The evolution of microstructure,texture,and magnetic properties with random texture,near-copper texture,weak near-cube texture,and strong λ fiber(/ND(normal direction))before rolling of non-oriented electrical steel was *** recrystallized hot bands with different textures but similar grain sizes were prepared by pre-annealing at low-temperature and high-temperature normalization *** was observed that the final annealed products exhibited similar recrystallized *** contrast,the final annealed product with more 2 fiber before rolling exhibited a stronger cube *** the fiber before rolling becoming stronger,the proportion of(111)deformed matrices became larger,which could be observed in the early recrystallization *** overwhelmingly dominant 2 orientation nuclei are formed in the(111)deformed matrix and become the dominant ***,the best magnetic properties are obtained in the products with strong 2 fiber before rolling,corresponding to the strong cube texture and low anisotropyparameter.

Bone morphogenetic protein 4(BMP4)can induce the formation of chicken primordial germ cells(PGCs)in vitro;however,its regulatory mechanism in poultry remains *** study aimed to use RNA-seq to analyze PGCs in chicken embryos and iPGCs induced by BMP4 in vitro,clarify the internal regulatory factors of PGCs,analyze the mechanism of the formation of PGCs,and lay a theoretical foundation for the further optimization of PGCs induction *** stem cells(ESCs),PGCs and iPGCs induced by BMP4 in vitro were *** transcriptional maps of the three cell types were studied using *** results showed 6,142 genes differentially expressed between PGCs and iPGCs,of which 2,728 were upregulated in iPGCs and 3,414 were downregulated in *** to that in ESCs,BMP4 was significantly upregulated in PGCs and *** results showed that both the TGF-βand Wnt signaling pathways were activated during the formation of PGCs in vitro and in vivo,and the activation was more significant during iPGCs induced by *** expression of Nodal,an inhibitory factor of TGF-βsignaling,was significantly decreased in PGCs and iPGCs,but was not expressed in iPGCs,which further supports our ***,the Lysosome and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways were significantly enriched in PGCs and iPGCs,***,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)results showed that the number of autolysosomes was significantly higher after the addition of BMP4,which is consistent with the KEGG ***,the number of PGCs was significantly reduced after ATG14 was interfered in vivo and in *** conclusion,this study screened out the key signaling pathways during the formation of PGCs,aiming to provide help for enriching the mechanism network regulating PGCs formation in chicken and laying a theoretical foundation for further improving the efficiency of inducing PGCs in vitro.

BACKGROUND:Xuebijing(XBJ)can alleviate the inflammatory response,improve organ function,and shorten the intensive care unit(ICU)stay in patients with pyogenic liver abscess(PLA)complicated with sepsis,but the molecular mechanisms have not been *** study aimed to explore the molecular mechanism of XBJ in treating PLA complicated with sepsis using a network pharmacology ***:The active ingredients and targets of XBJ were retrieved from the ETCM *** targets related to PLA and sepsis were retrieved from the GeneCards,PharmGKB,DisGeNet,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM),Therapeutic Targets Database(TTD),and DrugBank *** targets of PLA complicated with sepsis were mapped to the targets of XBJ to identify potential treatment ***-protein interaction networks were analyzed using the STRING *** treatment targets were imported into the Metascape platform for Gene Ontology(GO)functional enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment *** docking was performed to validate the interactions between active ingredients and core ***:XBJ was found to have 54 potential treatment targets for PLA complicated with ***-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)were identifi ed as core *** enrichment analysis revealed important pathways,including the interleukin-17(IL-17)signaling pathway,the TNF signaling pathway,the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,and the Toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling *** docking experiments indicated stable binding between XBJ active ingredients and core ***:XBJ may exert therapeutic eff ects on PLA complicated with sepsis by modulating signaling pathways,such as the IL-17,TNF,NF-κB,and TLR pathways,and targeting IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF.

Graphene-based materials possess significant potential for the treatment of dye wastewater due to their exceptional adsorption properties toward stubborn ***,their utilization is hindered by high preparation costs,low yields,environmental pollution during synthesis,and challenges in regenerating the *** study proposes a novel approach to address these limitations by developing nitrogen-doped three-dimensional(3D)polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)crosslinked graphene sponges(N-PGA)using a cross-linking method with ammonium *** method offers a relatively mild,environmentally friendly *** carbonate serves as both a reducing and modifying agent,facilitating the formation of the intrinsic structure of N-PGA and acting as a nitrogen ***,PVA is utilized as the cross-linking *** results demonstrate that N-PGA exhibits a favorable internal 3D hierarchical porous structure and possesses robust mechanical *** measured specific surface area(BET)of N-PGA was as high as406.538 m^(2)·g^(-1),which was favorable for its efficient adsorption of Congo red(CR)dye *** an initial concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1),N-PGA achieved an impressive removal rate of 89.6%and an adsorption capacity of 112 mg·g^(-1)for CR ***,it retained 79%of its initial adsorption capacity after 10 cycles,demonstrating excellent regeneration *** summary,the synthesized N-PGA displays remarkable efficacy in the adsorption of CR dye in wastewater,opening up new possibilities for utilizing 3D porous graphene nanomaterials as efficient adsorbents in wastewater treatment.

