The one-pot synthesis of ZSM-5-magadiite, ZSM-23-magadiite, and ZSM-5-ZSM-23-magadiite using isopropylamine and 2-propanol as an organic structure-directing agent and co-solvent, respectively, was studied. Zeolite mixtures were prepared by adding 2-propanol （0 to 10wt%） to the reaction solu- tion. The intergrowth of composites was observed when 2-propanol was introduced as a co-solvent into the reaction mixture. Synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field-emission scan- ning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The results revealed that the amount of 2-propanol and source of aluminum influenced the nature of the zeolite-magadiite composites formed.

Studies on the corrosion behaviour of mild steel electrodes in inhibited hydrochloric acid are described. Conventional weight loss measurements show that a maximum concentration of 140 ppm of tannin from Rhizophora racemosa is required to achieve 72% corrosion inhibition. Similar concentration of tannin: h3PO4 in ratio 1:1 gave 61% inhibition efficiency, whereas efficiency obtained for phosphoric acid as inhibitor in the same environment was 55%. Corrosion rates obtained over six hours of exposure in 1M hCl solution at inhibitor concentrations of 140 ppm are 2 mA/cm2, 2.4 mA/cm2, 2.6 mA/cm2 and 6 mA/cm2 for tannin, tannin/h3PO4 and h3PO4-inhibited and uninhibited specimens respectively. Natural atmospheric exposure studies revealed that specimens treated in h3PO4 resisted corrosion for three weeks, while tannin treated specimens suffered corrosion attack after one week of exposure tests.

This paper describes the guidance and navigation technique used by hayabusa2 for the asteroid rendezvous operation to reach *** operation results,including the achieved guidance and navigation performance,are also *** assessment and navigation teams worked closely to provide reliable navigation solutions with a short solution delivery *** the uncertainty of the Ryugu’s ephemeris was considerable before hayabusa2’s arrival,a combination of radiometric-optical hybrid navigation and a stochastic-constrained optimum guidance method was able to achieve an accuracy of less than 100 m and 1 cm/s,and the arrival was precisely timed.

AIM: To clarify the expression and role of Ephrin receptor A4 (EphA4) in gastric cancer in relation to clinicopathological characteristics and the expression of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) and ephrin ligands. METhODS: Eleven gastric carcinoma cell lines, 24 paired surgical fresh specimens of gastric adenocarcinoma and adjacent nontumor tissue, 74 conventional formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor specimens, and 55 specimens spotted on tissue microarray (TMA) were analyzed. Reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR), real-time RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry, and cell growth assays were performed. RESULTS: Overexpression of EphA4 mRNA expres-sion was observed in 8 (73%) of 11 gastric cancer cell lines and 10 (42%) of 24 gastric cancer tissues. Over-expression of EphA4, analyzed by immunohistochemistry, was observed in 62 (48%) of 129 gastric cancer tissues. EphA4 overexpression, at the protein level, was significantly associated with depth of invasion and recurrence. EphA4 overexpression was also correlated with FGFR1 overexpression. Patients with EphA4-positive cancer had significantly shorter overall survival periods than did those with EphA4-negative cancer (P = 0.0008). The mRNAs for ephrin ligands were coexpressed in various combinations in gastric cancer cell lines and cancer tissues. Downregulation of EphA4 expression by siRNA in EphA4-overexpressing gastric cancer cell lines resulted in a significant decrease in cell growth. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that overexpres-sion of EphA4 plays a role in gastric cancer.

Bioceramic material of the quaternary system;SiO2- CaO-Na2O-P2O5 that has composition similar to Bio- glass? 45S5 was prepared by the sol-gel method from locally obtained bentonite clay (BTC). The monolith obtained was sintered at 1000?C for 2 h to facilitate densification and phase transformation. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed the presence of sodium calcium silicate, Na2Ca2Si3O9 as major crystal phase, and another secondary orthorhombic phase, NaCaPO4. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopic investigation confirmed the presence of Si-O-Si bonds and a crystalline phosphate in the glass network. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed a network of micropores and interconnected macropores. Overall, the material displays features amenable for possible utilization in tissue engineering scaffolds.

This paper describes the orbit design of the deployable payload Rover 2 of MINERVA-II,installed on the hayabusa2 *** Rover 2 did not have surface exploration capabilities,the operation team decided to experiment with a new strategy for its deployment to the *** rover was ejected at a high altitude and made a semi-hard landing on the surface of the asteroid Ryugu after several *** on the orbital analysis around Ryugu,the expected collision speed was tolerable for the rover to function *** the rover could not control its position,its motion was entirely governed by the initial ***,the largest challenge was to insert the rover into a stable orbit(despite its large release uncertainty),and avoid its escape from Ryugu due to an environment strongly perturbed by solar radiation pressure and gravitational *** study investigates the solution space of the orbit around Ryugu and evaluates the orbit’s robustness by utilizing Monte Carlo simulations to determine the orbit insertion *** analyzing the flight data of the rover operation,we verified that the rover orbited Ryugu for more than one period and established the possibility of a novel method for estimating the gravity of an asteroid.
