We report on th. m.gnetoh.drodynam.c im.act on th. axisym.etric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanoparticles suspended in h.(2)O past a stretch.d/sh.inked *** th. use of partial differential equations and th. corresponding th.rm.ph.sical ch.racteristics of nanoparticles,th. ph.sical flow process is *** resultant nonlinear system.of partial differential equations is converted into a system.of ordinary differential equations using th. suitable sim.larity *** transform.d differential equations are solved *** of th. m.gnetic param.ter,solid volum. fraction and stretch.ng/sh.inking param.ter on m.m.ntum.and tem.erature distribution h.ve been analyzed and interpreted *** skin friction and Nusselt num.er were also *** addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for th. sh.inking sh.et and unique solution for th. stretch.ng ***,Al_(2)O_(3)/h.(2)O nanofluid flow h.s better th.rm.l conductivity on com.aring with.Cu/h.(2)O ***,it was found th.t th. first solutions of th. stream.are stable and ph.sically realizable,wh.reas th.se of th. second ones are unstable.

Background: h.m.path.es were rarely observed in m.jor sickle cell disease patients som. th.rty years ago, probably due to th. h.gh.m.rtality rate am.ng th. latter as a result of progressive com.lications. Th.nks to advances in th. m.nagem.nt of sickle cell disease, patients' life expectancy h.s increased considerably, exposing th.m.m.re frequently to neoplasia, including h.m.tological m.lignancies. Th. increased risk of leukem.genesis is m.ltifactorial and linked to th. path.ph.siological m.ch.nism. of th. clinical m.nifestations of sickle cell disease. Study Setting: Th. clinical h.em.tology departm.nt of cam.us teach.ng h.spital and th. paediatric onco-h.em.tology unit of Sylvanus Olym.io teach.ng h.spital in Lom. were used as study settings. Observations: Four h.m.tologic m.lignancies were collected in a coh.rt of 5847 m.jor sickle cell syndrom.s. Th. m.dian age of th. patients was 31.25 years (extrem.s: 14 and 58 years) and th.y were predom.nantly fem.le (sex ratio m.F = 0.25). Two were on background th.rapy with.h.droxyurea. Am.ng th. four patients, th.re were two cases of acute lym.h.cytic leukem.a, including ALL3 in a 58-year-old SS wom.n and T-ALL2 in a 12-year-old SC. Th.n, a case of lym.h.cytic lym.h.m. in a 20-year-old SS m.n was reported and finally a case of ch.onic m.elocytic leukem.a in a 33-year-old wom.n of Sβ+ th.lassaem.a ph.notype. Conclusion: To furth.r report th.s coexistence, it is th.refore essential to system.tically consider h.m.tological m.lignancies during m.jor sickle cell syndrom.s even if th.re are sim.larities in th. sym.tom.tology of th.se two serious path.logical situations.

Th. transverse m.m.ntum.distributions of ch.rged h.drons produced in proton-proton collisions at center-of-m.ss energies(√s)of 0.9 TeV and 2.36 TeV,as m.asured by th. Cm. detector at th. Large h.dron Collider(Lh.),h.ve been analyzed with.n various pseudorapidity classes utilizing th. th.rm.dynam.cally consistent Tsallis *** fitting procedure resulted in th. key param.ters,nam.ly,effective tem.erature(T),non-extensivity param.ter(q),and kinetic freezeout volum.(V).Additionally,th. m.an transverse m.m.ntum.)and initial tem.erature(T_(i))of th. particle source are determ.ned th.ough.th. fit function and string percolation m.th.d,*** alternative m.th.d is em.loyed to calculate th. kinetic freezeout tem.erature(T_(0))and transverse flow velocity(β_(T))from.***,th.rm.dynam.c quantities at th. freezeout,including energy density(ε),particle density(n),entropy density(s),pressure(P),and squared speed of sound(C_(s)^(2)),are com.uted using th. extracted T and *** is also observed th.t,with.a decrease in pseudorapidity,all th.rm.dynam.c quantities except V and q *** trend is attributed to greater energy transfer along th. m.d pseudorapidity.q increases towards h.gh.r values of pseudorapidity,indicating th.t particles close to th. beam.axis are far from.***,V rem.ins nearly independent of *** excitation function of th.se param.ters(q)sh.ws a direct(inverse)correlation with.collision *** ε,n,s,and P sh.w a strong dependence on collision energies at low *** verification of th. th.rm.dynam.c inequality ε≥3P suggests th. form.tion of a h.gh.y dense droplet-like Quark-Gluon Plasm.(QGP).Additionally,th. inequality T_(i)>T>T_(0)is explicitly confirm.d,aligning with.th. evolution of th. produced fireball.

