This editorial assesses the prognostic value of preoperative inflammatory and nutritional biomarkers in patients undergoing surgical resection for pancreatic *** et al evaluated the ability of seven biomarkers to predict postoperative recovery and long-term *** biomarkers were albumin-to-globulin ratio,prognostic nutritional index(PNI),systemic immune-inflammation index,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio,nutritional risk index,and geriatric nutritional risk *** PNI was found to be a strong predictor of both overall and recurrence-free survival,underscoring its clinical relevance in managing patients with pancreatic cancer.

The scheduling of earth observation satellites(EOSs)data transmission is a complex combinatorial optimization problem. Current researches mainly deal with this problem on the assumption that the data transmission mode is fixed, either playback or real-time transmission. Considering the characteristic of the problem, a multi-satellite real-time and playback data transmission scheduling model is established and a novel algorithm based on quantum discrete particle swarm optimization(QDPSO)is proposed. Furthermore, we design the longest compatible transmission chain mutation operator to enhance the performance of the algorithm. Finally, some experiments are implemented to validate correctness and practicability of the proposed algorithm.

The microstructure and texture evolution of twin-roll cast A8006 alloy by homogenization were characterized using scanning and transmission electron microscopy, and the microhardness was tested as well. According to the relation- ship between dendritic arm spacing and cooling rate the cooling rate of the as-cast twin-roll cast A8006 sheet of 6 mm in thickness was estimated as 1.48×10^3 K·s^-1. It is found that the grains and the nanostructural precipitates of the twin-roll cast sheet become coarser after homogenization at 580℃ for 4 h in comparison with those after homogenization at 500℃ for 8 h. The textures formed after cold rolling and became weaker during homogenization. The increase in hardness of the as-cast twin-roll cast sheets is related in hardness after homogenization can to the supersaturated a-A1 solid solution and be attributed to the coarsening of grains and fine microstructure, but the decrease Al6Fe（Mn） precipitates.

Herein,we present a thermo-mechanical analyzer(TMA)and dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA)of composite multi-layered gun propellant,focusing on thermal expansion coefficients and dynamic thermomechanical *** linear thermal expansion coefficient of the prepared energetic material is determined as approx.0.1800×10^(-4)-0.2081×10^(-4)K^(-1).According to DMA test and dynamic thermomechanical properties,the glass transition temperature is also *** tested value is within the range of 223.01-223.50 K,which indicates the lower limit of the energetic ***,DMA tests reveal temperature changes,which occur due to thermal ***,the geometrical factor decreases with increasing ***,thermal expansion significantly affects the storage modulus and loss ***,the thermal expansion coefficient can be used to modify the storage and loss *** results show that the proposed method provides effective and reliable modified results.

Various molecular docking software packages are available for modeling interactions between small molecules and ***,there have been few reports of modeling the interactions between metal ions and *** this study,the AutoDock package was employed to example docking into a di-iron binding protein,*** binding site of this protein was tested for docking with iron *** docking experiments showed that all docking conformations converged into two clusters,one for internal iron binding in sites within the metalloprotein and the other for external iron binding on the protein *** docking experiments showed that there were significant differences between two internal iron binding *** at one site gave a reasonable root-mean-square deviation(RMSD) distribution with relatively low binding *** of the binding mode quality for this site revealed that more than half of the docking conformations were categorized as having good binding geometry,while no good conformations were found for the other *** investigations indicated that coordinating water molecules contributed to the stability of binding *** study provides an empirical approach towards the study of molecular docking in metalloproteins.

Whether extrapulmonary lesions are avid for18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) could help to differentiate the benign or malignant lung *** this trial,the 199 consecutive patients with newly diagnosed lung lesions(169 malignant and 36 benign lesions) were imaged by whole body18F-FDG PET/*** and clinic results served as the reference *** malignancy likelihood were conducted by CTscores;the maximum standardized uptake value(SUVmax) of lung lesions,and PET on FDG negative or positive,as well as metastasis index(MI),by PET combined with CT *** data were analyzed by stepwise logistic regression and *** malignancy predictive probability(P) was obtained by P =ex/(1+ex),where x= –1.16+0.87(CTscore) +0.15(SUVmax)+0.27(MI).The area under curve(AUC) for the fitted logistic model was 0.82±0.04,this was superior and significantly different from SUVmax(AUC,0.73±0.05) and CTscores(AUC,0.71±0.05).The fitted logistic model could improve the diagnostic *** MI could help for differential diagnosis.
