The degradation of Microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in water by hydrogen peroxide assisted ultraviolet (UV/h2O2) process was investigated in this paper. The UV/h2O2 process appeared to be effective in removal of the MC-LR. MC-LR decomposition was primarily ascribed to production of strong and nonselective oxidant-hydroxyl radicals within the system. The intensity of UV radiation, initial concentration of MC-LR, MC-LR purity, dosages of h2O2, the initial solution ph, and anions present in water, to some extent, influenced the degradation rate of MC-LR. A modified pseudo-first-order kinetic model was developed to predict the removal efficiency under different experimental conditions.

Biochars were prepared by the pyrolysis of various h_(3)PO_(4) activated agricultural biomasses at 600℃and subsequently used as adsorbents for the removal of ciprofloxacin(CIP)from aqueous *** shell-based biochar(PSBC),corncob-based biochar(CCBC)and cotton-based biochar(CTBC)had high surface areas(571.0-1006.3 m^(2)/g),well-developed pore structures(mesopores with large pore volumes)and available adsorption functional groups(C=C,C-N and C-O-C).The CIP adsorption onto the biochars was investigated by batch experiments(kinetics,isotherms,thermodynamics,ph,etc.).Thermodynamics calculations showed the spontaneous(ΔG^(θ)hermic(Δh^(θ)>0)nature of the *** particular,CCBC exhibited high adsorption capacity(120.6 mg/g)of CIP in real lake water and it also had significant removal efficiency of other common pharmaceutical contaminants from real lake environ-ment,and even in a coexisting quintuple ***,multiple interaction mechanisms of CIP adsorption onto aromatized biochar were explored combining characterization analysis and theoretical *** of the mechanism of CIP adsorption onto biochar provides new insights into the assessment of the removal of pharmaceuticals from the aqueous environment.

hot deformation behavior of a high Al-low Si transformation-induced plasticity（TRIP） steel was studied by an MMS-300 thermo-simulation machine at the temperature range of 1050–1200℃ and strain rate range of 0.01–10s^（-1）. The constitutive equations of the TRIP steel were established at high temperature by fitting the strain factor with a sixth-order polynomial. The instability during hot rolling was discussed using processing maps. The results reveal that two types of flow stress curves（dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery） were observed during the hot compression of the high Al-low Si TRIP steel. Flow stress decreased with increasing deformation temperature and decreasing strain rate. The predicted flow stress of experimental TRIP steel is in agreement with the experimental values with an average absolute relative error of 4.49% and a coefficient of determination of 0.9952. According to the obtained processing maps, the TRIP steel exhibits a better workability at strain rate of 0.1s^（-1） and deformation temperature of 1200℃ as compared to other deformation conditions.

Both a persulfide crystal of L-L（1）, the oxidative coupling product of l-phenyl-lh-tetrazole-5-thiol（hL）, and a neutral copper（1） complex of Cu6L6（2） were self-assembled and their crystal architectures were characterized by CCD method. hL was converted into the persulfide L-L（1） over a metalloporphyrin catalyst with enzymatic characters under ambient conditions. Whlie in the crystal architecture of Cu6L6（2）, 6 copper（1） ions were ligated by 6L anions to construct a Cu6 ring, which just resembled the chair configuration of cyclohexane. Notably, both compounds 1 and 2 exhibit strong photoluminescence in solid state.

Evaluation of particle packing models by comparing with published test results

The existing particle packing density models each with two or more parameters accounting for certain particle interactions （the loosening effect parameter, wall effect parameter, wedging effect parameter, and compaction index, denoted by a, b, c, and k, respectively） may be classified into the 2-parameter model （with a and b incorporated）, the compressible model （with a, b, and 1（incorporated）, and the 3- parameter model （with a, b, and c incorporated）. This paper evaluates these models by comparing their respective packing density predictions with the test results published in the literature. It was found that their accuracy varies with both the size ratio and volumetric fractions of the binary mix. In general, when the size ratio is larger than 0.65, all the packing models are sufficiently accurate. however, when the size ratio is smaller than 0.65, some of them become inaccurate and the errors tend to be larger at around the volumetric fractions giving maximum packing density. Relatively, the 3-parameter model is the most accurate and widely applicable.

The ductility map of 304hC stainless was determined by using the Gleeble-1500 dynamic thermal-mechanical simulator. The effect of Cu on the hot ductility of 304hC stainless steel was analyzed and the mathematical model of resistance to deformation was established. The microstructure, inclusion and fracture surface were studied by using the method of micro structure analysis, scanning, energy spectrum and electron microscope. The results show that Cu has effect on the hot ductility, and the hot ductility of 304hC stainless steel decrease with the increase of content of Cu. The deformation temperature also has much effect on the hot ductility, the suitable deformation temperature are 1100-1200℃. The reason of it is that the Cu rich chemical compounds were precipitated from austenite phase during cooling. The Cu rich chemical compounds are brittle substance such as Cu2S, Cu2O and ε-Cu etc.

