Inspired by the success of WaveNet in multi-subject speech synthesis,we propose a novel neural network based on causal convolutions for multi-subject motion modeling and *** network can capture the intrinsic characteristics of the motion of different subjects,such as the influence of skeleton scale variation on motion ***,after fine-tuning the network using a small motion dataset for a novel skeleton that is not included in the training dataset,it is able to synthesize high-quality motions with a personalized style for the novel *** experimental results demonstrate that our network can model the intrinsic characteristics of motions well and can be applied to various motion modeling and synthesis tasks.

CD39 serves as a crucial biomarker for neoantigen-specific CD8^(+)T cells and is associated with antitumor activity and ***,the relationship between CD39 expression levels and the function of chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cells remains *** study aimed to investigate the role of CD39 in the functional performance of CAR-T cells against hepatocellular carcinoma(hCC)and explore the therapeutic potential of CD39 modulators,such as mitochondrial division inhibitor-1(mdivi-1),or knockdown CD39 through short hairpin *** findings demonstrated that glypican-3-CAR-T cells with moderate CD39 expression exhibited a strong antitumor activity,while high and low levels of CD39 led to an impaired cellular *** modulating the proportion of CD39 intermediate(CD39^(int))-phenotype CAR-T cells such as mdivi-1 and CD39 knockdown enhanced and impaired T cell function,*** combination of mdivi-1 and CD39 knockdown in CAR-T cells yielded the highest proportion of infiltrated CD39^(int)CAR-T cells and demonstrated a robust antitumor activity in *** conclusion,this study revealed the crucial role of CD39 in CAR-T cell function,demonstrated the potential therapeutic efficacy of combining mdivi-1 with CD39 knockdown in hCC,and provided a novel treatment strategy for hCC patients in the field of cellular immunotherapy.

Ultra-low permeability reservoirs are characterized by small pore throats and poor physical properties, which areat the root of well-known problems related to injection and production. In this study, a gas injection floodingapproach is analyzed in the framework of numerical simulations. In particular, the sequence and timing of fracturechanneling and the related impact on production are considered for horizontal wells with different fracturemorphologies. Useful data and information are provided about the regulation of gas channeling and possible strategiesto delay gas channeling and optimize the gas injection volume and fracture parameters. It is shown that inorder to mitigate gas channeling and ensure high production, fracture length on the sides can be controlled andlonger fractures can be created in the middle by which full gas flooding is obtained at the fracture location in themiddle of the horizontal well. A Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm is provided by which the gas injectionvolume and the fracture parameters of gas injection flooding can be optimized. It is shown that an improvedoil recovery factor as high as 6% can be obtained.

Background:Oleanolic acid(OA),a pentacyclic triterpenoid exhibiting speciﬁc anti-cancer properties and highly effective antioxidant activity,was isolated from traditional Chinese medicinal ***,the OA that impacts colon cancer(CC)cells and its underlying mechanisms remain poorly ***:The cytotoxic effect of OA alone or OA-5-Fluorouracil(5-FU)combination on normal and CC cells was analyzed by methyl thiazolyl diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT).Then,the impact of OA on CC cell lines(loVo and hT-29)proliferation and stemness were measured using colon formation and tumorsphere formation ***-binding transcription factor 4(Oct4),Prominin-1(CD133),Nanog,and transcription factor SOX-2(SOX2)are cell stemness-related indicators whose expression was assessed usingﬂuorescence qPCR assay,Western blotting,and *** effect of OA on the proliferative potency of CC cells was evaluated using an in vivo ***:The stem-like characteristics and clone production of colon cancer cells were markedly reduced by OA alone or in combination with ***,OA increases the susceptibility of CC cells to 5-FU by blocking the cell stemness-related markers(CD133,Nanog,SOX2,and Oct4)expression levels both in vitro and in vivo,as well as by inactivating the activator of transcription 3(STAT3 signaling)and Janus kinase 2/signal transducer(JAK2).Conclusion:Theseﬁndings imply that oleanolic acid,both in vitro and in vivo,suppresses the JAK2/STAT3 pathway,which in turn reverses chemoresistance and decreases colon cancer cell ***,by reducing the recommended amount of 5-FU,this strategy may improve chemotherapeutic effectiveness and minimize undesired side effects.

The widespread utilisation of tunnel boring machines(TBMs)in underground construction engineering requires a detailed investigation of the cutter-rock *** this paper,we conduct a series of largescale standing rotary cutting tests on granite in conjunction with high-fidelity numerical simulations based on a particle-type discrete element method(DEM)to explore the effects of key cutting parameters on the TBM cutter performance and the distribution of cutter-rock contact *** assessment results of cutter performance obtained from the cutting tests and numerical simulations reveal similar dependencies on the key cutting *** specifically,the normal and rolling forces exhibit a positive correlation with penetration but are slightly influenced by the cutting *** contrast,the side force decreases as the cutting radius ***,the side force shows a positive relationship with the penetration for smaller cutting radii but tends to become negative as the cutting radius *** cutter's relative effectiveness in rock breaking is significantly impacted by the penetration but shows little dependency on the cutting ***,an optimal penetration is identified,leading to a low boreability index and specific energy.A combined hertz-Weibull function is developed to fit the cutter-rock contact stress distribution obtained in DEM simulations,whereby an improved CSM(Colorado School of Mines)model is proposed by replacing the original monotonic cutting force distribution with this combined hertz-Weibull *** proposed model outperforms the original CSM model as demonstrated by a comparison of the estimated cutting forces with those from the tests/*** findings from this work that advance our understanding of TBM cutter performance have important implications for improving the efficiency and reliability of TBM tunnelling in granite.

Future transportation is advancing in the direction of intelligent transportation systems, where an essential part is vehicle and pedestrian detection. Due to the complex urban traffic environment, vehicles and pedestrians in road monitoring have different forms of occlusion problems, resulting in the missed detection of objects. We design an improved you only look once version 7(YOlOv7) tiny algorithm for vehicle and pedestrian detection under occlusion, with the following four main improvements. In order to locate the object more accurately, 1 × 1 convolution and identity connection are added to the 3 × 3 convolution, and convolution reparameterization is used to enhance the inference speed of the network model. In view of the complex road background and more interference, the coordinate attention was added to the connection part of backbone and neck to enhance the network's capacity to detect the object and lessen interference from other targets. At the same time, before being sent to the detection head, global attention mechanism is added to improve the accuracy of model detection by capturing three-dimensional features. Considering the issue of imbalanced training samples, we propose focal complete intersection over union(CIOU) loss instead of CIOU loss to become the bounding box regression loss, so that the regression process attention to high-quality anchor boxes. Experiments show that the improved YOlOv7 tiny algorithm achieves 82.2%map@0.5 in Pattern Analysis, Statistical Modelling and Computational learning Visual Object Classes(PASCAl VOC) dataset, which is 2.8% higher than before the improvement. The performance of map@0.5:0.95 is 5.2% better than the previous improvement. The proposed improved algorithm can availably to detect partial occlusion objects.
