Technology and Woodwork industries have been going through a phase of perfection over a period of hundred years, up until today, the wood work traditions are still exist and improving with the help of modern technology. Looking at history and current studies with regards to production of furniture, many factories are producing millions of chairs for entire continents and to maintain the market lead position requires a lot of human dedication and intelligent investments in technology. Using automation in painting means to automatically control the process including industrial machines like robots, conveyors and others which save time, money and also reduce human efforts. Most automation companies are specialized in industrial automation, industrial robots, communications, electronics, and software for developing complex projects to automate desirable task by integrating robots. This study is purposefully conducted to shed more light on the benefits or impacts of automation in painting furniture parts. One of the benefits that most of companies gain from automating the painting process with robots is the productivity growth. The recruitment process for specialized personnel in the painting processes has also been greatly simplified due to the fact that the robots have taken over the difficult’ tasks and protection from areas with high risk inhalation of harmful substances is assured. In this research, Automation is shown to be efficient and effective in the painting system by reviewing different studies. Automated dyeing processes in factories have made progress due to the successful results achieved by automated painting robots. In that regard, the impact of automation in painting furniture parts is evident in the production of fitments that are in almost every home through the solutions offered by automation to the consumer.

Threofuranosyl nucleic acid(TNA)is an analogue of DNA with a shift in the internucleotide linkages from the wild-type 5’-to-3’direction to 3’-to-2.’This alteration leads to higher chemical stability,less reactive groups,and lower conformational *** observations indicate that these characteristic changes are attributable to a minimal perturbation of the interaction network,but the thermodynamic stability of the duplex remains unaltered in the TNA *** applied the equilibrium and nonequilibrium free-energy simulations employing three popular assisted model building with energy refinement(AMBER)force fields for nucleotides to investigate this mutation-dependent behavior in the base flipping from T(DNA)residue to the T-to-TFT mutation(TNA)*** force fields were performed similarly,as described in the base-paired ***,after exploring the high-energy regions with free-energy simulations,we observed that these three force fields behaved *** reports conclude that the net-neutral and excess-salt simulations provided similar ***,our free-energy simulation indicated that the presence of excess salt affected the thermodynamic *** free-energy barrier along the base-flipping pathway was generally elevated upon the addition of excess salts,but the relative height of the free-energy barriers in DNA and TNA duplexes did not change *** phenomenon emphasizes the importance of adding sufficient salts in the simulation scheme to reproduce the experimental condition.

