The platinum nanoparticles supported on self-organized TiO2 nanotubes （Pt-TiO2/Ti） were prepared using electrochemical anodic oxidation followed by cathodic reduction. The structure and chemical nature of the Pt-TiO2/Ti electrocatalyst were investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. Both XRD and SEM results indicate the presence of platinum on nanotubular TiO2. The stability of the Pt deposits was also investigated in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution by cyclic voltammetry. The electrocatalytic activity of the Pt-TiO2/Ti catalyst exhibits enhancement effect during electro-oxidation of methanol when annealed to anatase. Successive cyclic voltam- mograms of methanol oxidation on the Pt-TiO2/Ti electrocatalyst shows unique electrocatalytic characteristics when compared to methanol oxidation on the bulk Pt catalyst. This is because of further quick oxidation of adsorbed CO by Pt （111） facets of Pt particles on self-organized TiO2 nanotubes when the formation of an electroactive film onto the working catalyst surface occurs.

Referring expressions comprehension is the task of locating the image region described by a natural language expression,which refer to the properties of the region or the relationships with other *** previous work handles this problem by selecting the most relevant regions from a set of candidate regions,when there are many candidate regions in the set these methods are *** by recent success of image captioning by using deep learning methods,in this paper we proposed a framework to understand the referring expressions by multiple steps of *** present a model for referring expressions comprehension by selecting the most relevant region directly from the *** core of our model is a recurrent attention network which can be seen as an extension of Memory *** proposed model capable of improving the results by multiple computational *** evaluate the proposed model on two referring expression datasets:Visual Genome and Flickr30k *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model outperform previous state-of-the-art methods both in accuracy and *** also conduct an ablation experiment to show that the performance of the model is not getting better with the increase of the attention layers.

Scene text recognition(STR)is the task of recognizing character sequences in natural *** STR method has been greatly developed,the existing methods still can't recognize any shape of text,such as very rich curve text or rotating text in daily life,irregular scene text has complex layout in two-dimensional space,which is used to recognize scene text in the past Recently,some recognizers correct irregular text to regular text image with approximate 1D layout,or convert 2D image feature mapping to one-dimensional feature *** these methods have achieved good performance,their robustness and accuracy are limited due to the loss of spatial information in the process of two-dimensional to one-dimensional *** this paper,we proposes a framework to directly convert the irregular text of two-dimensional layout into character sequence by using the relationship attention module to capture the correlation of feature mapping Through a large number of experiments on multiple common benchmarks,our method can effectively identify regular and irregular scene text,and is superior to the previous methods in accuracy.

TRIM22, a tripartite-motif （TRIM） protein, is upregulated upon interferon alpha （IFNa） administration to hepatitis C virus （HCV）-infected patients. However, the physiological role of TRIM22 upregulation remains unclear. Here, we describe a potential antiviral function of TRI M22＇s targeting of the HCV NSSA protein. NS5A is important for HCV replication and for resistance to I FNa therapy. During the first 24 h following the initiation of I FNa treatment, upregulation of TRIM22 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMCs） of HCV patients correlated with a decrease in viral titer. This phenomenon was confirmed in the hepatocyte-derived cell line Huh-7, which is highly permissive for HCV infection. TRIM22 over-expression inhibited HCV replication, and Small interfering RNA （siRNA）-mediated knockdown of TRIM22 diminished IFNα-induced anti-HCV function. Furthermore, we determined that TRIM22 ubiquitinates NS5A in a concentration-dependent manner. In summary, our results suggest that TRIM22 upregulation is associated with HCV decline during IFNα treatment and Dlavs an important role in controlling HCV replication in vitro.

To the Editor:Breast cancer(BC)is the most common cancer in women,which affects 2.26 million people annually,with 680,000 *** 70%of cases involve estrogen-activated estrogen receptors(ER),which promote tumor growth through gene regulation and cellular *** reactivation without ligands contributes to therapy *** resistance in estrogen receptor-positive(ER+)breast tumors can result from mutations in ER,altered interactions with coactivators/corepressors,or crosstalk with growth factor receptors and oncogenic pathways.[1]Additionally,long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are diverse molecules with distinct expression patterns in different cancer types,playing critical roles in tumorigenesis.[2]Notably,actin gamma 1 pseudogene(AGPG)is emerging as a noteworthy lncRNA that holds promise as a new therapeutic target intended for the effective management of endocrine-resistant BC.

At present,the safety and stability of most facility greenhouse environment monitoring systems are seldom considered. In order to improve the stability of data transmission in environment and prevent the system failure caused by the fault of coordinator,a mechanism based on Zigbee coordinator to improve the stability of the whole system is proposed to ensure the security of wireless data transmission. Finally,the system is tested,and the results show that the system can effectively ensure the fault-free transmission of collected environmental data.

再制造TBM主驱动装配关键工艺及齿轮副啮合质量检验技术

Time-dependent wave packet quantum method has been used to study the state-to-state dynamics of F(P)+HO(∏)→O(P)+HF(∑) reaction on 3 A’’ potential energy surface(PES) for the first time. Influences of the collision energy on the product state-resolved differential cross sections(DCSs) are calculated and discussed. The population inversion happens in the product vibrational state distributions, the ICSs of HF product with v’ =3 and 2 are larger than the ones of HF product with 0’v=. The product rotational state is distributed mainly in the region of j’ <20. The HF product displays strongly forward scattering when the collision energy is larger than 0.1 e V. Moreover, the state-to-state DCSs provide a global perspective of the reaction mechanisms and their contribution to the final HF internal energy states. The reason for our calculated results is the property of the 3 A’’ PES, i.e., there are a low barrier at a bent geometry and two wells: one in the entrance channel with a bent geometry and a second one in the products channel with a linear geometry. The title reaction presents two different mechanisms: one direct at energies above the transition state zero point energy, at 0.1 e V, and below this threshold a second indirect mediated by HLH resonances.

为保证再制造TBM主驱动装配质量与精度,提高再制造装配效率,以大瑞铁路高黎贡山平导TBM再制造项目为依托,对再制造TBM主驱动装配关键工艺流程与标准、齿轮副啮合质量控制标准及检测方法进行研究与实践。实践表明:1)在再制造装配前,首先保证装配件再制造质量,然后装配时严格执行再制造装配工艺流程与标准,采用齿轮副啮合质量检测方法测定最终装配精度,这对保证再制造TBM主驱动装配质量和装配效率具有重要作用;2)综合考虑检测精度、作业空间、操作便捷性和效率,工厂内再制造TBM主驱动齿轮副采取"压铅法"测量齿侧间隙、"红丹粉涂色法"测量接触精度;3)设定再制造TBM主驱动齿轮副啮合质量检验标准,渐开线直齿轮齿侧法向间隙值为1.5-2 mm且啮合接触精度近似为齿宽的80%和有效齿面高度的70%时可认定合格。截至目前,再制造后TBM累计掘进里程4.4 km,期间主驱动未发生异常情况,证明主驱动装配关键工艺及齿轮副啮合质量检验技术的可行性与可靠性。
