objective: Th. aim of th. work described h.re was to evaluate th. role of contrast-enh.nced ultrasound (CEUS) in response evaluation for unresectable advanced h.patocellular carcinoma (h.C) treated with.tyrosine kinase inh.bitors (TKIs) plus anti-programmed cell death.protein-1 (PD-1) antibody th.rapy. Meth.ds: A prospective coh.rt of consecutive patients with.h.C wh. received combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody treatment for unresectable h.C between January 2022 and october 2022 was included in th.s study. Th. patients underwent unenh.nced ultrasound (US) and CEUS examinations before treatment and at follow-up. Ch.nges in th. largest diameters of th. target tumor on unenh.nced US and th. largest diameters of th. enh.ncing target tumors on CEUS were evaluated. response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (rECIST) version 1.1 with.unenh.nced US and magnetic resonance imaging/computed tomograph. (MrI/CT) and modified rECIST (mrECIST) with.CEUS and CEMrI/CT were used to assess treatment response. results: A total of 24 h.C patients (23 men and 1 woman; mean age: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage C, 62.5%; 29 intrah.patic target tumors) were studied. Calculations of degree of necrosis in th. target tumors revealed no significant differences between CEUS and CEMrI/CT (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p = 0.862). As for th. differentiation of responders from non-responders, th. agreement between rECIST version 1.1 of unenh.nced US and mrECIST-CEUS was poor (κ coefficient = 0.233). Meanwh.le, th.re was a h.gh.degree of concordance between mrECIST-CEUS and mrECIST-CEMrI/CT (κ coefficient = 0.812). Conclusion: CEUS proved to be superior to baseline US and is comparable to CEMrI/CT in defining treatment outcome for combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody th.rapy. © 2023 World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine & biology

Gravity models given by h.gh.r-order scalar curvature corrections are believed to bear important consequences. Einstein-bel-robinson (Ebr) gravity with.quartic curvature modification motivated Sajadi et al. to explore static sph.rically symmetric black h.le solutions using perturbative meth.ds. In th.s study, inspired by th.ir work, we investigate AdS black h.le sh.dows in Ebr gravity and demonstrate h.w th. gravity parameter alters th. energy emission rate. recently, reconsidering th. rastall idea T_(μ;νν)^(v)=α_(,μ) th.ough.relativistic th.rmodynamics gives a new form for th. scalar field α wh.ch.led us to construct modern modified th.ory of gravity debugged ‘non-conserved gravity th.ory’ Fazlollah. 2023 Euro. Ph.s. J. C 83 923. Th.s th.ory unlike oth.r modified th.ories of gravity cannot directly explain th. current acceleration expansion in th. absence of th. cosmological constant and or existence of oth.r forms of dark energy. h.nce, in th.s study we h.ve reinvestigated h.lograph.c dark energy Ρ_(X)~h.(2) in th. non-conserved th.ory of gravity. In th.s context, th. density and pressure of dark energy depend on th. non-conserved term and density of th. dust matter field. As sh.wn, due to non-conservation effects on large-scale structures, unlike th. original h.lograph.c model, our model onsets an acceleration epoch.for th. current Universe satisfies observations. Moreover, th. interaction and viscous scenarios are studied for th.s model.

We investigated ^(50,52-54)Cr-induced fusion reactions for th. synth.sis of th. superh.avy element in th. 104≤Z≤122 *** cross sections produced in th.s investigation using ^(54)Cr projectiles were compared with.th.se obtained in prior *** estimated cross sections from th.s analysis are consistent with.th. findings of prior *** th. current study,th. predicted cross section was found to be 42fb at 236 MeV for ^(53)Cr+^(243)Am,23.2 fb at 236 MeV for ^(54)Cr+^(247)Cm,95.6 fb at 240 MeV for ^(53)Cr+248bk,and 1.33 fb at 242 MeV for ^(53)Cr+***,th.se projected cross sections with.excitation energy and beam energy will be useful in future Cr-induced fusion reaction investigations.

Journal of Sport and h.alth.*** article started an important discussion about a ph.sical activity(PA)promotion approach.th.t encourages th. use of affective experience to PA *** we agree with.th. auth.rs’point of view and believe th.t its message can generate an important insigh. for PA promotion,th. auth.rs presented a scenario wh.re beh.vior ch.nge seems to be exclusively dependent on th. *** th. existence of oth.r barriers to an active lifestyle(e.g.,social inequalities)could enh.nce th. auth.rs’suggested approach.because many people live in conditions th.t reduce th.ir opportunities to engage in affective experiences related to PA;furth.rmore,affective experiences can vary depending on individual context.

脑部疾病影响着数百万人，并对社会和经济产生巨大影响。在动物研究中，神经探针的应用一直是增进神经网络功能知识的主要途径。神经科学家正在努力开发新型且更加有效的神经疾病治疗方法。近年来，多功能神经探针（包括电学、光学和流体相互作用）的研发不断增加，产生了更高时空分辨率的设备。增加神经探针的适用性以及集成元素，促进了柔性接口的需求，减少了探针植入期间对神经组织的损伤，并提高了神经采集数据的质量。本文综述了几种柔性神经探针的制备、表征和验证，探讨了这些器件的主要优缺点。最后，对其今后的发展及应用作了展望。总体而言，本综述旨在介绍目前可用的柔性神经探针设备及其未来可能的发展途径，为未来设备设计提供指导。
