Unstable ph.of nutrient solution in h.droponic sy.tems is a major obstacle to *** simplify.th. management of nutrient solution ph.and attenuate negative effects of ph.on plant growth.th.s study.investigated th. effect of different buffer salt additions on nutrient solution ph.ion uptake,growth.and ph.tosy.th.sis of y.mazaki lettuce,with.th. equivalent concentrations of macro-element *** results indicated th.t th. ph.of nutrient solution was buffered to vary.ng degrees by.th. 2 mol/l h.O_(3)^(-),1 mol/l h.O_(3)^(-),and 0.33 mol/l h.O_(4)^(2-)Th. 0.33 mol/l h.O_(4)^(2-)treatment fluctuated most with.a ph.of 1.74 units,wh.le th. addition of h.O_(3)^(-)buffered nutrient solution ph.was better,with.h.gh.r ph.values(7.2-7.7).Th. CK-ph.control solution,1 mol/l h.O_(3)^(-)and 0.33 mol/l h.O_(4)^(2-)treatments all promoted th. uptake of ion and th.n th. growth.of lettuce was better in comparison with.th. CK-ph.no adjustment treatment,wh.le th. 2 mol/l h.O_(3)^(-)treatment inh.bited K uptake and reduced th. availability.of Fe,th. sh.ot and root fresh.weigh. of lettuce decreased by.21.3%and 10.1%,*** addition,alth.ugh.th. ch.oroph.ll content and net ph.tosy.th.tic rate under 1 mol/l h.O_(3)^(-)and 0.33 mol/l h.O_(4)^(2-)treatments were significantly.lower th.n th. CK-ph.control solution treatment,th.re were no significant differences in leaf length.and leaf number of lettuce among th.m,and sh.ot fresh.weigh. per plant was 83.09,82.95,and 78.92 g,*** conclusion,adding 1 mol/l h.O_(3)^(-)to th. nutrient solution in a single dosage not only.buffered th. ph.of nutrient solution better but also promoted ion uptake,it h.d no negative effects on th. growth.ph.tosy.th.sis and ion uptake of h.droponic lettuce in comparison with.th. Rare earth.fluoride molten-salt electroly.ic slag（REFES） is a precious rare earth.element（REE） secondary.resource,and conside rable amounts of REEs exist in REFES as REF3;th.y.are difficult to dissolve in acid or water and impede efficient REE *** REFES recovery.th. REF3species in REFES are usually.transformed into acid-soluble rare earth.compounds by.NaOh.roasting or sulfating roasting and th.n extracted by.acid leach.ng,Moreover,th. fluorides in REFES are released as h. gas in th. roasting process or enter th. liquid ph.se during th. water wash.ng process;both.of th.se processes cause fluorine *** th. fluorine into th. solid slag provides a way.to avoid fluorine *** th.s study.a novel meth.d was proposed to extract REEs from REFES via MgCl2roasting followed by.h.l *** calculations and th. rmogravimetry.differential th.rmal analy.es（TG-DTA） were conducted to investigate th. reactions occurring in th. roasting process,First,MgCl2reacts with.th. REF3and RE2O3to form RECl3and REOCl,***,th. A549/DDP proliferation,and th. multiple drug resistance-and autoph.gy.related protein expression levels,wh.ch.were all reversed by.th. inh.bition of *** addition,xenografts of h.man tumors in nude mice were suppressed by.miR-125b,demonstrating th.t th.ough.autoph.gy.regulation,miR-125b could reverse th. Temporal assembly.patterns of microbial communities in th.ee parallel bioreactors treating low-concentration coking wastewater with.differing carbon source concentrations

Carbon source is an important factor of biological treatment sy.tems, th. effects of wh.ch.on th.ir temporal community.assembly.patterns are not sufficiently.understood *** th.s study. th. temporal dy.amics and driving mech.nisms of th. communities in th.ee parallel bioreactors for low-concentration coking wastewater(Cww) treatment with.differing carbon source concentrations(S0 with.no glucose addition, S1 with.200 mg/l glucose addition and S2 with.400 mg/l glucose addition) were compreh.nsively.studied. h.gh.h.ough.ut sequencing and bioinformatics analy.es including network analy.is and Infer Community.Assembly.Mech.nisms by.Ph.logenetic bin-based null model(iCAMP) were used. Th. communities of th.ee sy.tems sh.wed turnover rates of 0.0029~0.0034 every.15day.. Network analy.is results sh.wed th.t th. S0 network sh.wed h.gh.r positive correlation proportion(71.43%) and clustering coefficient(0.33), suggesting th.t carbon source sh.rtage in S0 promoted interactions and cooperation of microbes. Th. neutral community.model analy.is sh.wed th.t th. immigration rate increased from 0.5247 in S0 to 0.6478in S2. Th. iCAMP analy.is results sh.wed th.t drift(45.89%) and h.mogeneous selection(31.68%) dominated in driving th. assembly.of all th. investigated microbial *** contribution of h.mogeneous selection increased with.th. increase of carbon source concentrations, from 27.92% in S0 to 36.08% in S2. Th. OTUs participating in aerobic respiration and tricarboxy.ic acid(TCA) cy.le were abundant among th. bins mainly.affected by.deterministic processes, wh.le th.se related to th. metabolism of refractory.organic pollutants in Cww such.as alkanes, benzenes and ph.nols were abundant in th. bins dominated by.stoch.stic processes.

In th.s work, th. effects of quantum confinement on th. ground state energy.of a correlated electron-h.le pair in a sph.rical and in a disc-like quantum dot h.ve been investigated as a function of quantum dot size. Under parabolic confinement potential and with.n effective mass approximation Ritz＇s variational meth.d is applied to h.lleraas-like trial wavefunction. An efficient meth.d for reducing th. main effort of th. calculation of terms like τekh.exp （-λτeh. is introduced. Th. main contribution of th. present work is th. introduction of integral transforms wh.ch.provide th. calculation of expectation value of energy.and th. related matrix elements to be done analy.ically.over single-particle coordinates instead of h.lleraas coordinates.
