Let {An}∞n=0 be an arbitary sequence of natural numbers. we say A（n,k;A） are the Convolution Annihilation Coefficients for {An}n∞=0 if and only if n∑κ=0A（n,k;A）（x-Aκ）n-k=xn. （0.1） Similary, we define B（n,k;A） to be the Dot Product Annihilation Coefficients for {An}n∞=0 if and only if n∑κ=0A（n,k;A）（x-Aκ）n-k=xn. （0.2） The main result of this paper is an explicit formula for B（n,k;A）, which depends on both k and {An}∞n=0. This paper also discusses binomial and q-analogs of Equations （0.1） and （0.2）.

Some new series inversion formulas of the general form F（n）=sum form k=0 to r(Ak,mf（n-mk）) if and only if f（n）=sum form k=0 to r(Bk,nF（ro-mk）) valid for either r=[n/m]or r=∞ are presented. These relations generalize many of those given by the author in a long series of preceding papers. An interesting example is given by Ak,n=（-y）kAk（p-λn,t（1+λm）） and Bk,n=ykAk（p-λn,（1-t）（1+λm）） where Ak（a,b）=a/（a+bk） in terms of binomial coefficients. here p,t,y and λ are arbitrary complex numbers. A corresponding Abel coefficient case occurs which uses numbers of the form a（a+bi）（i-1）/i!. An application to special functions studied by Singhal and Kumari is given, and it is also shown that sum form k=0 to ∞（zkAk（a+ck,b））=xa（x-b（x-1））/（x-（b+c）（x-1））, where z=（x-1）x-b-c, with a corresponding case for the Abel coefficients sum from k=0 to ∞（zkBk（a+ck,b））=xo（1-b logx）/（1-（b+c）log x）,where z=（log x）x-b-c From these expansions we then have easily the new convolution formula for Rothe coeffici

AIM: To investigate the clinicopathological factors underlying the ethnic differences of helicobacter pylori gastritis and ***: we analyzed clinicopathological parameters of gastric biopsies having h pylori infection that were randomly selected from different ethnic populations including 147 Americans, 149 Japanese, and 181 ***: Males were predominant in Japanese and Korean populations (77.9 and 67.4% respectively) in comparison with Americans (48.3%) (P＜0.001). h pylori gastritis in Koreans and Japanese was characterized by the predominant antral involvement. In the antrum,neutrophilic infiltration into the proliferative zone of pit, i,*** foveolitis, was more frequent in Koreans (82%) than in Japanese (71%) (P＜0.05) and Americans (61%) (P＜0.001).Interstitial neutrophilic infiltration, intestinal metaplasia and atrophy were also frequent in Koreans and Japanese. In the body, the prevalence of acute foveolitis was not significantly different among the populations while chronic interstitial inflammation and lymphoid follicles were more pronounced in the body of Americans than in the body of others (P＜0.01).CONCLUSION: The male-, and antrum-predominant hpylori gastritis in Koreans and Japanese is compatible with the pattern of sex and topographical distribution of gastric cancer incidence. Our data suggest that persistent acute foveolitis at the proliferative zone is a crucial step in the gastric carcinogenesis.

由于使用遥感从空间上分析景观的能力的提高,使对由人类引起的森林破碎化进行定量分析的能力得到改善。发展空间精确景观分析的方法开始出现。本文使用图像描绘软件eCognition和空间模式分析程序FRAGSTATS来对3个不同气候地区的6处景观的森林破碎化的模式进行定量分析,这3个不同气候地区具有不同的湿度状况和不同的人类压力影响。我们的结果支持如下论点:公路密度和人口密度高的景观破碎化更严重;但是,还有其它的对森林破碎化起同样影响作用的因素,例如湿度状况、历史上的土地利用以及火灾规律。我们的方法通过解决以像素为基础的分类的限制并且结合图像目标提供了分析景观并且估计不同森林生态系统的森林破碎模式的一种客观方法。
