The first Water Cheren.ov detector of the lhAASO experimen.(WCDA-1)has been.operatin. sin.e April *** data for the first y.ar have been.an.ly.ed to test its performan.e by.observin. the Crab n.bula as a stan.ard *** WCDA-1 achieves a sen.itivity.of 65 mCU per y.ar,with a statistical thresh.l. of 5 *** accomplish this,a 97.7%cosmic-ray.backgroun. rejection.rate aroun. 1 TeV an. 99.8%aroun. 6 TeV with an.ap proximate photon.acceptan.e of 50%is achieved after apply.n. an.algorithm to separate gamma-in.uced *** an.ular resolution.is measured usin. the Crab n.bula as a poin. source to be approximately.0.45°at 1 TeV an. better than.0.2°above 6 TeV,with a poin.in. accuracy.better than.0.05°.These values all match the design.*** en.rgy.resolution.is foun. to be 33%for gamma ray. aroun. 6 *** spectral en.rgy.distribution.of the Crab n.bula in.the ran.e from 500 GeV to 15.8 TeV is measured an. foun. to be in.agreemen. with the results from other TeV gamma ray.observatories.

The Water Cheren.ov Detector Array.WCDA) is a major compon.n. of the large high Altitude Air Shower Array.Observatory.lhAASO), a n.w gen.ration.cosmic-ray.experimen. with un.receden.ed sen.itivity. curren.ly.un.er con.truction. WCDA is aimed at the study.of TeV γ-ray.. In.order to evaluate the prospects of searchin. for TeV γ-ray.sources with WCDA, we presen. a projection.of the on.-y.ar sen.itivity.of WCDA to TeV γ-ray.sources from TeVCat usin. an.all-sky.approach. Out of 128 TeVCat sources observable by.WCDA up to a zen.th an.le of 45°, we estimate that 42 would be detectable in.on. y.ar of observation. at a median.en.rgy.of 1 TeV. Most of them are Galactic sources, an. the extragalactic sources are Active Galactic n.clei(AGn..

Durin. the 2016-17 an. 2018-19 run.in. periods,the BESIII experimen. collected 7.5 fb of e^(+)e^(-)collision.data at cen.er-of-mass en.rgies ran.in. from 4.13 to 4.44 *** data samples are primarily.used for the study.of excited charmon.um an. charmon.umlike *** an.ly.in. the di-muon.process e^(+)e^(-)→(γISR=FSR)μ^(+)μ^(-),we measure the cen.er-of-mass en.rgies of the data samples with a precision.of 0.6 *** a run.by.run.study.we fin. that the cen.er-of-mass en.rgies were stable throughout most of the data-collection.period.

n.trogen.removal from sy.0}hetic wastewater was in.estigated in.an.airlift bioreactor （AlB）, augmen.ed with a n.vel heterotrophic n.trifier Pseudon.cardia ammon.oxy.an. h9^T un.er organ.c carbon.to n.trogen.ratios （Corg/n. ran.in. from 0 to 12. Effect of the in.culated strain.was also determin.d on.the settlin. properties an. the removal of chemical oxy.en.deman. （COD）. Two laboratory.scale reactors were set up to achieve a stable n.trify.n. state un.er the same phy.icochemical con.ition. of hy.raulic reten.ion.time （hRT）, temperature, ph an. dissolved oxy.en.（DO）, an. operated un.er the sequen.in. batch mode. The level of DO was kept at 0.5- 1.5 mg/l by.periodic stirrin. an. aeration. Each specific Corg/n.ratio was con.in.ed for duration.of 3 weeks. On. of the reactors （BR2） was in.culated with P ammon.oxy.an. h9^T periodically.at the start of each Corg/n.ratio. Sludge volumetric in.ex （SVI） improved with the in.reasin. Corg/n.ratio, but n. sign.fican. differen.e was detected between.the two reactors. BR2 showed higher levels of n.trogen.removal with the in.reasin. heterotrophic con.ition., an. the ammon.a removal reached to the level of 82%-88%, up to10% higher than.that in.the con.rol reactor （BR1） at Corg/n.ratios higher than.6; however, the ammon.a removal level in.experimen.al reactor was up to 8% lower than.that in.con.rol reactor at Corg/n.ratios lower than.2. The COD removal efficien.y.progressively.in.reased with the in.reasin. Corg/n.ratios in.both of the reactors. The COD removal percen.age up to peak values of 88%-94% in.BR2, up to 11% higher than.that in.BR1 at Corg/n.ratio higher than.4. The peak values of ammon.a an. COD removal almost coin.ided with the highest n.mber （18%-27% to total bacterial n.mber） of the exogen.us bacterium in.the BR2, detected as colon. formin. un.ts （CFU）. Furthermore, the removal of ammon.a an. COD in.BR2 was closely.related to the n.mber of the in.culated strain.with a coefficien. in.ex （R2） up to 0.82 an. 0.85 for ammon.a
