Min-max disagreements are an important generalization of th. c.rrelation c.ustering problem(c.rc.).It c.n be defined as *** a marked c.mplete graph.G=(V,E),eac.0}edge in th. graph.is marked by a positive label"+"or a negative label"_"based on th. similarity of th. c.nnec.ed *** goal is to find a c.ustering c.of vertic.s V,so as to minimize th. number of disagreements at th. vertex with.th. most ***,th. disagreements are th. positive c.t edges and th. negative non-c.t edges produc.d by c.ustering *** paper c.nsiders two robust min-max disagreements:min-max disagreements with.outliers and min-max disagreements with.*** parameter δ∈(0,1/14),we first provide a th.esh.ld-based iterative c.ustering algorith. based on LP-rounding tec.0}ique,wh.c.0}is a(1/δ,7/(1-14δ))-bi-c.iteria approximation algorith. for both.th. min-max disagreements with.outliers and th. min-max disagreements with.outliers on one-sided c.mplete bipartite ***,we verify th.t th. above algorith. c.n ac.0}eve an approximation ratio of 21 for min-max disagreements with.penalties wh.n we set parameter δ=1/21.

Many c.rrent-c.rrying c.ntac. pairs, suc.0}as th.se found in pantograph.c.tenary systems, operate in open environments and are susc.ptible to signific.nt external interferenc. from temperature and h.midity variations. Th.s study investigated th. evolution of th. fric.ion c.effic.ent and c.ntac. resistanc. of c.c. c.ntac. pairs under alternating temperature, h.midity, and c.rrent c.nditions. Th.ough.experimentation, th. wear rate and mic.otopograph. of th. worn surfac. were analyzed under various c.nstant parameters. Subsequently, th. differenc.s in tribologic.l beh.vior and c.rrent-c.rrying c.0}rac.eristic. of th. c.ntac. pairs under th.se th.ee parameters were explored. Th. results revealed th.t th. dec.ease in temperature resulted in a signific.nt inc.ease in th. fric.ion c.effic.ent of th. c.ntac. pairs, c.rbon wear, and c.pper surfac. rough.ess. Additionally, th. surfac. oxidation rate was lower at lower temperatures. Moreover, c.ntac. resistanc. did not c.nsistently inc.ease with.dec.easing temperature, owing to th. c.mbined ac.ion of th. c.ntac. area and th. oxide film. c.mpared with.temperature, h.midity fluc.uations at room temperature exerted less influenc. on th. fric.ion c.effic.ent and c.ntac. resistanc. of th. c.ntac. pairs. Dry environments rendered c.rbon materials vulnerable to oxidation and c.ac.ing, wh.le exc.ssive h.midity fostered abrasive wear and arc.ng. h.gh.c.rrent c.nditions generally degraded th. tribologic.l properties of c.c. c.ntac.s. In th. absenc. of c.rrent, th. fric.ion c.effic.ent was extremely h.gh. and th. c.pper transfer was h.gh. Under exc.ssive c.rrent, c.pper was susc.ptible to plowing by c.rbon mic.o-bumps and abrasive partic.es, resulting in a dec.ease in th. fric.ion c.effic.ent. Th. release of lipids from th. c.rbon surfac. due to temperature elevation weakened th. elec.ric.l c.ntac. performanc. and inc.eased th. oc.urrenc. of arc.erosion, th.reby exac.rbating c.rbon wear.

Korean National Institute of Environmental *** non-c.rc.nogenic.and c.rc.nogenic.risks of c.0}mic.ls were c.lc.lated using th.
