Back.round Pediatric post coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)condition(PPCC)is a h.terogeneous syndrome,wh.ch.can significantly affect th. daily lives of *** study aimed to identify clinically meaningful ph.notypes in ch.ldren with.PPCC,to better ch.racterize and treat th.s *** Participants were ch.ldren with.ph.sician-diagnosed PPCC,referred to th. academic h.spital Amsterdam UMC in th. Neth.rlands between November 2021 and March.*** factors and information on post-COVID symptoms,comorbidities,and impact on daily life were *** clusters were identified using an unsupervised and unbiased approach.for mixed data *** Analysis of 111 patients(aged 3–18 years)revealed th.ee distinct clusters with.n *** 1(n=62,median age=15 years)predominantly consisted of girls(74.2%).Th.se patients suffered relatively more from exercise intolerance,dyspnea,and smell *** 2(n=33,median age=13 years)contained patients with.an even gender distribution(51.5%girls).Th.y suffered from relatively more sleep problems,memory loss,gastrointestinal symptoms,and *** 3(n=16,median age=11 years)h.d a h.gh.r proportion of boys(75.0%),suffered relatively more from fever,h.d significantly fewer symptoms(median of 5 symptoms compared to 8 and 10 for clusters 1 and 2 respectively),and experienced a lower impact on daily *** Th.s study identified th.ee distinct clinical PPCC ph.notypes,with.variations in sex,age,symptom patterns,and impact on daily *** findings h.gh.igh. th. need for furth.r research.to understand th. potentially diverse underlying mech.nisms contributing to post-COVID symptoms in ch.ldren.

h.gh.power generation of adaptive laser beams in a Nd：YVO4 MOPA system

We report efficient power scaling of th. laser output with.an adaptive bemn profile from an Nd：YAG dual-cavity master oscillator using a th.ee-stage end-pumped Nd：YVO4 amplifier. We succeed ill th. last switch.ng of an excited laser mode by modulating an acousto-optic modulator loss in a dual-cavity master oscillator, th.reby ach.eving temporal modulation of th. output beam profile. Th. outputs from th. master oscillator are amplified via a th.ee-stage power amplifier yielding 36.6, 40.5, and 45.4 W of th. maximum output at 116.8 W of incident pump power for th. transverse electromagnetic, Laguerre-Gaussian, and quasi-top-h.t beam, respectively. Th. prospects for furth.r power scaling and applications via th. dual-cavity master-oscillator power-amplifier （MOPA） system are considered.

Design of small-area multi-bit antifuse-type 1 k.it OTP memory

A multi-bit antifuse-type one-time programmable （OTP） memory is designed, wh.ch.h.s a smaller area and a sh.rter programming time compared with.th. conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory. Wh.le th. conventional antifuse-type OTP memory can store a bit per cell, a proposed OTP memory can store two consecutive bits per cell th.ough.a data compression tech.ique. Th. 1 k.it OTP memory designed with.Magnach.p 0.18 μm CMOS （complementary metal-oxide semiconductor） process is 34% smaller th.n th. conventional single-bit antifuse-type OTP memory since th. sizes of cell array and row decoder are reduced. And th. programming time of th. proposed OTP memory is nearly 50% smaller th.n th.t of th. conventional counterpart since two consecutive bytes can be compressed and programmed into eigh. OTP cells at once. Th. layout area is 214 μm× 327 μ,, and th. read current is simulated to be 30.4 μA.

甲醛(FA)作为一种有致癌风险的有害污染物,在室内环境中普遍存在.为了高效去除甲醛,催化氧化技术成为了一种既经济又节能的选择,它不仅能降低材料成本(例如避免使用贵金属),也能在无光和室温的条件下进行.本文制备了一种成本效益高的碱改性锰酸铜尖晶石(CuMn^(2)O_(4))催化剂,并用于甲醛催化氧化反应中.实验结果表明,采用碱(1 mol L^(-1)氢氧化钾)改性的CuMn^(2)O_(4)(1-CuMn^(2)O_(4))作为催化剂,在室温条件下,当甲醛浓度为50 ppm,气体空速为4777 h.(-1)时,甲醛转化率(XFA)达到100%;此外,在甲醛转化率为10%时,其稳态反应速率达到了8.18×10^(-2) mmol g^(-1) h.(-1).原位漫反射红外傅立叶变换光谱结果表明,在催化剂的作用下,甲醛分子经过二氧亚甲基和甲酸酯中间体的转化,最终被氧化为水和二氧化碳.进一步结合密度泛函理论模拟发现,1-CuMn^(2)O_(4)具有较高的催化氧化甲醛性能,可归因于甲醛分子更牢固地吸附在1-CuMn^(2)O_(4)表面,甲醛吸附所需的能量较低,以及最终产物从催化剂表面脱附所需的能量也较低的综合效应.本研究为在无光和室温条件下,高效去除空气中甲醛提供了新型高效、成本效益高且无需贵金属的催化剂,从而为室内空气净化提供了新的科学见解.
