Th. reaction of unsymmetrical ph.nylmeth.ltin dih.dride （Ph.eSnh.）, ph.nyleth.ltin dih.dride （Ph.tSnh.）, ph.nylbutyltin dih.dride （Ph.uSnh.） and butylmeth.ltin dih.dride （BuMeSnh.） with.biuret （h.L） proceeds via Snh.Nh.deh.drocoupling to afford th. corresponding tetra-coordinate cyclic products. Th. reactions in th. molar ratios of 1 ： 1, 2 ： 1 and 1 ： 2 h.ve been studied. Th. yellow derivatives so isolated were soluble in polar solvents and insoluble in nonpolar solvents. It was found th.t 1 ： 1 reaction went to completion wh.le 2 ： 1 and 1 ： 2 did not go to completion. Th. derivatives h.d been ch.racterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic tech.iques viz. IR, ^1h.NMR, ^13C NMR, ^119Sn NMR. DSC and TGA of th. reaction products h.ve also been studied. All th. derivatives were th.rmally stable upto （1904- 10）℃ and degradation occurred after th.t.

Polycrystalline cobalt-substituted tungsten bronze ferroelectric ceramics with.ch.mical composition Ba_(5)CaTi_(2-x)Co_(X)Nb_(8)O_(30)(x=0.00,0.02,0.04 and 0.08)were synth.sized by solid state reaction tech.ique.X-ray diffraction(XRD)tech.ique was used to confirm th. ph.se formation and it revealed th. formation of single ph.se tetragonal structure with.space group *** surface morph.logy of th. samples was studied by using th. scanning electron microscopy(SEM)*** dielectric properties such.as dielectric constant and dielectric loss h.ve been investigated as a function of temperature and *** P-E and M-h.studies confirmed th. coexistent of ferroelectricity and magnetism at room *** P-E loop study indicated an increase in th. coercive field wh.le th. M-h.study depicted a decrease in th. magnetization with.th. incorporation of cobalt ions.

Aim:Th. development of ch.moth.rapy resistance is th. major obstacle in th. treatment of advanced prostate cancer(PCa).Extracellular vesicles(EVs)secretion plays a significant role among different mech.nisms contributing to ***,inh.bition of EVs release may increase th. efficacy of ch.moth.rapeutic drugs against ***:Paclitaxel(PTX)resistant PCa cells(PC3-R and DU145-R)were treated with.GW4869,a known exosome biogenesis *** were isolated from th. conditioned media by ExoQuick-based precipitation meth.d and ch.racterized for concentration and size distribution by nanoparticle tracking *** effect of GW4869 treatment on th. survival and growth.of PCa cells was assessed by MTT,and colony formation assays in vitro,and ectopic PC3-R xenografts in male ath.mic nude mice in *** effect of oth.r EV biogenesis inh.bitors,imipramine and dimeth.l amiloride(DMA),treatment was also analyzed on th. survival of PC3-R ***:GW4869(10-20μM)treatment of PTX resistant PCa cells significantly reduced th. release of small EVs(50-100 nm size range)wh.le increasing th. release of larger EVs(>150 nm in size),and inh.bited th.ir ***,GW4869(5-20μM)treatment(24-72h.significantly inh.bited th. survival of PC3-R cells in a dose-dependent *** observed a similar growth.inh.bition with.both.imipramine(5-20μg/mL)and DMA(5-20μg/mL)treatment in PC3-R ***,GW4869 treatment(IP)in mice bearing PC3-R xenografts significantly reduced th. tumor weigh.(65%reduction,P=0.017)compared to th. veh.cle-treated control mice with.ut causing any noticeable ***:Inh.biting th. release of EVs could sensitize th. resistant PCa cells to ch.moth.rapy.

Tungsten bronze structure ceramics h.ve found vital potential in many applications such.as actuators, transducer, electro-optic, ferroelectric random access memory and microwave devices. Th.se type ceramics are extensively used in many industrial applications due to th.ir spontaneous polarization and well-known for its h.gh.dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, low leakage current density, good th.rmal stability and h.gh.piezoelectric coefficient. In present work, Ba5CaTi2Nb8O30 (BCTN) h.s been synth.sized first time th.ough.solid state reaction meth.d. Th. microstructures, dielectric, ferroelectric, ferromagnetic and Raman spectra h.ve been investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), LCR meter, P-E loop tracer, VSM and Raman spectrometer respectively. X-ray dif-fraction study revealed th. formation of single ph.se tetragonal structure with.space group P4bm. Th. crystallite size was observed to be in th. range 14.4 nm. Detailed dielectric properties of BCTN compound as function of temperature at different frequencies sh.w th.t sample exh.bits diffuse type transition at curie temperature 316°C. Th. P-E and M-h.studies confirmed th. coexistent ferroelectricity and magnetism at room temperature.
