It aims at e.ploring tre. composition asse.sing th.ir dive.sity indice., and e.ological importance.value.. For surve. of type. and e.timation of de.sity of tre. spe.ie. in th. fore.t, we.randomly distribute. 97 circular sample.plots (0.1 h.ctare.(h.)). In e.ch.sample.plot we.ide.tifie. all tre.s to th. spe.ie. le.e., re.orde. th.ir fre.ue.cie. and compute. spe.ie. dive.sity and importance.value.indice. (IVI). A total of 13 tre. spe.ie., wh.ch.be.ong to 12 ge.e.a and nine.familie., we.e.ide.tifie. in th. tre. laye. of th. fore.t. Me.n tre. de.sity in ANFR was 116 tre.s/h., compose. mainly of Boswe.lia papyrife.a (De..) h.ch.t. (48), followe. by Combre.um h.rtmannianu (19) and Lanne. fruticosa (18). Fabace.e.was th. most common family followe. by Combre.ace.e.and Malvace.e. B. papyrife.a De.ile.h.ch.t was th. most abundant wh.le.Acacia se.al was th. le.st abundant spe.ie.. Background: Th.roid dise.se. are.among th. le.ding e.docrine.disorde.s affe.ting a large.proportion of pe.ple.worldwide.and sh.w ge.graph.cal variation in incide.ce.and h.stopath.logical patte.n re.ate. to age. se., die.ary and e.vironme.tal factors. h.stopath.logical patte.ns of surgically tre.te. th.roid dise.se. play an important role.in e.rly diagnosis and manage.e.t of th.se.dise.se.. Th.re.is, h.we.e., limite. publish.d data re.arding h.stopath.logical re.orts on th.roid dise.se.in our local se.ting. Th.s study aime. to de.e.mine.th. h.stopath.logical patte.ns and h.gh.igh. e.rly postope.ative.complications among patie.ts with.surgically tre.te. th.roid dise.se. at Bugando Me.ical Ce.tre.(BMC). Me.h.ds: Th.s was a longitudinal study involving all patie.ts with.surgically tre.te. th.roid dise.se. se.n at BMC ove. a pe.iod of 6 month. from Octobe. 2019 to March.2020. Re.ults: A total of 84 patie.ts we.e.studie.. Fe.ale. outnumbe.e. male. by a fe.ale.to male.ratio of 11:1. Th. me.ian age.of patie.ts was 44 [IQR, 35 - 54] ye.rs old, th. younge.t was 14 ye.rs old and th. olde.t was 76 ye.rs old. Colloid goite. was th. most common non-ne.plastic le.ion accounting for 34 (44.7%) patie.ts. Among th. ne.plastic le.ions, follicular ade.oma was th. most commonly e.counte.e. be.ign path.logie. (n = 16;21.1%), wh.le.papillary carcinoma was th. most commonly e.counte.e. malignancy (n = 4;50%). Following th.roide.tomy, 12 (14.3%) patie.ts de.e.ope. e.rly complications, of wh.ch.h.morrh.ge.some.ime. re.uiring blood transfusion was th. le.ding intra/postope.ative.complications accounting for 4 (33.3%) patie.ts. Th.s was an analytical case.control study carrie. out be.we.n Octobe. 2022 and Octobe. 2023. Th. study population consiste. of 150 subje.ts including 100 T2D patie.ts and 50 control subje.ts. Th. main clinical data we.e.colle.te. on a pre.e.tablish.d form. h.mocyste.ne.de.e.mination was carrie. out by th. sandwich.e.ISA me.h.d. Th. oth.r bioch.mical marke.s we.e.me.sure. by colorime.ric e.zymatic me.h.ds. h.pe.h.mocyste.ne.ia was pre.e.t in 27.3% (41/150) of th. e.tire.study population. Type.2 diabe.ics h.d a fre.ue.cy of h.pe.h.mocyste.ne.ia of 36% (36/100) and control 10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). Th. me.n h.pe.h.mocyste.ne.ia conce.tration was 31.9 μmol/l with.e.tre.e. ranging from 18 to 103 μmol/l. 一、引言 1964年新潟地震中,液化导致的地砸永久位移使许多桥梁和建筑物的桩基遭到了严重的破坏。对桩基的破坏状态及相应的土层剖面巳进行了详细的实地考查,并开展了一些模拟侧向地面位移下桩基反应及其破坏机理的研究工作。从工程实用角度来看,如果能够估计出桩出现屈服时的地面位移,或反过来判断出在给定地面位移下桩是否破坏,那么这无疑会有助于设计新的桩基以及减轻现有桩基在地震中的损坏。为此开展了分析研究。
