Palladium-cataly.ed Mizoroki-h.ck reaction is a powerful and efficient meth.d for construction of Csp2–Csp2 ***,four palladium complexes(I—IV)with.N,O-bidentate ligands(l1—l4)based on N-oxide units from cy.lic secondary.amines were easily.sy.th.sized and successfully.applied in Mizoroki-h.ck reaction of ary. bromides with.electron-deficient olefins.X-ray.diffraction analy.es indicated th. palladium(II)atom of II took th. distorted square planar geometry.and was four-coordinated by.nitrogen and oxy.en atoms from two ligands(l2).Two free ch.oride ions were presented as counter anions in complex *** th. palladium(II)center of IV was coordinated by.nitrogen and oxy.en atoms from one ligand(l4)as well as two ch.orine atoms,wh.ch.exh.bited th. nearly.square-planar *** study.on cataly.ic properties of palladium complexes revealed th.t complex II exh.bited h.gh.activity.superior to th. oth.r *** coupling reactions of a series of ary. bromides and olefin derivatives proceeded in th. presence of 2—5 mol%palladium complex II,giving th. desired products in good to excellent *** advantages of th.s meth.d such.as good compatibility.of functional groups,h.gh.y.elds,and sh.rt reaction times made it more attractive for constructing Csp2–Csp2 bonds in th. sy.th.sis of functional molecules and materials.

Microbial lipid fermentation encompasses intricate complex cell growth.processes and h.avily.relies on expert experience for optimal *** modeling of th. fermentation process assists research.rs in making intelligent decisions,employ.ng logical reasoning and strategic planning to optimize lipid *** th.s study.th. effects of medium components and concen-trations on lipid fermentation were investigated,*** th.n,leveraging th. collated data,a variety.of mach.ne learning algorith.s were used to model and optimize th. lipid fermentation *** models,based on artificial neural networks and support vector mach.nes,ach.eved R?values all h.gh.r th.n 0.93,ensuring accurate predictions of th. fermentation *** linear regression was used to evaluate th. respective target parameter,wh.ch.were affected by.th. medium components of lipid ***,single and multi-objective optimiza-tion were conducted for lipid fermentation using th. genetic *** results demonstrated th. maximum biomass of 50.3 g·l^(-1) and maximum lipid concentration of 14.1 g:l^(-1) with.th. error between th. experimental and predicted values less th.n 5%.Th. results of th. multi-objective optimization reveal th. sy.ergistic and competitive relationsh.p between biomass,lipid concentration,and conversion rate,wh.ch.lay.a basis for in-depth.optimization and amplification.

Objective To compare th. efficacy.of using“distal acupoints only.vs.“local acupoints mainly.combined with.distal acupoints”in cases of acute low back pain(AlBP).Meth.ds A total of 102 eligible patients aged 18–65 y.ars with.AlBP lasting less th.n 6 weeks will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to th. distal acupoints only.group(DPOG)and th. local acupoints mainly.combined with.th. distal acupoints group(lPMG).During a 4-week treatment period,patients in th.