A process for purifying aqueous solutions containing heavy and toxic metals such as chromium（Cr） has been investigated. One of the extremely harmful pollutants in rivers and seawater is the heavy metal ions due to their direct impacts on human, animals and plants are hexavalent Cr（Ⅵ）. Consequently, highly sensitive sensor to detect Cr is essential. Surface plasmon resonance（SPR） technique has attracted huge research interest in detecting heavy metals specifically. In this study, three types of prism-based SPR sensor, gold（Au）/silver（Ag）, Au/polyaniline（PANI） and Au/titanium dioxide（TiO2） nanostructured films, are investigated as potential sensing material to detect the presence of Cr（Ⅵ） ions in water. The base Au layer with thickness of 48.3 nm is deposited on a glass slide for all sensors. For Au/Ag, Au/PANI nanofibers and Au/TiO2sensor films, the Cr（Ⅵ） concentration is varied from 1 ppm to 15 ppm with sensitivity of 0.270 °ppm-1, 0.082 °ppm-1and 0.039 °ppm-1, respectively. Based on these results, the Au/PANI nanofibers are the most sensitive to Cr（Ⅵ） among the tested sensing materials.

Oxidative stress plays a crucial role in cadmium(Cd)-induced myocardial *** 53(MG53)and its mediated reperfusion injury salvage kinase(RISk)pathway have been demonstrated to be closely related to myocardial oxidative *** anserina ***(PAP)is a polysaccharide with antioxidant capacity,which exerts protective effect on Cd-induced ***,it remains unknown whether PAP can prevent and treat Cd-induced cardiomyocyte *** present study was desgined to explore the effect of PAP on Cd-induced damage in h9c2 cells based on MG53 and the mediated RISk *** in vitro evaluation,cell viability and apoptosis rate were analyzed by CCk-8 assay and flow cytometry,***,oxidative stress was assessed by 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate(DCFh-DA)staining and using superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and glutathione/oxidized glutathione(GSh/GSSG)*** mitochondrial function was measured by JC-10 staining and ATP detection *** blot was performed to detect the expression of proteins related to MG53,the RISk pathway,and *** results indicated that Cd increased the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in h9c2 *** decreased the activities of SOD and CAT and the ratio of GSh/GSSG,resulting in decreases in cell viability and increases in ***,PAP reversed Cd-induced oxidative stress and cell ***,Cd reduced the expression of MG53 in h9c2 clls and inhibited the RISk pathway,which was mediated by decreasing the ratio of p-Akt^(Ser473)/Akt,p-GSk3β^(Ser9)/GSk3β and p ERk1/2/ERk1/*** addition,Cd impaired mitochondrial function,which involved a reduction in ATP content and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and an increase in the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2,cytoplasmic cytochrome c/mitochondrial cytochrome c,and Cleaved-Caspase 3/Pro-Caspase ***,PAP alleviated Cd-induced MG53 reduction,activated the RISk pathway,and reduced mitochondrial dama

Regulatory T(Treg)cells are a special immunosuppressive subset of cluster of differentiation 4-positive(CD4^(+))-T lymphocytes and play a pivotal role in the establishment of immune homeostasis in vivo(Zhang et al.,2021).The transcription factor forkhead box protein P3(Foxp3)is the master marker of Treg cells,which is highly expressed in Treg cells and is also essential for their suppressive function(hori et al.,2003).In addition to Foxp3,other regulators of Treg cells have been discovered(Wu et al.,2017,2022;Wu and Sun,2023a,2023b);however,a deeper understanding of the regulation of these cells is required.

Neddylation is necessary for activation of Cullin-RING ligases(CRLs),which degrade various immune regulatory *** recent study showed that while depletion of neddylation E2-E3 pair Ube2f-Sag in regulatory T(T_(reg))cells had no obvious phenotype,the same depletion of either Ube2m or Rbx1 caused inflammation disorders with different *** these E2s or E3s compensate each other in functional regulations of T_(reg)cells is,however,previously *** this report,we generated Foxp3^(Cre);Ube2m^(fl/fl);Ube2f^(fl/fl)or Foxp3^(Cre);Rbx1^(fl/fl);Sag^(fl/fl)double-null mice by simultaneous deletion of both neddylation E2s or E3s in T_(reg)cells,***,Ube2m&Ube2f double-null mice developed much severe autoimmune phenotypes than did Ube2m-null mice,indicating that Ube2m markedly compensates Ube2f in T_(reg)*** minor worsened autoimmune phenotypes seen at the very early stage in Rbx1&Sag double-null than Rbx1-null mice is likely due to already severe phenotypes of the later,indicating a minor compensation of Rbx1 for *** RNA profiling-based analyses revealed that up-and down-regulations of few signaling pathways in T_(reg)cells are associated with the severity of autoimmune ***,severer inflammation phenotypes seen in mice with double E3-null than with double E2-null T_(reg)cells indicate a neddylation-independent mechanism of 2 E3s,also known to serve as the RING component of CRLs in regulation of T_(reg)cell fitness.