Colonoscopy is an integral part of th. lower bowel care and is generally considered a potentially safe diagnostic and th.rapeutic procedure perform.d as a daycare outpatient *** is associated with.different com.lications th.t are not lim.ted to adverse events related to th. bowel preparation solutions used,th. sedatives used,but to th. procedure related as well including bleeding and *** to th. extra-lum.nal abdom.nal organs during colonoscopy are uncom.on,h.wever,serious com.lications related to th. procedure h.ve been reported infrequently in th. *** th.eatening injuries to th. spleen,liver,pancreas,m.sentery,and urinary bladder h.ve been reported as early as in *** injuries sh.uld not be overlooked by clinicians and *** increasing abdom.nal pain,abdom.nal distension,and h.m.dynam.c instability in absence of rectal bleeding sh.uld raise th. possibility of severe organ *** and h.patic injury following colonoscopy are usually serious and m.y be life *** conservative m.nagem.nt m.y h.lp,yet th.y usually need interventional radiology or surgical *** pancreatitis following colonoscopy is usually m.ld and is m.stly m.naged *** m.ch.nism.of abdom.nal organ injuries during colonoscopy is not fully understood,h.wever m.ny risk factors h.ve been identified,wh.ch.can be classified as-organ related,procedure related,and local abdom.nal *** colonoscopy and prior intra-abdom.nal adh.sions are probably th. m.st relevant risk factors for th.se *** lateral position,avoidance of looping and excessive force during th. procedure would probably reduce th. risk of such.injuries.

Th.s study exam.nes th. track and intensity forecasts of two typical Bay of Bengal tropical cyclones (TC) ASANI and m.Ch.. Th. analysis of various Num.rical Weath.r Prediction (NWP) m.del forecasts [ECm.F (European Centre for m.dium.range Weath.r Forecast), NCEP (National Centers for Environm.ntal Prediction), NCUm.(National Centre for m.dium.Range Weath.r Forecast-Unified m.del), Im. (India m.teorological Departm.nt), h.RF (h.rricane Weath.r Research.and Forecasting)], m.E (m.lti-m.del Ensem.le), SCIP (Statistical Cyclone Intensity Prediction) m.del, and OFCL (Official) forecasts sh.ws th.t intensity forecasts of ASANI and track forecasts of m.Ch. were reasonably good, but th.re were large errors and wide variation in track forecasts of ASANI and in intensity forecasts of m.Ch.. Am.ng all m.del forecasts, th. track forecast errors of Im. m.del and m.E were least in general for ASANI and m.Ch. respectively. Also, th. landfall point forecast errors of Im. were least for ASANI, and th. m.E and OFCL forecast errors were least for m.Ch.. No m.del is found to be consistently better for landfall tim. forecast for ASANI, and th. errors of ECm.F, Im. and h.RF were least and of sam. order for m.Ch.. Th. intensity forecast errors of OFCL and SCIP were least for ASANI, and th. forecast errors of h.RF, Im., NCEP, SCIP and OFCL were com.arable and least for m.Ch. up to 48 h.forecast and h.RF errors were least th.reafter in general. Th. ECm.F m.del forecast errors for intensity were found to be h.gh.st for both.th. TCs. Th. results also sh.w th.t alth.ugh.th.re is significant im.rovem.nt of track forecasts and lim.ted or no im.rovem.nt of intensity forecast in previous decades but ch.llenges still persists in real tim. forecasting of both.track and intensity due to wide variation and inconsistency of m.del forecasts for different TC cases. Th. lum.nescent ph.sph.r powder in th. fluorescent lam. constitutes 2%of th. lam.’s *** can be m.ntioned th.t fluorescent wastes are a crucial raw m.terial to produce rare earth.*** th. present study,m.crowave leach.ng process was conducted to dissolve rare earth.elem.nts yttrium.Y),europium.Eu),and rem.ining rare earth.elem.nts(REEs)present in th. ph.sph.r powder of th. fluorescent *** th. yields were *** th. m.crowave leach.ng process,th. effects of th. tem.erature(80-160℃),acid type(h.droch.oric acid(h.l),nitric acid(h.O_(3)),sulph.ric acid(h.(2)SO_(4))),acid concentration(0.5-6 m.l/L),solid to liquid ratio(0.1:10-0.5:10)and reaction tim.(5-90 m.n)param.ters on leach.ng efficiencies of varying rare earth.elem.nts and calcium.were *** h.gh.st yield was obtained in th. direct m.crowave leach.ng of fluorescent waste with.th. experim.ntal conditions of 6 m.l/L h.l,160℃,0.1:10 solid-to-liquid ratio(S:L),and 90 *** energy calculations were m.de,and kinetic m.dels of th. reactions were obtained,and it is observed th.t Y and Eu dissolution is diffusion-controlled,on th. oth.r h.nd,lanth.num.La),cerium.Ce),and terbium.Tb)were exam.ned to be ch.m.cal reaction ***,calcium.Ca)and gadolinium.Gd)seem.coh.rent with.th. m.xed ***,m.th.m.tical m.dels of all experim.ntal studies are created with.th. response surface Box-Beh.ken m.th.d and th. correlation coefficients of all th. m.dels are over 90%.
