High-Performance Recyclable Furan-based Epoxy Resin and Its Carbon Fiber Composites with Dense Hydrogen Bonding

The emerging biomass-based epoxy vitrimers hold great potential to fulfill the requirements for sustainable development of *** the existence of dynamic chemical bonds in vitrimers often reduces both the thermal and mechanical properties of epoxy resins, it is challenging to produce recyclable epoxy vitrimers with both excellent mechanical properties and good thermal stability. Herein, a monomer 4-(((5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-yl)methylene)amino)phenol(FCN) containing furan ring with potential to form high density of hydrogen bonding among repeating units is designed and copolymerized with glycerol triglycidyl ether to yield epoxy resin(FCN-GTE), which intrinsically has dual hydrogen bond networks, dynamic imine structure and resultant high performance. Importantly, as compared to the BPA-GTE, the FCN-GTE exhibits significantly improved mechanical properties owing to the increased density of hydrogen bond network and physical crosslinking interaction. Furthermore, density functional theory(DFT) calculation and in situ FTIR analysis is conducted to decipher the formation mechanism of hydrogen bond network. In addition, the FCN-GTE possesses superior UV shielding, chemical degradation, and recyclability because of the existence of abundant imine bonds. Notably, the FCN-GTE-based carbon fiber composites could be completely recycled in an amine *** study provides a facile strategy for synthesizing recyclable biomass-based high-performance epoxy vitrimers and carbon fiber composites.

The Righi±Leduc heat flux generated by the self-generated magnetic field in the ablative Rayleigh±Taylor instability driven by a laser irradiating thin targets is studied through two-dimensional extended-magnetohydrodynamic *** perturbation structure gets into a low magnetization state though the peak strength of the self-generated magnetic field could reach hundreds of *** Righi±Leduc effect plays an essential impact both in the linear and nonlinear stages,and it deflects the total heat flux towards the spike *** to the case without the self-generated magnetic field included,less heat flux is concentrated at the spike tip,finally mitigating the ablative stabilization and leading to an increase in the velocity of the spike *** is shown that the linear growth rate is increased by about 10%and the amplitude during the nonlinear stage is increased by even more than 10%due to the feedback of the magnetic field,*** results reveal the importance of Righi±Leduc heat flux to the growth of the instability and promote deep understanding of the instability evolution together with the self-generated magnetic field,especially during the acceleration stage in inertial confinement fusion.

The effect of salt anion in ether‐based electrolyte for electrochemical performance of sodium‐ion batteries:A case study of hard carbon

Compared with the extensively used ester‐based electrolyte,the hard carbon(HC)electrode is more compatible with the ether‐based counterpart in sodium‐ion batteries,which can lead to improved cycling stability and robust rate ***,the impact of salt anion on the electrochemical performance of HC electrodes has yet to be fully *** this study,the anionic chemistry in regulating the stability of electrolytes and the performance of sodium‐ion batteries have been systematically *** work shows discrepancies in the reductive stability of the anionic group,redox kinetics,and component/structure of solid electrolyte interface(SEI)with different salts(NaBF_(4),NaPF_(6),and NaSO_(3)CF_(3))in the typical ether solvent(diglyme).Particularly,the density functional theory calculation manifests the preferred decomposition of PF_(6)−due to the reduced reductive stability of anions in the solvation structure,thus leading to the formation of NaF‐rich *** investigation on redox kinetics reveals that the NaPF_(6)/diglyme can induce the fast ionic diffusion dynamic and low charge transfer barrier for HC electrode,thus resulting in superior sodium storage performance in terms of rate capability and cycling life,which outperforms those of NaBF_(4)/diglyme and NaSO_(3)CF_(3)/***,this work offers valuable insights for optimizing the electrochemical behaviors of electrode materials by regulating the anionic group in the electrolyte.

