全无机钙钛矿量子点因其卓越光电特性受到广泛关注,但较差的稳定性限制其实际应用。近年来,致密无机玻璃网络中原位析出钙钛矿量子点(CsPbX_3@glass)具有优异稳定性,然而大部分研究致力于优化钙钛矿量子点玻璃的光学性能,对其载流子动力学的研究较为匮乏。由此,本工作借助飞秒激光超快瞬态吸收光谱(fs-TAS)探索了由于晶化温度改变导致的缺陷变化与卤素比例变化对CsPb(Cl/Br)_(3)@glass载流子动力学的影响。研究发现,随着热处理温度升高,更多Br~–从玻璃网络中扩散进入量子点晶格,导致CsPb(Cl/Br)_(3)量子点电声耦合强度减弱,热载流子弛豫时间逐渐从140 fs增加至210 fs;当经历较高温度热处理(520℃)时,fs-TAS的基态漂白红侧(长波长方向)出现随时间衰减的负信号,证明新缺陷态存在,导致Cs Pb(Cl/Br)_3@glass呈现特别长的荧光寿命。

为探究温度对能量桩荷载传递机理及相关力学响应的影响,引入平面瞬态温度场方程,将温度场与应力场解耦。基于平面应力模型,将能量桩与桩周土考虑为具有协调变形的整体,计算了径向热应力。在此基础上,将其与双曲线荷载传递模型结合,对桩土界面处的极限摩阻力进行修正。将纵向热应变考虑在竖向荷载传递方程中,得到可同时衡量纵向和径向热效应的竖向受荷能量桩承载特性分析方法。利用增量法对能量桩荷载传递控制方程进行求解,得到桩身轴力、桩侧阻力、桩身位移等相关力学响应。通过与既有文献进行对比,验证了该模型的合理性。通过参数分析,研究了温度和竖向力作用下能量桩的荷载传递特性。结果表明:温度会改变能量桩的荷载传递特性,提高能量桩的运行温度可小幅增加其承载力。该文方法的计算流程清晰,可为能量桩的设计提供参考。

Evaluation of microRNA expression profiles in human sperm frozen using permeable cryoprotectant-free droplet vitrification and conventional methods

Light-emitting diodes(LEDs)based on perovskite semiconductor materials with tunable emission wavelength in visible light range as well as narrow linewidth are potential competitors among current light-emitting display technologies,but still suffer from severe instability driven by electric ***,we develop a stable,efficient and highcolor purity hybrid LED with a tandem structure by combining the perovskite LED and the commercial organic LED technologies to accelerate the practical application of *** LED and organic LED with close photoluminescence peak are selected to maximize photon emission without photon reabsorption and to achieve the narrowed emission *** designing an efficient interconnecting layer with p-type interface doping that provides good opto-electric coupling and reduces Joule heating,the resulting green emitting hybrid LED shows a narrow linewidth of around 30 nm,a peak luminance of over 176,000 cd m^(−2),a maximum external quantum efficiency of over 40%,and an operational half-lifetime of over 42,000 h.

BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body *** studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum *** To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum *** Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of huzhou Maternal and Child health hospital from October 2022 to September *** patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were *** No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(Phermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(Py reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.

Crystal structure and luminescence dynamics of highly pure LiM（PO3）3:Eu3+（M=Sr,Ca） red phosphors for white light emitting diodes

highly pure red phosphors LiM（PO3）3:Eu3+（M=Sr,Ca） doped with Eu3+（1 mol%） were synthesized via solution combustion method and their crystal structure and luminescence dynamics were studied to explore its suitability in white light emitting *** Rietveld refinement analysis of the powder Xray diffraction patterns reveals that the phosphors belong to the pure triclinic phase of LiSr（PO3）3and LiCa（PO3） with space group P-■（2）.The scanning electron microscopy images showed the agglomerated *** photoluminescence emission spectra under 393 nm show an orange band at 594 nm and a red band at 613 nm ascribed to5D0→7F1.5D0→7F2transitions of Eu3+ion in both the ***,the spectroscopic properties such as luminescence behaviour,and Stark splitting were used to examine the symmetry of Eu3+ions in LiM（PO3）3:Es3+（M=Sr,Ca） phosphors in terms of distortion induced upon *** Stark splitting shows that the actual site symmetry for Eu3+ion was estimated to be D2type for both *** photometric properties of LiCa（PO3）3:Eu3+such as Commission International de l'Eclairage coordinates（x=0.64,y=0.36） near to the standard one（red）,high color purity（95%） and higher brightness reveal that the phosphor has the capability of acting as a red component in n-UV white light emitting diodes.

砖混建筑垃圾制备蒸压加气混凝土性能及水化机理

以砖混建筑垃圾为主要原料制备蒸压加气混凝土(AAC),考察了废弃混凝土(WC)、废弃黏土砖(CB)及其复配掺量对蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度和干体积密度的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了不同砖混配比加气混凝土样品的物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明,当建筑垃圾的掺量为50%~60%(质量分数,下同)时,以废弃混凝土或废弃黏土砖为原料制备的蒸压加气混凝土的抗压强度和干体积密度均能达到《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》(GB11968-2020)中A5.0 B07级别的要求。复配能进一步提升样品性能,随着废弃混凝土、废黏土砖质量比(m(WC)∶m(CB))的降低,所得样品的抗压强度不断升高,而干体积密度先降低后上升,当质量配比为2∶3~3∶2时,试样性能达到《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》(GB11968-2020)中A5.0 B06级别的要求。蒸压养护过程中,坯体中的SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Ca(Oh)2、长石、富钙型水化硅酸钙(α-C_(2)Sh)共同作用,生成大量片状托贝莫来石、半结晶的CSh(I)、CSh凝胶和少量水化石榴石、硬石膏,与原料中残留的石英、方解石一起填充在孔壁中,相互交织成网状,提高样品强度的同时降低其密度。砖混复配的样品含有更多结晶完整的托贝莫来石、CSh(I)以及适量的CSh凝胶,形成良好的网状致密结构,使样品综合性能更优。