Pilling is a severe concern for blended fabrics. The aesthetic look and smoothness are the buyers’ prime requirements. The main focus of the study was to see the pilling behavior from various percentages of polyester fiber blend ratio as well as the different pilling cycles on blended fabrics. The cotton, polyester, and elastane prepared the study fabrics. These fabrics are (90% Cotton/5% Polyester/5% Elastane, 90% Cotton/6% Polyester/4% Elastane, 90% Cotton/7% Polyester/3% Elastane, 90% Cotton/8% Polyester/2% Elastane, and 90% Cotton/9% Polyester/1% Elastane, 85% Cotton/10% Polyester/5% Elastane, 85% Cotton/11% Polyester/4% Elastane, 85% Cotton/12% Polyester/3% Elastane, 85% Cotton/13% Polyester/2% Elastane, and 85% Cotton/ 14% Polyester/1% Elastane, 80% Cotton/15% Polyester/5% Elastane, 80% Cotton/16% Polyester/4% Elastane, 80% Cotton/17% Polyester/3% Elastane, 80% Cotton/18% Polyester/2% Elastane, and 80% Cotton/19% Polyester/1% Elastane). The selected polyester blend ratios were 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14%, 15%, 16%, 17%, 18% and 19% respectively. The study used the Martindale pilling tester with 2000, 5000, and 7000 cycles, respectively. The evaluation followed the ISO 12945-2:2000. The study findings are that the polyester fiber blend ratio did not influence the pilling grade on blended fabrics for pilling cycles 2000, and the pilling grade remained constant at 4 - 5. The pilling grade started to deteriorate in pilling cycle 5000 for the fabrics 85%C/10%P/5%E, 85%C/11%P/4%E, 85%C/12%P/3%E, 85%C/ 13%P/2%E, 85%C/14%P/1%E showed the pilling grade 4, and the fabrics made from 80%C/15%P/5%E, 80%C/16%P/4%E, 80%C/17%P/3%E, 80%C/ 18%P/2%E, 80%C/19%P/1%E showed the pilling grade 4, 3, 3, 3, and 3 respectively. For the pilling cycles 7000, the pilling grade further deteriorated for the fabrics 80%C/15%P/5%E, 80%C/16%P/4%E, 80%C/17%P/3%E, 80%C/ 18%P/2%E, 80%C/19%P/1%E showed the pilling grade 3, 3, 2, 2, and 2 respectively. Water and nitrogen (N) are considered the most important factors affecting rice production and play vital roles in regulating soil microbial biomass, activity, and community. The effects of irrigation patterns and N fertilizer levels on the soil microbial community structure and yield of paddy rice were investigated in a pot experiment. The experiment was designed with four N levels of 0 (N0), 126 (N1), 157.5 (N2), and 210 kg N ha-1 (N3) under two irrigation patterns of continuous water-logging irrigation (WLI) and water-controlled irrigation (WCI). Phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) analysis was conducted to track the dynamics of soil microbial communities at tillering, grain-filling, and maturity stages. The results showed that the maximums of grain yield, above-ground biomass, and total N uptake were all obtained in the N2 treatment under WCI. Similar variations in total PLFAs, as well as bacterial and fungal PLFAs, were found, with an increase from the tillering to the grain-filling stage and a decrease at the maturity stage except for actinomycetic PLFAs, which decreased continuously from the tillering to the maturity stage. A shift in composition of the microbial community at different stages of the plant growth was indicated by principal component analysis (PCA), in which the samples at the vegetative stage (tillering stage) were separated from those at the reproductive stage (grain-filling and maturity stages). Soil microbial biomass, measured as total PLFAs, was significantly higher under WCI than that under WLI mainly at the grain-filling stage, whereas the fungal PLFAs detected under WCI were significantly higher than those under WLI at the tillering, grain-filling, and maturity stages. The application of N fertilizer also significantly increased soil microbial biomass and the main microbial groups both under WLI and WCI conditions. This paper reports the continuous wave （CW） and Q-switched operation of a diode pumped KGd （WO4）： Nd （Nd：KGW） slab laser with a comer pumped geometry at the wavelength of 1067 nm. With an optical conversion efficiency of 38% and 34%, average powers of 23 and 20 W in CW and Q-switched modes were achieved respec- tively. The maximum pulse energy of 27 mJ was observed with a repetition rate of 840 hz.

In Egypt, oranges are the most important citrus crops for local consumption or export. It represents approximately 72.2% of the total Egyptian citrus production in 2019/2020. The main cultivated variety of orange is the Washington navel orange and it is more popular because of its delicious taste, nutrition, and its seedless besides being rich in vitamin C. Washington navel orange is susceptible to fruit cracking, and it is a common physiological disorder that takes place during fruit development. This work aims to investigate the negative effect of fruit cracking in reducing the yield and quality of Washington navel orange produced in Egypt by studying major economic indicators and estimating an economical evaluation of using treatment of Washington navel orange during the period time of 2007/2008 until 2019/2020. Results showed that fruit areas and production of Washington navel orange represented about 52.9% and 53.2% of fruit areas and production of orange during the study period. however, the yield was unstable with a significant annual growth rate of about 1.1%. Also, the last mentioned treatment achieved a high price for farmers by about 5.1% and total revenue of about 3.2% during the study period. Nowadays, Egypt has become the largest exporter of oranges in the world within the last year and the achieved earnings reached $661 million in 2019/2020. In addition, results showed that evaluation of using a treatment to reduce the rate of Washington navel orange cracking was economical to be applied.
