Neuromorph.c h.rd.are equipped.with.associative learn-ing capabilities presents fascinating applications in th. next generation of artificial ***,research.into synaptic d.vices exh.biting complex associative learning beh.viors is still ***,an optoelec-tronic memristor based.on Ag/TiO_(2) Nanowires:ZnO Quantum d.ts/FTO was proposed.and.constructed.to emulate th. biological associative learning *** implementation of synaptic beh.viors,includ.ng long and.sh.rt-term plasticity,and.learning-forgetting-relearning beh.viors,were ach.eved.in th. d.vice th.ough.th. application of ligh. and.electrical *** th. optoelectronic co-mod.lated.ch.racteristics,a simulation of neuromorph.c computing was cond.cted.resulting in a h.nd.riting d.git recognition accuracy of 88.9%.Furth.rmore,a 3×7 memristor array was constructed.confirming its application in artificial visual *** importantly,complex biological associative learning beh.viors were emulated.by mapping th. ligh. and.electrical stimuli into cond.tioned.and.uncond.tioned.stimuli,*** training th.ough.associative pairs,reflexes could.be triggered.solely using ligh. ***-sively,und.r specific optoelectronic signal applications,th. four features of classical cond.tioning,namely acquisition,extinction,recovery,and.generalization,were elegantly *** work provid.s an optoelectronic memristor with.associative beh.vior capabilities,offering a path.ay for ad.ancing brain-mach.ne interfaces,autonomous robots,and.mach.ne self-learning in th. future.
