This paper proposed a new libration decoupling analytical speed function(LD-ASF)in lieu of the classic analytical speed function to control the climber's speed along a partial space elevator to improve libration stability in cargo *** LD-ASF is further optimized for payload transportation efficiency by a novel coordinate game theory to balance competing control objectives among payload transport speed,stable end body's libration,and overall control input via model predictive *** transfer period is divided into several sections to reduce computational *** validity and efficacy of the proposed LD-ASF and coordinate game-based model predictive control are demonstrated by computer *** results reveal that the optimized LD-ASF results in higher transportation speed,stable end body's libration,lower thrust fuel consumption,and more flexible optimization space than the classic analytical speed function.

heavy ion collisions near the Fermi energy produce a‘freezout’region where fragments appear and later decay,emitting mainly neutrons,protons,alpha particles,and gamma *** decay products carry information about the decaying *** events may result in high yields of boson particles,especially alpha particles,and may carry important information about the nuclear Bose Einstein condensate(BEC).We study‘in medium’fourαcorrelations and link them to the‘fission’of 16O in two 8Be in the ground state or 12C*(hoyle state)+α.Using novel techniques for the correlation functions,we confirm the resonance of 16O at 15.2 MeV excitation energy,and the possibility of a lower resonance,close to 14.72 *** latter resonance is the result of allαparticles having 92 keV relative kinetic energies.

传统的临床药理学注重于指导药物开发和应用在一个“典型”的病人身上，所以在研究数据的时候，我们偏重于“平均值”。到了21世纪，FDA、医药公司、生物工程公司、学术界、医生以及病人团体等逐步认识到，并不是“一个尺寸适合于每个人”。根据每个人的内在因素，比如年龄、性别、种族、身高、体重、器官功能障碍、遗传的多态性（genetic polymorphism）等等，以及环境、饮食、同时使用的药物、是否吸烟和饮酒等外在因素，每个人对药物的反应和药量的需求是不同的。关键是要建立药物的暴露-效应之间的关系（exposure—response relatjonship）以及研究人的内在因素和外在因素对它的影响，才能确定有效及安全地使用药物。

A combined self-consistent and Mori-Tanaka approach is proposed for the effective elastic property of particulate *** in a RVE of a particulate composite there are sufficient and randomly distributed identical particles with total volume fraction c,they are separated into two groups,with volume fractions(1-n)c and c/n over the RVE,*** particles in GroupⅠare embedded in the original matrix to form a fictitious matrix,the property which is determined with the self-consistent *** RVE consists of the fictitious matrix and the particles in GroupⅡ,and its effective property is determined with the Mori-Tanaka *** Mori-Tanaka scheme and self-consistent scheme can be obtained as the two special cases of the proposed approach as n=1 and n→∞, *** effective elastic property of some typical particulate composites is analyzed and compared with experimental *** parameter n can also be related to the size-effect of particles.

Blast furnace gas(BFG)is an important by-product energy for the iron and steel industry and has been widely used for heating or electricity ***,the undesirable contaminants in BFG(especially h_(2)S)generate harmful environmental *** desulfurization of BFG is urgent for integrated steel plants due to the stringent ultra-low emission *** with other desulfurization materials,zeolite-based adsorbents represent a viable option with low costs and long service *** this study,an ammonia-induced CuO modified 13X adsorbent(Nh_(3)–CuO/13X)was prepared for h_(2)S removal from simulated BFG at low *** XRD,h_(2)-TPR and TEM analysis proved that smaller CuO particles were formed and the dispersion of Cu on the surface of 13X zeolite was improved via the induction of *** on h_(2)S adsorption performance of the adsorbent was carried out using simulated BFG,and the results showed that Nh_(3)–CuO/13X-3 has better breakthrough sulfur capacity,which was more than twice the sulfur capacity of CuO/*** is proposed that the enhanced desulfurization performance of Nh_(3)–CuO/13X is attributed to an abundant pore of 13X,and combined action of 13X and *** work provided an effective way to improve the sulfur capacity of zeolite-based adsorbents via impregnation method by ammonia induction.

Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction (NO_(3)-RR) to ammonia under ambient conditions is expected to be a green process for ammonia synthesis and alleviate water pollution *** report a CuO nanoparticles incorporated on nitrogen-doped porous carbon (CuO@NC) catalyst for NO_(3)-*** of Cu(Ⅱ) is reduced to Cu(Ⅰ) during the NO_(3)-RR process to construct Cu(Ⅰ)-Cu(Ⅱ) pairs,confirmed by in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Raman *** functional theory (DFT) calculations indicated that the formation of Cu(Ⅰ) could provide a reaction path with smaller energy barrier for NO_(3)-RR,while Cu(Ⅱ) effectively suppressed the competition of hydrogen evolution reaction (hER).As a result,CuO@NC catalyst achieved a Faradaic efficiency of 84.2% at -0.49 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode (RhE),and a Nh_(3)yield rate of 17.2 mg h^(-1)mg^(-1)*** -0.79 V ***,higher than the haberBosch process (h^(-1)g^(-1)cat.).This work may open a new avenue for effective NO_(3)-RR by modulating oxidation states.
