响,并给出了合理解释.具体地说,1)随着耦合系数的增大,共振现象将先增强后减弱,直至收敛.该现象表明适当的耦合作用能够促进系统共振现象的产生,体现了研究耦合系统的重要性.2)随着系统阶数的增大,共振现象将逐渐减弱.当系统阶数取值为1,即系统退化为整数阶系统时,其输出幅值增益的峰值最小,该现象说明分数阶系统能比传统整数阶系统得到更大的输出幅值增益.3)噪声稳态转移概率对系统输出幅值增益的影响会随着与之相关的其他参数的变化而变化.在一定参数条件下,三态噪声不仅能够使系统输出幅值获得比双态噪声激励时更大的增益,还能改变系统的共振类型.最后,通过数值仿真验证了上述结果的正确性.

Spinal cord impairment involving motor neuron degeneration and demyelination can cause lifelong disabilities,but effective clinical interventions for restoring neurological functions have yet to be *** early spinal cord development,neural progenitors of the motor neuron(pMN)domain,defined by the expression of oligodendrocyte transcription factor 2(OLIG2),in the ventral spinal cord first generate motor neurons and then switch the fate to produce myelin-forming *** their differentiation potential,pMN progenitors could be a valuable cell source for cell therapy in relevant neurological conditions such as spinal cord ***,fast generation and expansion of pMN progenitors in vitro while conserving their differentiation potential has so far been technically *** this study,based on chemical screening,we have developed a new recipe for efficient induction of pMN progenitors from human embryonic stem *** importantly,these OLIG2+pMN progenitors can be stably maintained for multiple passages without losing their ability to produce spinal motor neurons and oligodendrocytes *** results suggest that these self-renewing pMN progenitors could potentially be useful as a renewable source of cell transplants for spinal cord injury and demyelinating disorders.
