Business Analytics is one of the vital processes that must be incorpo-rated into any *** supports decision-makers in analyzing and predicting future trends based on facts(Data-driven decisions),especially when dealing with a massive amount of business *** Trees are essential for business ana-lytics to predict business opportunities and future trends that can retain corpora-tions’competitive advantage and survival and improve their business *** research proposes a tree-based predictive model for business *** model is developed based on ranking business features and gradient-boosted *** validation purposes,the model is tested on a real-world dataset of Universal Bank to predict personal loan *** is validated based on Accuracy,Precision,Recall,and *** experimentﬁndings show that the proposed model can predict personal loan acceptance efﬁciently and effectively with better accuracy than the traditional tree-based *** model can also deal with a massive amount of business data and support corporations’decision-making process.

This paper aims to examine the influence of thermal radiation on magnetohydrodynamics(MhD)convective two-phase flows through the asymmetric divergent channel under first-order velocity and thermal slip *** transformations are used to nondimensionalize the governed partial differential equations and then solved them numerically.A grid-independent test is done to check the consistency of the numerical method and then validated with existing published results in a limiting *** graphical illustrations are provided to explain the impacts of various emerging parameters on flow *** enhancement in particle velocity is observed with an increment in the velocity slip *** the temperature slip parameter improves a decrement in the fluid as well as particle temperature is *** increment in radiation parameter augments fluid *** type of flow has multifarious range applications like fluidized beds,gas cooling systems,polishing heart valves and internal cavities,etc.

A proper constitutive model was developed to predict the hot tensile flow behavior of IMI834 titanium alloy in α+β region. hot tensile tests were performed at 800–1025 °C and 0.001–0.1 s−1. The constitutive model was developed through an Arrhenius-type equation at strains of 0.08–0.22 to characterize the hot tension behavior. It was found that the activation energies for hot tensile deformation of IMI834 titanium alloy are in the range of 519–557 kJ/mol at different strain values. The accuracy of predicted flow stress curves was evaluated using standard statistical parameters. These curves are appropriately found to be in good agreement with the experimental ones.

eCRM ties customer relationship management with e-business. Very often, eCRM is interfaced with other information systems to form a seamless integration and interchange of information both inside and outside an organization--a work flow management system. This integration of business partners, suppliers, and customers is essential in this global competitive market environment. An effective infrastructure and hence an appropriate framework are required to provide the information exchange and data analysis between eCRM and work flow management. This paper proposes a functional framework of eCRM based on customer value to realize the win-win strategy for both the companies and their customers. Moreover, a workflow management system also forms an integral part of this total solution to facilitate the implementation of a supply chain or extended enterprise.

In this paper,three advanced flux-switching(FS)machines,namely the radial-field flux-switching permanent-magnet(RF-FSPM)machine,the radial-field flux-switching DC-field(RF-FSDC)machine,and the axial-field FSDC(AF-FSDC)machine are quantitatively *** the installation of the high-energy-density PM materials,the RF-FSPM machine can definitely provide the superior torque performances as compared to its magnetless ***,the PM machines suffer from two major fundamental problems,namely the high material costs,and the uncontrollable flux *** utilizing the concept of axial-field structure,the AF-FSDC machine can offer comparable torque performance as the RF-FSPM ***,with the consideration of the cost-effectiveness and the control flexibility,the magnetless AF-FSDC machine has exhibited promising potential in various applications.

The increasing demands for fuel economy and emission reduction have led to the development of lean/diluted combustion strategies for modern Spark Ignition(SI)*** new generation of SI engines requires higher spark energy and a longer discharge duration to improve efficiency and reduce the ***,the increased spark energy gives negative impacts on the ignition system which results in deterioration of the spark ***,a numerical model was used to estimate the spark energy of the ignition system based on the breakdown *** trend of spark energy is then recognized by implementing the classification *** features were identified from the Information Gain(IG)scoring of the statistical analysis.k-Nearest Neighbor(KNN),Artificial Neural Network(ANN),and SupportVector Machine(SVM)models were studied to identify the best classifier for the classification *** all classifiers,the entire featured dataset was randomly divided into standardized parameter values of training and testing data sets with the ratio of 70-30 for each *** was shown in the study that the KNN classifier acquired the highest Classification Accuracy(CA)of 94.1%compared to ANN and SVM that score 77.3%and 87.9%on the test data,respectively.

Background:Cholesterol crystallization is an essential step toward gallstone *** model bile studies showed that competition occurs between the gallstone surface and the surrounding aqueous phase for cholesterol molecules available for crystallization,this has not been investigated in human ***:Fresh gallbladder bile was obtained during laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 13 patients with cholesterol(n紏10)or pigment(n紏3)*** cholesterol gallstones were collected from another two *** native and ultrafiltered bile with or without added gallstones was analysed by polarized light microscopy for the presence of arc-like and needle-like anhydrous cholesterol crystals and classic cholesterol monohydrate *** of the added stones was evaluated before and after 21 days of bile ***:In unfiltered bile,the presence of stones was associated with a trend towards less anhydrous cholesterol crystals,but significantly more aggregated cholesterol monohydrate *** ultrafiltered bile,the presence of stones tended to inhibit the formation of arc-like or needle-like crystals and was associated with significantly greater amounts of both platelike and aggregated cholesterol monohydrate *** 21 days of the incubation,stone weight was decreased in both unfiltered(–4.561.6%,P紏0.046)and ultrafiltered bile(–6.561.5%,P紏0.002).Bile from pigment-stone patients was clear in the absence of stones,but showed early appearance of plate-like and aggregated cholesterol monohydrate crystals in all samples to which cholesterol gallstones were ***:The physical presence of cholesterol gallstones in both native and filtered bile greatly influences cholesterol crystallization *** cholesterol monohydrate crystals increase,anhydrous cholesterol crystals tend to be *** of solid cholesterol crystals from the gallstone surface may explain these findings.

BACKGROUND:Micro-RNAs(miRNAs) are small,non-coding RNA species considered to fine-tune basic cellular functions by modulating target gene translation and/or mRNA stability.A common G/C polymorphism(rs2910164) in the precursor(pre-) miR-146a gene engaged in NF-κB signaling and apoptosis pathways has been reported to modulate the genetic risk of hepatocellular carcinoma by increased G-allelic production of mature *** investigated rs2910164 in a large Europeanbased cholangiocarcinoma(CCA) ***:We recruited 182 CCA patients and 350 controls in three academic medical *** for rs2910164 was performed by PCR-based assays with 5’-nuclease and fluorescence *** frequencies were tested for consistency with the hardy-Weinberg equilibrium using an exact test;allelic and genotypic differences between the patients and controls were assessed by the Chi-square test and Armitage’s trend *** subgroup analyses included gender,tumor localization(extra-versus intrahepatic CCA) and early-onset ***:Genotype distributions were consistent with the hardy-Weinberg *** significant differences in either allele or genotype distributions were detected between the CCA and control groups or the respective subgroups ***,there was a trend for a protective effect of the heterozygous single-nucleotide polymorphism state GC,as indicated by an underrepresentation in the CCA group in general(29% vs 35%;P=0.18) and,in particular,for extrahepatic tumor sites(26% vs 35%;OR=0.67;95% CI,0.43-1.02;P=0.065).CONCLUSIONS:Our data do not support a prominent contribution of the pre-miR-146a sequence variant in the genetic predisposition to ***,current studies functionally characterizing rs2910164 have proposed that distinct repertoires of target genes are addressed by genotype-specific mature miR146a *** the detected trend towards a potentially protective role of GC heterozygosity,a subtle modulation of g
