Solar-driven CO_(2)-to-fuel conversion assisted by another major greenhouse gas Ch_(4)is promising to concurrently tackle energy shortage and global warming ***,current techniques still suffer from drawbacks of low efficiency,poor stability,and low ***,a novel nanocomposite composed of interconnected Ni/MgAlOx nanoflakes grown on SiO_(2)particles with excellent spatial confinement of active sites is proposed for direct solar-driven CO_(2)-to-fuel *** ultrahigh light-to-fuel efficiency up to 35.7%,high production rates of h_(2)(136.6 mmol min^(-1)g^(-1))and CO(148.2 mmol min^(-1)g^(-1)),excellent selectivity(h_(2)/CO ratio of 0.92),and good stability are reported *** outstanding performances are attributed to strong metal-support interactions,improved CO_(2)absorption and activation,and decreased apparent activation energy under direct light ***_(x)@SiO_(2)support helps to lower the activation energy of Ch^(*) oxidation to ChO^(*) and improve the dissociation of Ch_(4)to Ch_(3)^(*) as confirmed by DFT ***,the lattice oxygen of MgAlO_(x) participates in the reaction and contributes to the removal of carbon *** work provides promising routes for the conversion of greenhouse gasses into industrially valuable syngas with high efficiency,high selectivity,and benign sustainability.

含挖填界面边坡三维稳定性上限分析

针对工程实践中挖填交界面与边坡坡面走向线斜交的高边坡空间三维稳定分析问题,基于极限分析上限定理,构建拓展的三维牛角状破坏机构,通过引入机构参数挖填界面倾角α突出边坡特性,建立与之对应的功能平衡方程,采用序列二次规划优化算法求解强度折减后的边坡安全系数上限解。在此基础上,计算了宁夏黄土丘陵地区妙岭750kV变电站高边坡以及相关文献中极限状态下边坡稳定性系数γh/c工程案例,并将计算结果与有限元极限分析软件模拟值进行对比分析。结果表明:随着挖填界面倾角α的增大,边坡安全系数Fs上限解和模拟值均减小,两种方法的计算结果相对误差在5.9%以内,且拓展的破坏机构与数值模拟的剪切耗散变形模式基本一致;在极限状态下,拓展机构的上限解和数值模拟结果都十分接近于1.0,二者相对误差未超过8.3%。研究工作为此类高边坡空间稳定分析问题提供了一种简便实用的计算方法。

Among plant metabolites,phenolamides,which are conjugates of hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives and polyamines,play important roles in plant adaptation to abiotic and biotic ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying phenolamide metabolism and regulation as well as the effects of domestication and breeding on phenolamide diversity in tomato remain largely *** this study,we performed a metabolite-based genome-wide association study and identified two biosynthetic gene clusters(BGC7 and BGC11)containing 12 genes involved in phenolamide metabolism,including four biosynthesis genes(two 4CL genes,one C3h gene,and one CPA gene),seven decoration genes(five AT genes and two UGT genes),and one transport protein gene(DTX29).Using gene co-expression network analysis we further discovered that SlMYB13 positively regulates the expression of two gene clusters,thereby promoting phenolamide *** and physiological analyses showed that BGC7,BGC11 and SlMYB13 enhance drought tolerance by enhancing scavenging of reactive oxygen species and increasing abscisic acid content in *** variation analysis suggested that BGC7,BGC11 and SlMYB13 were negatively selected during tomato domestication and improvement,leading to reduced phenolamide content and drought tolerance of cultivated ***,our study discovers a key mechanism of phenolamide biosynthesis and regulation in tomato and reveals that crop domestication and improvement shapes metabolic diversity to affect plant environmental adaptation.

