This study presents a new method for designing algorithm for a triplet lens with one or two elements that are made of a gradient index medium (GRIN). This method is based upon considering a well-known designed triplet lens (Cooke triplet lens) as a target lens for designing of the hybrid Triplet Lens (hTL). Our design was based upon keeping the total optical path length for the axial ray fixed for each case of design. The results showed that several designs for the hTL have the same total powers of the target lens. These designs depend on the variation of the GRIN element parameter values and the order of the GRIN element position in the system. These hTL designs have been evaluated by considering several optical merit functions, i.e., the root mean square (RMS) spot radius, wave front error and the spherical aberration. To achieve the optimal design, these functions are compared for the target lens and the hTL designs through a wide range of field angles.

This research is aimed at preparing nano （WO3：Sn） thin film, so that manufacturing anode electrode for a cell electrolysis to produce hydrogen fuel, this thin film was prepared on glass substrates by using deposition laser pulse （LPD） technique have been studying optical properties through the spectra of absorbance and transmittance, was determine the optical energy gap was observed that the permeability increases with the wavelength found that these films have high transmittance in the visible spectral region. The allowed direct band gap was found to increase from （2.9 eV） structured characteristics was studied through the analysis of X-ray diffraction （XRD） of the prepared film for determining the yielding phase which are to set the with standard tables. Also, the sample was tested atomic force microscope to identify the roughness of prepared films surface, and has been the study of the volume of gas output voltages with change, time and current.

本文主要通过研究公交系统的特点和实施的潜在可行性,试图将公交导向的发展（TOD）和快速公交（BRT）的做法/网络结合起来。在国内,当涉及到交通,尤其是公共交通系统时,缺乏足够的规划。在全球诸多发展中城市中,快速公交（BRT）由于其成本效益和实施的灵活性,已逐渐成为一种有效和有吸引力的城市交通选择。由于目前的公共汽车系统的不可靠,许多居民对其表示出不信任的态度。对可靠系统的需求致使了私家车数量的增加,这反过来减少了公共交通的乘客,从而成为导致交通拥堵的一个因素。虽然私家车拥有量在增加,但许多人仍然选择公共交通,因为他们无力购买车辆,尤其是在目前的经济环境下。一些人可能会选择利用公共交通出行,而不是驾驶私家车,因为他们的可支配收入在不断的减少或几乎没有。另外,旅游业是其支柱产业,一个高效的公共交通系统将为游客游览该岛提供便利。游客的满意意味着好评,从而可以吸引到更多的游客。游客的增加为公共交通系统增添了更多的就业机会,增加了当地企业的收入,这反过来又有助于经济增长。这一现象使得人们有必要采取创新的可持续解决方案以促进城市地区的公共交通发展。这种创新之一是在以交通为导向的发展（TOD）系统的基础上发展快速公交（BRT）,经过多年来的发展已经获得了普及。快速公交系统（BRT）的优点在于其能够以有限的基础设施和较低的资本和运营成本提供高质量的公共交通服务。以快速公交系统为枢纽/站,与TOD形成对比,并吸纳了TOD的优势（城市公园、公共服务设施、大型居住区、中央办公区、工业区等）。本文探讨了在何种条件下,基于公交导向发展（TOD）的快速公交系统将有助于理解在公交系统的规划中如何将快速公交系统和TOD系统结合在一起。本文还试图将城市的公交车站设计成一个枢纽/街区（主要的中央交通终点站在安提瓜市）,TOD最密集的地区位于中央交通站（公交站）周围四分之一到二分之一英里的半径内。本研究采用空间数据分析,利用GIS等手段,探讨TOD与城市公园、公共服务设施、大型居住区、中央办公区、工业区和交通快速公交等相关土地使用之间的协同发展。此外,还使用了各政府组织如工程部、安提瓜发展控制局（DCA）、安提瓜交通局、统计局等的档案数据。

Sero Status Disclosure to Sexual Partner and Associated Factors among Adult hIV Positive Patients in Bale Zone hospitals, Oromia Region, Ethiopia: Institution Based Cross-Sectional Study

Background: Disclosure of hIV sero status is among varies hIV prevention strategy to prevent the spread of hIV. It is the base for accessing care and treatment programs, attains psycho-social support and reduces stigma, adheres to treatment and promotes safer health behavior particularly for couples. Objective: To assess hIV sero status disclosure to sexual partner and associated factors among hIV positive adult patient in Bale Zone hospitals. Method: A cross-sectional study design was conducted among 411 adult hIV positive clients who were selected by using systematic random sampling methods from Bale Zone hospitals. Data were collected by using pre-tested questionnaire after verbal consent obtained from participants by trained nurse. Multiple logistic regression analysis was done by using SPSS version 20 and P-value of less than 0.05 was taken to declare statistical significance. Result: hIV sero status disclosure to sexual partners was 52.6%. Residence (AOR = 1.62;95% CI, 1.0, 2.60), receiving pre-test counselling related disclosure (AOR = 6.25;95% CI, 3.45, 11.33) and knowledge of partner’s hIV sero status (P-Value = 0.001) were significantly associated with hIV sero status disclosure. Fear of stigma and violence by sexual partner were the main reasons suggested for not disclosing hIV sero-status. Conclusion: The level of hIV sero-status disclosure to sexual partner was low. Disclosure of hIV sero status to sexual partner was significantly associated with clients’ place of residence, receiving pre-test counselling about disclosure and Knowledge of partners hIV sero status.