Low-permeability reservoirs are generally characterized by low porosity and low permeability. Obtaining high production using the traditional method is technologically challenging because it yields a low reservoir recovery factor. In recent years, hydraulic fracturing technology is widely applied for efficiently exploiting and developing low-permeability reservoirs using a low-viscosity fluid as a fracturing ***, the transportation of the proppant is inefficient in the low-viscosity fluid, and the proppant has a low piling-up height in fracture channels. These key challenges restrict the fluid(natural gas or oil) flow in fracture channels and their functional flow areas, reducing the profits of hydrocarbon *** study aimed to explore and develop a novel dandelion-bionic proppant by modifying the surface of the proppant and the fiber. Its structure was similar to that of dandelion seeds, and it had high transport and stacking efficiency in low-viscosity liquids compared with the traditional ***, the transportation efficiency of this newly developed proppant was investigated experimentally using six different types of fracture models(tortuous fracture model, rough fracture model,narrow fracture model, complex fracture model, large-scale single fracture model, and small-scale single fracture model). Experimental results indicated that, compared with the traditional proppant, the transportation efficiency and the packing area of the dandelion-based bionic proppant significantly improved in tap water or low-viscosity fluid. Compared with the traditional proppant, the dandelionbased bionic proppant had 0.1-4 times longer transportation length, 0.3-5 times higher piling-up height, and 2-10 times larger placement area. The newly developed proppant also had some other extraordinary features. The tortuosity of the fracture did not influence the transportation of the novel proppant. p53是一种肿瘤抑制蛋白,对阻碍癌症发展、维持遗传完整性起着至关重要的作用.在细胞核内,4个p53分子通过高度协同的方式、通过DNA结合域与DNA结合,形成稳定的四聚体活性结构,并转录激活或抑制其靶向基因.然而,大多数肿瘤细胞中存在大量p53的突变,其中绝大部分突变发生在p53的DNA结合域,而p53的DNA结合域又是p53形成四聚体活性结构、调控下游靶基因转录的重要区域.本文通过全原子分子动力学模拟,研究了野生型p53四聚体内分子间的相互作用机制.结果表明,位于DNA两侧的对称二聚体是一个稳定的二聚体,在与DNA结合前后都能维持稳定的结构.位于DNA同侧的两个单体依靠两个接触面提供的蛋白-蛋白相互作用和DNA的骨架作用使四聚体活性结构保持稳定,这些相互作用为四聚体的形成机制提供了重要支撑.该工作厘清了p53四聚体在动力学过程中的内部相互作用机制和关键残基,揭示了四聚化过程中各个相互作用界面的关键位点,对于理解p53的抑癌机制、探索有效治癌策略、发展治癌药物具有重要意义.

Clays have considerable influence on the electrical properties of hydrate-bearing *** is desirable to understand the electrical properties of hydrate-bearing clayey sediments and to build hydrate saturation(S_(h))models for reservoir evaluation and *** electrical properties of tetrahydrofuran-hydrate-bearing sediments with montmorillonite are characterized by complex conductivity at frequencies from 0.01 Hz to 1 *** effects of clay and Sh on the complex conductivity were analyzed.A decrease and increase in electrical conductance result from the clay-swelling-induced blockage and ion migration in the electrical double layer(EDL),*** quadrature conductivity increases with the clay content up to 10%because of the increased surface site density of counterions in *** the in-phase conductivity and quadrature conductivity decrease consistently with increasing Sh from 0.50 to *** sets of models for Sh evaluation were *** model based on the Simandoux equation outperforms Archie’s formula,with a root-mean-square error(E_(RMS))of 1.8%and 3.9%,respectively,highlighting the clay effects on the in-phase *** fre-quency effect correlations based on in-phase and quadrature conductivities exhibit inferior performance(E_(RMS)=11.6%and 13.2%,re-spectively)due to the challenge of choosing an appropriate pair of frequencies and intrinsic uncertainties from two *** second-order Cole-Cole formula can be used to fit the complex-conductivity *** pair of inverted Cole-Cole parameters,i.e.,characteristic time and chargeability,is employed to predict S_(h) with an E_(RMS) of 5.05%and 9.05%,respectively.