Solid strong base catalysts have received considerable attention in various organic reactions due to their facile separation,neglectable corrosion,and environmental *** great progress has been made in the preparation of solid strong base catalysts,it is still challenging to avoid basic sites aggregation on support and active sites loss in reaction ***,we report a tandem redox strategy to prepare Na single atoms on graphene,producing a new kind of solid strong base catalyst(Na1/G).The base precursor NaNO_(3)was first reduced to Na2O by graphene(400℃)and successively to single atoms Na anchored on the graphene vacancies(800℃).Owing to the atomically dispersed of basicity,the resultant catalyst presents high activity toward the transesterification of methanol and ethylene carbonate to synthesize dimethyl carbonate(turnover frequency(TOF)value:125.7 h^(−1)),which is much better than the conventional counterpart Na2O/G and various reported solid strong bases(TOF:1.0-90.1 h^(−1)).Furthermore,thanks to the basicity anchored on graphene,the Na1/G catalyst shows excellent durability during *** work may provide a new direction for the development of solid strong base catalysts.

The modulation of metal-support interfacial interaction is significant but challenging in the design of high-efficiency and high-stability supported ***,we report a synthetic strategy to upgrade Cu-CeO_(2)interfacial interaction by the pyrolysis of mixed metal-organic framework(MOF)*** obtained highly dispersed Cu/CeO_(2)-MOF catalyst via this strategy was used to catalyze water-gas shift reaction(WGSR),which exhibited high activity of 40.5μmolCOgcat^(-1).s^(-1)at 300℃and high stability of about 120 *** on comprehensive studies of electronic structure,pyrolysis strategy has significant effect on enhancing metal-support interaction and then stabilizing interfacial Cu^(+)species under reaction *** Cu^(+)species and generated oxygen vacancies over Cu/CeO_(2)-MOF catalyst played a key role in CO molecule activation and h2O molecule dissociation,*** collaborated closely and then promoted WGSR catalytic performance in comparison with traditio nal supported *** study shall offer a robust approach to harvest highly dispersed catalysts with finely-tuned metal-support interactions for stabilizing the most interfacial active metal species in diverse heterogeneous catalytic reactions.

In plants,the genome structure of hybrids changes compared with their parents,but the effects of these changes in hybrids remain *** reciprocal crosses between Col×C24 and C24×Col in Arabidopsis using high-throughput chromosome conformation capture assay(hi-C)analysis,we found that hybrid three-dimensional(3D)chromatin organization had more long-distance interactions relative to parents,and this was mainly located in promoter regions and enriched in genes with heterosis-related *** interactions between euchromatin and heterochromatin were increased,and the compartment strength decreased in *** compartment domain(CD)boundaries,the distal interactions were more in hybrids than their *** the hybrids of CURLY LEAF(clf)mutants clfCol×clfC24and clfC24×clfCol,the heterosis phenotype was damaged,and the long-distance interactions in hybrids were fewer than in their parents with lower ***-seq data revealed higher levels of h3K27me3 in the region adjacent to the CD boundary and the same interactional homo-trans sites in the wild-type(WT)hybrids,which may have led to more long-distance *** addition,the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)located in the boundaries of CDs and loop regions changed obviously in WT,and the functional enrichment for DEGs was different between WT and clf in the longdistance interactions and loop *** findings may therefore propose a new epigenetic explanation of heterosis in the Arabidopsis hybrids and provide new insights into crop breeding and yield increase.

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease featuring rapid proliferation of epidermal *** elevated glycolysis flux has been reported in psoriasis,the molecular mechanisms underlying its pathogenesis remain *** investigated the role of the integral membrane protein CD147 in psoriasis pathogenesis,observing its high expression in psoriatic skin lesions of humans and imiquimod(IMQ)-induced mouse *** mouse models,genomic deletion of epidermal CD147 markedly attenuated IMQ-induced psoriatic *** found that CD147 interacted with glucose transporter 1(Glut1).Depletion of CD147 in the epidermis blocked glucose uptake and glycolysis in vitro and in *** CD147-knockout mice and keratinocytes,oxidative phosphorylation was increased in the epidermis,indicating CD147's pivotal role in glycolysis reprogramming during pathogenesis of *** non-targeted and targeted metabolic techniques,we found that epidermal deletion of CD147 significantly increased the production of carnitine and α-ketoglutaric acid(α-KG).
