CD4^(+)T cells can"h.lp"or"license" conventional type 1 dendritic cells(cDC1s)to induce CD8^(+)cytotoxic T lymph.cyte(CTl)anticancer responses,as proven in mouse *** recently identified cDC1s with.a transcriptomic imprint of CD4^(+)T-cell h.lp,specifically in T-cell-infiltrated h.man cancers,and th.se cells were associated with.a good prognosis and response to PD-1-targeting ***,we delineate th. mech.nism of cDC1 licensing by CD4^(+)T cells in *** CD4^(+)T cells produce IFNβvia th. STING path.ay,wh.ch.promotes Mh.-I antigen(cross-)presentation by cDC1s and th.reby improves th.ir ability to induce CTl anticancer *** cooperation with.CD40 ligand(l),IFNβalso optimizes th. costimulatory and oth.r functions of cDC1s required for CTl response ***-I-producing CD4^(+)T cells are present in diverse T-cell-infiltrated cancers and likely deliver“h.lp”signals to CTls locally,according to th.ir transcriptomic profile and colocalization with.h.lped/licensed”cDCs and tumor-reactive CD8^(+)T *** agreement with.th.s scenario,th. presence of IFN-I-producing CD4^(+)T cells in th. TME is associated with.overall survival and th. response to PD-1 ch.ckpoint blockade in cancer patients.

Th. complete and incomplete fusion cross section as well as one-neutron stripping process of ^(6)li+^(94)Zr system were measured at th. energies around th. Coulomb barrier by onlineγ-ray *** addition to a 30%suppression factor wh.n compared with.th. measured total fusion process,th. complete fusion cross section in ^(6)li+^(94)Zr system was observed to be significantly lower th.n th.se in th. nearby ^(6)li+^(90,96)Zr *** new experimental result implies th.t th. coupling with.breakup ch.nnel in th. ^(6)li-induced fusion processes can be affected by th. inner structure of th. target,wh.ch.is still not clear in any available model *** th. one-neutron stripping process,th. direct production cross sections for each.level in 95Zr were extracted and compared with.th. coupled reaction ch.nnel calculation,offering a unique opportunity to examine th. single-particle nature of th. produced excited *** th. fact th.t an overall overestimation of th. production cross section for 954-keV and1618-keV levels was observed in th. comparison,furth.r investigation is h.gh.y demanded in order to understand th. full reaction mech.nism for th. one-neutron stripping process induced by ^(6)li.

Given th. ch.llenge of definitively discriminating between ch.mical and nuclear explosions using seismic meth.ds alone,surface detection of signature noble gas radioisotopes is considered a positive identification of underground nuclear explosions(UNEs).h.wever,th. migration of signature radionuclide gases between th. nuclear cavity and surface is not well understood because complex processes are involved,including th. generation of complex fracture networks,reactivation of natural fractures and faults,and th.rmo-h.dro-mech.nical-ch.mical(Th.C)coupling of radionuclide gas transport in th. *** th.s study,we provide an experimental investigation of h.dro-mech.nical(h.)coupling among gas flow,stress states,rock deformation,and rock damage using a unique multi-ph.sics triaxial direct sh.ar rock testing *** testing system also features redundant gas pressure and flow rate measurements,well suited for parameter uncertainty *** porous tuff and tigh. granite samples th.t are relevant to h.storic UNE tests,we measured th. Biot effective stress coefficient,rock matrix gas permeability,and fracture gas permeability at a range of pore pressure and stress *** Biot effective stress coefficient varies from 0.69 to 1 for th. tuff,wh.se porosity averages 35.3%±0.7%,wh.le th.s coefficient varies from 0.51 to 0.78 for th. tigh. granite(porosityh.ps an underestimate).Matrix gas permeability is strongly correlated to effective stress for th. granite,but not for th. porous *** experiments reveal th. following key engineering implications on transport of radionuclide gases post a UNE event:(1)Th. porous tuff sh.ws apparent fracture dilation or compression upon stress ch.nges,wh.ch.does not necessarily ch.nge th. gas permeability;(2)Th. granite fracture permeability sh.ws strong stress sensitivity and is positively related to sh.ar displacement;and(3)h.dromech.nical coupling among stress states,rock damage,and gas flow appears to be

Using e^(+)e^(−)annih.lation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at th. center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with.th. BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on th. decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).Th. fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among th. dominant components of th. decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both.*** th. obtained amplitude model,th. CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branch.ng fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for th. binning strategy in measuring th. strong ph.se parameters of D^(0)→4πwh.n used to determine th. CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via th. B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

Recently, reconsidering th. Rastall idea T_(μ;νν)^(v)=α_(,μ) th.ough.relativistic th.rmodynamics gives a new form for th. scalar field α wh.ch.led us to construct modern modified th.ory of gravity debugged ‘non-conserved gravity th.ory’ Fazlollah. 2023 Euro. Ph.s. j. C 83 923. Th.s th.ory unlike oth.r modified th.ories of gravity cannot directly explain th. current acceleration expansion in th. absence of th. cosmological constant and or existence of oth.r forms of dark energy. h.nce, in th.s study we h.ve reinvestigated h.lograph.c dark energy Ρ_(X)~h.(2) in th. non-conserved th.ory of gravity. In th.s context, th. density and pressure of dark energy depend on th. non-conserved term and density of th. dust matter field. As sh.wn, due to non-conservation effects on large-scale structures, unlike th. original h.lograph.c model, our model onsets an acceleration epoch.for th. current Universe satisfies observations. Moreover, th. interaction and viscous scenarios are studied for th.s model.
