BACKGROUND The normothermic machine perfusion pump(NMPP)could shape the future of *** ex-vivo optimization,NMPP attenuates ischemic insult while replenishing *** understanding of machine perfusion time(MPT)impact and potential clinical benefits is paramount and necessitates *** To investigate the relationship between MPT and post-transplant graft *** Retrospective review of the first 50 donation after circulatory death(DCD)grafts preserved using NMPP in a tertiary institution was *** preser-vation time points,graft parameters,recipient information,and postoperative outcomes were prospectively *** allograft dysfunction(EAD),L-Graft7 score and 90-day outcomes were collected for all *** first 20 re-cipients were allocated into the early group,considered the learning curve population for the *** subsequent 30 were allocated into the late *** were also stratified into cohorts depending on MPT,i.e.,short(hours),medium(8-16 hours)and long(>16 hours).RESULTS NMPP operational parameters were not predictive of EAD,L-GrAFT7 or 90-day *** early group had significantly less MPT and cold ischemia time than the late group(553 minutes vs 850 minutes,Phad no impact in either *** Increased MPT of DCD liver grafts had no adverse recipient results for the times utilized in this population,indicating its upper limits,likely beyond 24 hours,are not demonstrated within this *** studies are necessary to determine whether longer MPT is beneficial or detrimental to graft function and,if the latter,what is the maximum safe *** studies of the effect of normothermic machine perfusion pump duration on long-term outcomes are also needed.

城市污水集中收集率是城市污水系统运行效率的关键指标，城市污水污染物排放量是计算城市污水集中收集率的必需参数，但城市污水系统较高溢流量和缺乏溢流监测带来计算城市污水排污量的困扰。为此，应用城市污水系统模型和用水、污水处理、常住人口数等常规市政数据，首次提出了根据污水处理厂进水流量和负荷计算城市污水污染物排放量和污水集中收集率的2种方法。以面积约110 km2、常住居民近100×10～4人口的城区污水系统为例，展示了应用2种方法的所需数据、具体步骤和计算结果，分析了2种方法各自的适用性。对流动人口、工商业活动和人日排污量等因素对城市污水污染物排污量的影响和估算进行了讨论。2种方法对当下国内和国外一些国家的城市污水排污量、污水集中收集率的计算和城市污水系统运行效率的评估，具有现实意义。

【目的】勘查与评价低碳、零排放和煤资源利用最大化是21世纪煤地质工作的重要内容。【研究进展】根据煤、煤地质学研究内容及洁净煤技术国内外发展趋势,定义了广义和狭义洁净煤地质学,其中,煤加工利用中提效减排的地质地球化学问题是狭义煤地质学研究内容,煤炭勘探开发利用以及生态修复等全煤炭生命周期提效减排是广义洁净煤地质学研究内容。概述了煤中有益成分和有害成分的组成与分布,梳理了影响洁净煤技术的地质因素,主要与成煤作用过程中内生、外生地质作用相关,涉及构造、变质、火山喷发、岩浆侵入,风水搬运沉积,氧化还原,地下水等。详细综述了煤炭资源洁净评价、洁净加工、转化与利用等研究现状,回顾了中国洁净煤地质学的研究进展,归纳为萌芽-探索-成熟-确立-拓展等5个阶段。【问题与展望】提出了成煤作用、有机无机、矿物质和洁净评价等所存在的科学与技术问题;指出,未来化学、物理学、生物学及大数据人工智能等方面的发展为洁净煤地质学及其大型工程带来拓展机遇;未来十年,洁净煤时空分布、绿色智能煤气等共伴生矿产分质共采、洁净煤气化、煤基新材料、地下煤化工、生态修复等是重要研发方向,建议持续关注相关创新研究成果。

In recent years, high precision geometric shape, surface roughness, and cost reduction are required for large glass component molding processes. In this research, the polishing process of stainless steel molding dies used to form thin glass components is investigated. The surface roughness of the polished stainless steel molding die surface is below Rz = 200 nm （P-V） at 15 h polishing with 0.5 % alumina polishing liquid. In the case of polishing process with only the weight of molding die and a polishing pressure of 0.5 kPa, polishing times are approximately 60 h and 20 h, respectively. Final surface roughness polished stainless steel molding die surface with pressure of 0.5 kPa is Rz = 7 nm （P-V）, rms -- 1.6 nm and Ra = 1.4 nm. In a thin glass component manufacturing method, ＂slumping method＂, surface roughness before glass forming is rms = 0.7 nm and Ra = 0.6 nm, and after is rms = 0.7 nm and Ra = 0.6 nm. Therefore, there were no observable changes their surface roughness.

The relaxation time of several ferrocene derivatives was measured, and the internal rotation was discussed. For almost all the derivatives, the degree of the internal rotation was constant in spite of the different molecular weights. however, for (triphenylmethyl)ferrocene, the rotation of the unsubstituted ring would be slower due to the bulkiness of the substituent. Furthermore, the derivatives that have a hydroxyl- or acetyl group on the substituent were also discussed. Their rotation would be influenced by the location of these substituents.