A hybrid machine learning optimization algorithm for multivariable pore pressure prediction

Enhanced electrochemical performance of Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3) solid electrolyte by anion doping

Nowadays,the majority of the studies on the substitution are focused on cations(such as Y^(3+),Ti^(4+),P^(5+),etc.)in Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP),while there are few studies on the substitution of anion O^(2-).In this work,the modified LATP with a series of LiCl(LATPClx,x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)additives is prepared to enhance ionic *** successful introduction of Cl-makes the length of the c axis decrease from 20.822(2)to 20.792(1)Å,and the bulk conductivity of 2.13×10^(-3) S·cm^(-1) is achieved in LATPCl_(0.3).Moreover,the Al/Ti-O1/Cl1 and Al/Ti-O_(2)/Cl_(2) distance decrease,while the Li1-O_(2)/Cl_(2) distance *** ions migrate more easily in the nanochannel of *** addition,the LiCl additive increases the relative density and the grain boundary conductivity of LATPClx ***,a higher ionic conductivity of 2.12×10^(–4) S·cm^(-1) and a low activation energy of 0.30 eV are obtained in LATPCl_(0.3).Correspondingly,the symmetric cell exhibits a low overpotential of±50 mV for over 200 h in LATPCl_(0.3).The solid-state Li|LATPCl_(0.3)|NCM811(NCM811=LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O_(2))battery exhibits high initial capacity 185.1 mAh·g^(-1) with a capacity retention rate of 95.4%after 100 cycles at 0.5 *** result suggests that LiCl additive is an effective strategy to promote electrochemical properties of LATP solid electrolyte and can be considered for reference to other inorganic solid electrolytes systems.

Preventive effects of anisodamine against contrast-induced nephropathy in type 2 diabetics with renal insufficiency undergoing coronary angiography or angioplasty

Background Anisodamine is widely used in therapy for treating acute glomerulonephritis and diabetic nephropathy because it can improve renal microcirculation. We performed a study to evaluate the preventive effects of anisodamine against contrast-induced nephropathy （CIN） in type 2 diabetics with renal insufficiency undergoing coronary angiography or angioplasty. Methods A total of 260 patients with type 2 diabetes and an estimated glomerular filtration rate （eGFR） of 60 ml^-1 - min^-1·1.73 m^-2 or less, who were undergoing coronary angiography or angioplasty, were randomly assigned to receive an infusion of either sodium chloride （control group, n=128） or anisodamine （treatment group, n=132）. Patients in the treatment group received an infusion of anisodamine at a rate of 0.2 μg · kg^-1 · min^-1 from 12 hours before to 12 hours after coronary angiography or angioplasty, while patients in the control group received an infusion of sodium chloride with the same volume as the treatment group. All patients received intravenous sodium chloride hydration. CIN was defined as a 25% increase in serum creatinine from baseline or an absolute increase of 〉0.5 mg/dl within three days after contrast exposure. The primary end point was the incidence of CIN. The secondary end point was a 25% or greater reduction in eGFR. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups with regard to age, gender, risk factors, laboratory results, medications and interventions. The incidence of CIN was 9.8% （13/132） in the treatment group and 20.3% （26/128） in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The secondary end point was 6.0% （8/132） in the treatment group and 16.4% （21/128） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion These results indicate the preventive effects of anisodamine against CIN in type 2 diabetics with renal insufficiency who are undergoing coronary angiography or angioplasty.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions to the initial-boundary value problem for a coupled system of an incompressible non-Newtonian fluid and the Vlasov *** coupling arises from the acceleration in the Vlasov equation and the drag force in the incompressible viscous non-Newtonian fluid with the stress tensor of a power-law structure for p≥11/*** main idea of the existence analysis is to reformulate the coupled system by means of a so-called truncation *** advantage of the new formulation is to control the external force term G=-∫Rd(u-v)fdc(d=2,3).The global existence of weak solutions to the reformulated system is shown by using the Faedo-Galerkin method and weak compactness *** further prove the uniqueness of weak solutions to the considered system.
