Objective: To explore genes potentially co-expressed with cyclin E in gastric cancer and discover possible targets for gastric cancer treatment. Methods: The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) stomach adenocarcinoma sequencing data were used to predict genes co-expressed with cyclin E. Co-expression genes predicted by cBioPortal online analysis with Pearson correlation coefficient ≥0.4 were analyzed by gene ontology (GO) enrichment annotation using the PANTHER online platform (Ver. 7). Interactions between proteins encoded by these genes were analyzed using the STRING online platform (Ver. 10.5) and Cytoscape software (Ver. 3.5.1). Genes displaying a high degree of connection were analyzed by transcription factor enrichment prediction using FunRich software (Ver. 3). The significant transcription factor and cyclin E expression levels and their impact on gastric cancer progression were analyzed by Western blotting and Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis. Results: After filtering the co-expression gene prediction results, 78 predicted genes that included 73 protein coding genes and 5 non-coding genes with Pearson correlation coefficient ≥0.4 were selected. The expressions of the genes were considered to be correlated with cyclin E expression. Among the 78 genes co-expressed with cyclin E, 19 genes at the central of the regulatory network associated with cyclin E were discovered. Nuclear transcription factor Y subunit alpha (NF-YA) was identified as a significant transcription factor associated with cyclin E co-expressing genes. Analysis of specimen donors’ clinical records revealed that high expression of NF-YA tended to be associated with increased cyclin E expression. The expression of both was associated with progression of gastric cancer. Western blotting results showed that compared with normal tissues, NF-YA and cyclin E were highly expressed in tumor tissues (P < 0.001). Recently, hosts of Medium Access Control （MAC） protocols for Ad hoc radio networks have been proposed to solve the hidden terminal problem and exposed terminal problem. However most of them take into no account the interactions between physical （PHY） system and MAC protocol. Therefore, the current MAC protocols are either inefficient in the networks with mobile nodes and fading channel or difficult in hardware implementation. In this paper, we present a novel media access control for Ad hoc networks that integrates a media access control protocol termed as Dual Busy Tone Multiple Access （DBTMA） into Orthagonal Frequency Division Multiplexing （ OFDM ） system proposed in IEEE 802.11 a standard. The analysis presented in the paper indicates that the proposed MAC scheme achieves performance improvement over IEEE 802.11 protocol about 25% -80% especially in the environment with high mobility and deep fading. The complexity of the proposed scheme is also lower than other implementation of similar busy tone solution. Furthermore, it is compatible with IEEE 802. 11a networks.

尽管亚里士多德的宇宙目的论后来被整合到基督教神学的框架之中而被硬化为教条,为基督教神学家所利用和发展用以证明“上帝存在”的核心思想,但是实际上,亚里士多德的宇宙目的论是内在的宇宙目的论,与基督教神学的外在主义宇宙目的论有着根本的区别。亚里士多德的宇宙目的论中并不存在基督教神学意义上的“上帝存在”的证明,他强调一种自然哲学意义上的内在于宇宙的“最终目的”(■),并将“最终目的”视为宇宙中一切秩序的根源。与此相反的是,基督教神学家主张一种超越现实世界的宇宙目的的存在,强调一种超自然的终极目的的存在,并将这种存在视为“上帝存在”。而通过与奥古斯丁宇宙目的论的比较则能更好地说明这些区别。

Hydroelastic effect of sloshing is studied through an experimental investigation. Different excitation frequencies are considered with low-fill-depth and large amplitude. Morlet wavelet transform is introduced to analyze the free surface elevations and sloshing pressures. It focuses on variations and distributions of the wavelet energy in elastic tanks. The evolutions of theoretical and experimental wavelet spectra are discussed and the corresponding Fourier spectrums are compared. Afterwards, average values of the wavelet spectra are extracted to do a quantitative study at various points. From the wavelet analysis, sloshing energies are mainly distributed around the external excitation frequency and expanded to high frequencies under violent condition. In resonance, experimental wavelet energy of the elevation in elastic tanks is obviously less than that in the rigid one; for sloshing pressures, the elastic wavelet energy close to the rigid one and conspicuous impulse is observed. It recommends engineers to concern the primary natural frequency and impulsive peak pressures.

Carbosilane dendrimers with p-bromophenyl core were synthesized by alternating Grignard and hydrosilylation reaction. And the α-naphthalenyl was connected to the core by the Suzuki coupling reaction. A new carbosilane dendrimer with big π-conjugated structure [4-（naphthalen-l-yl）phenyl core] was given. It shows Suzuki coupling reaction is an effective and powerful core-functionalization method and the satisfactory result can be obtained through prolonging the reaction time with the increase of the generation of dendrimer.

Infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2) causes diverse clinical manifestations and tissue injuries in multiple ***, cellular and molecular understanding of SARS-CoV-2 infection-associated pathology and immune defense features in different organs remains incomplete. Here, we profiled approximately 77 000single-nucleus transcriptomes of the lung, liver,kidney, and cerebral cortex in rhesus macaques(Macaca mulatta) infected with SARS-CoV-2 and healthy controls. Integrated analysis of the multiorgan dataset suggested that the liver harbored the strongest global transcriptional alterations. We observed prominent impairment in lung epithelial cells, especially in AT2 and ciliated cells, and evident signs of fibrosis in fibroblasts. These lung injury characteristics are similar to those reported in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Furthermore, we found suppressed MHC class I/II molecular activity in the lung, inflammatory response in the liver, and activation of the kynurenine pathway,which induced the development of an immunosuppressive microenvironment. Analysis of the kidney dataset highlighted tropism of tubule cells to SARS-CoV-2, and we found membranous nephropathy(an autoimmune disease) caused by podocyte dysregulation. In addition, we identified the pathological states of astrocytes and oligodendrocytes in the cerebral cortex, providing molecular insights into COVID-19-related neurological implications. Overall, our multi-organ single-nucleus transcriptomic survey of SARS-CoV-2-infected rhesus macaques broadens our understanding of disease features and antiviral immune defects caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection,which may facilitate the development of therapeutic interventions for COVID-19.

研究目的:利用数字图像测量技术对河流模型实验中的河床地形测量研究。创新要点:以高质量的图像径向畸变校正为基础,依据多幅图像间映射换算以及单幅图像灰度信息变换两方面的研究,来提取三维地形信息。研究方法:使用考虑残差的一阶误差传播的最大似然估计方法求解图像与地形坐标的映射变换参数;借助漫反射光照模型,通过适当假设,推导出地形高程与图像灰度、灰度梯度及太阳方向的关系式。重要结论:1.以Devernay基于直线的图像畸变校正方法为基础,通过使用更高精度的Canny边缘检测算子提取图像边缘,黄金分割法和二次插值法相结合的最优化方法求取畸变系数等,可以得到较好的校正效果,求算的畸变系数精度更高,求算过程更快;2.利用图像与地面间的透视投影关系方法求解地形高程坐标,均匀并尽可能多地将控制点布置在控制区域内,使计算值更接近实测值,并满足河流演变实验的精度要求;3.通过推导关系式,理论上可以根据图像灰度、灰度梯度、太阳方向向量算得地形高程。