Successful commercialization of microalgal bio-industry requires the design of an integrated microalgal biorefinery system that facilitates the co-production of biofuels, high-value products and industrial chemicals from the biomass. In this study, we investigated the use of sugar hydrolysate obtained from enzymatic saccharification of microalgal biomass (Chlorella sp. and T. suecica) as fermentation feedstock to produce industrially important chemicals, in particular acetic acid and butyric acid. By using hydrolysate with low sugar content as substrate for the anaerobic fermentation (1.5 - 2.4 g/L), we were able to prevent the bacterium C. saccharoperbutylacetonicum from activating its solventogenesis pathway. As a result, the fermentation process generated a product stream that was dominated by organic acids (acetic acid and butyric acid) rather than solvents (butanol, ethanol and acetone). Acetic acid constituted up to 92 wt% of Chlorella’s fermentation products and 80 wt% of T. suecica’s fermentation products. For T. suecica, the fermentation consumed almost all of the sugar available in the hydrolysate (up to 92% of initial sugar) and produced a reasonable yield of fermentation products (0.08 g fermentation products/g sugar). The Gompertz equation was successfully used to predict the formation kinetics of acetic acid and other fermentation products across both species. The results in the study demonstrate the production of industrially important chemicals, such as acetic acid and butyric acid, from the fermentation of microalgal sugar. The process described in the study can potentially be used as a value-adding step to generate biochemicals from cell debris in an integrated microalgal biorefinery system.

A total of one hundred and ten healthy dry ewes of Arabi sheep diffusive in three geographic locations in the north of Basrah (AL-Qurna, Al-Midaina and Al-Uazair) were divided into three different age groups: 3 years old, to investigate the influence of geographic location and age on the concentration of some biochemical parameters of sheep in the south of Iraq. The results showed significant (P hanges among geographic locations in some bio-chemical parameters such as cholesterol, glucose, estridol and growth hormone concentrations. No significant differences were presented in concentrations of total protein, albumin, Fe, phosphorus, ascorbic acid, Lh, T3 and T4 hormones in the blood of ewes in different geographic locations. The concentrations of cholesterol, T3 and T4 hormones decreased significantly (P hile, the concentrations of glucose and estradiol hormone increased significantly (P h younger ewes.

Natural killer(NK)cells are predominant innate lymphocytes that initiate the early immune response during *** cells undergo a metabolic switch to fuel augmented proliferation and activation following *** necrosis factor-alpha(TNFα)is a well-known inflammatory cytokine that enhances NK cell function;however,the mechanism underlying NK cell proliferation in response to TNFαis not well ***,we demonstrated that upon infection/inflammation,NK cells upregulate the expression of TNF receptor 2(TNFR2),which is associated with increased proliferation,metabolic activity,and effector ***,IL-18 can induce TNFR2 expression in NK cells,augmenting their sensitivity toward TNFα.Mechanistically,TNFα-TNFR2 signaling upregulates the expression of CD25(IL-2Rα)and nutrient transporters in NK cells,leading to a metabolic switch toward aerobic *** analysis revealed significantly reduced expression levels of genes involved in cellular metabolism and proliferation in NK cells from TNFR2 KO ***,our data affirmed that genetic ablation of TNFR2 curtails CD25 upregulation and TNFα-induced glycolysis,leading to impaired NK cell proliferation and antiviral function during MCMV infection in ***,our results delineate the crucial role of the TNFα-TNFR2 axis in NK cell proliferation,glycolysis,and effector function.

In this paper, Ruthenium Isotopes with neutron N = 60, 62 have been studied the ground state bands using Matlab computer code interacting boson model (IBM-1). We apply IBM-1 formula for O(6) symmetry in Ru isotopes with neutron N = 60, 62. The theoretical energy levels up to spin-parity 12+ have been obtained for 104,106Ru isotopes. The yrast states, gamma band, beta band, and B(E2) values are calculated for those nuclei. The experimental and calculated R4/2 values indicate that the even-even 104-106Ru isotopes have O(6) dynamic symmetry. The calculated results are compared to the experimental data and are found in good harmony with each other. The plots of the potential energy surface of both nuclei are O(6) characters.
