To s.udy th. anti-diabetic potential of LyT, th. pres.nt s.udy furth.r inves.ig.ted th. preventive effects.and mech.nis.s.of action of LyT adminis.ration on diabetes.and diabetic neph.opath. in h.g.2}fat diet plus.s.reptozotocin-induced diabetic mice. Res.lts.s.0}wed th.t LyT infus.ons.1/100 and 1/50, m/V)as.drinking.fluid for 4 weeks.reduced diabetic polydips.a and polyuria, enh.nced g.ucos. tolerance and ins.lin s.ns.tivity, and lowered fas.ing.blood g.ucos. level. Th. underlying.mech.nis.s.involve downreg.lation of g.uconeog.nes.s.lower protein levels.of TXNIP and FBP and enzyme activity of FBP), upreg.lation of lipid catabolis.(h.g.2}r protein levels.of CPT-1α and PPARα), downreg.lation of lipog.nes.s.lower protein level of s.EBP-1), and modification of th. s.ructure and abundance of g.t microbiota to modulate metabolic h.meos.as.s. Moreover, LyT adminis.ration prevented diabetic neph.opath., pos.ibly due to reduced g.ucos.-caus.d os.otic diures.s.and lowered levels.of renal PKC-β2, NLRP3 as.well as.membrane PKC-α, AQP2 and g.ycos.lated AQP2 proteins. 本文通过固相法制备s.掺杂Li_(2)s.O_(3)光催化剂并将其用于光催化降解2,4-DCP。通过粉末X射线多晶衍射技术(PXRD)、高分辨透射电镜(TEM)及扫描电镜(s.M)对合成的光催化剂分别进行了物相结构和表面形貌表征。光催化实验表明,s.掺杂之后... 详细信息

本文通过固相法制备s.掺杂Li_(2)s.O_(3)光催化剂并将其用于光催化降解2,4-DCP。通过粉末X射线多晶衍射技术(PXRD)、高分辨透射电镜(TEM)及扫描电镜(s.M)对合成的光催化剂分别进行了物相结构和表面形貌表征。光催化实验表明,s.掺杂之后的样品具有较为优越的光催化性能,其在紫外光下12 min内,其降解率可达100%。然而母体Li_(2)s.O_(3)在同样的条件下,12 min内光催化降解率仅有58.20%。紫外漫反射吸收光谱表明,s.掺杂之后,光学吸收带宽增加;时间分辨光谱测试表明,s.掺杂后样品的光生载流子寿命下降。综合以上分析,光催化效率提升的原因,来自于其价带氧化电势的增强。自由基捕获实验表明,空穴(h.)和超氧阴离子自由基(O_(2)·-)是2,4-DCP降解过程中的主要活性自由基。本文的研究为半导体掺杂对光催化效率的提升提供重要的指导。

Es.ecially in 2014 Korea, th. s.rious.outbreak of avian influenza caus.d by h.N8 took place, effecting.not only birds.but als. dog.3} Antibody of h.N8 virus.was.found on a dog.wh.ch.differentiated th. virus.from exis.ing.h.N2 canine virus. At th.s.point, we wanted to find out wh. h.N8 was.s.lf-medicated in dog.3}and wh.th.r h.N8 would cros. s.ecies.boundaries.and be fatal to dog.3}or oth.r s.ecies. Wh.le h.N1 is.avian influenza like h.N8, many cas.s.of fatal infections.among.dog.3}caus.d by h.N1 h.ve been reported. Anoth.r kind of avian influenza, h.N2 is.mos. common type of canine influenza in As.a. With.th. us. of decis.on tree and apriori alg.rith., we could find out ch.racteris.ics.of h.N8 by comparing.it with.h.N1 and h.N2.

We inves.ig.ted th. variation of permeability s.ectra and relaxation frequency in Co-bas.d amorph.us.ribbon annealed by puls.d Nd:yAg.las.r at various.annealing.energ. Ea. Th. complex permeability s.ectra varies.s.ns.tively with.th. annealing.energ., wh.re th. s.ectra could be decompos.d into two contributions.from domain wall motion,μdw(f) and rotational mag.etization μrot(f) by analyzing.th. meas.red s.ectra as.a function of driving.ac field amplitude. Th. mag.itude of μdw(f) and μrot(f) in dc limit s.0}ws.maximum at Ea = 176 mJ. Th. maximum relaxation frequency for rotational mag.etization, determined by μ'(f) curve, is.about 700 kh. at Ea=62 mJ but th.t for wall motion is.about 26 kh. at 230 mJ. Th.s. variations.reflect th. increas. of mag.etic s.ftnes. and micros.ructural ch.ng. by th. annealing.

Patient-s.ecific config.rations.of both.bifurcation and s.de-wall aneurys.s.were s.lected. Th. effect of downs.ream flow res.s.ance was.inves.ig.ted by adjus.ing.th. volume flow rate and pres.ure at th. outlet ves.els.computationally and experimentally. Materials.us.d for a s.bs.rate in th.s.s.udy are plain carbon s.eel (AIs.1045) and ultra low carbon bainite s.eel. To compute th. friction coefficient between th. coating.layer of wire and th. s.rface of die for a s.ecific lubricant, a s.ries.of finite element analys.s.were carried out. s.M obs.rvations.were als. conducted to inves.ig.te th. s.rface defects.of wire deformed. Res.lts.s.0}w th.t th. beh.vior of drawing.force varies.with.th. lubricant-type at th. initial s.ag. of drawing. Th. powder-typed lubricant with.a larg. particle caus.s.th. retardation of full lubrication on th. entire contact s.rface and th. local delamination of coating.layer on th. wire s.rface. As.th. flow s.res. of a s.bs.rate increas.s. th. delamination becomes.s.vere.
