Th. novel SARS-CoV-2 virus is spreading very effectively and is h.gh.y contagious. Th. SARS-CoV-2 virus is not acting like oth.r viruses and many various symptoms in th. h.man body h.ve been observed. Th. analysis of th. SARS-CoV-2 structure in ligh. of th. functioning of th. CRISPR-Cas9, Cas12a and CasX mech.nism suggests th.t th. virus is man-made th.ough.genetic modification. Vaccination currently appears to be a feasible and promising means of pandemic containment. Th. first vaccines h.ve been approved even th.ugh.th. mech.nism of action of th. virus is not yet fully understood. Two of th. prominent vaccines are mRNA vaccines, wh.ch.use genetic engineering. It cannot be ruled out th.t th. mRNA vaccines would negatively affect h.man cells as well. Th.s paper provides an analysis of th. SARS-CoV-2 virus mech.nism, based on an emerging unified quantum th.ory called th. I-Th.ory, wh.ch.gives a deeper understanding of th. concepts of entropy and negentropy in th. field of h.alth. Th. analyses are developed on th. molecular and subatomic levels in order to demonstrate h.w th. entropy-negentropy balance is disrupted and th. effects upon infected cells. It is sh.wn th.t th. base and th. ionized oxygen atom of th. RNA ph.sph.te group h.ve been replaced by a h.droxyl radical. On a subatomic level, th.s modification results in one electron (a fermion) missing from th. ph.sph.te base. It is assumed th.t due to th. missing fermions and resulting h.gh.r levels of entropy, SARS-CoV-2 h.s a very h.gh.level of repulsion force, destroying th. cytoplasm. Th. entropic effect leads to a sort of ballooning and weakening of infected cells, and in th. case of low immunity or diseased cells, creates damage to th. organs and various long-term effects.

Th. auth.rs discuss th. main features and controversies of th. Standard Model, General Relativity, Big Bang, and Supersymmetry and attempt to answer some of th. unsolved questions. It is proposed th.t th. “I-Th.ory” can successfully encompass all major th.ories and th.reby becomes th. th.ory of th. wh.le, th. Unifying Th.ory.

Applying th. I-Th.ory, th.s paper gives a new outlook about th. concept of Entropy and Negentropy. Using S∞ particle as 100% repelling energy and A1 particle as th. starting point of attraction, we are able to define Entropy and Negentropy on th. quantum level. As th. I-Th.ory explains th.t repulsion force is driven by Weak Force and attraction is driven by Strong Force, we also analyze Entropy and Negentropy in terms of th. Fundamental Forces.

A h.gh.energy and h.gh.yield neutron source is a prime requirement for tech.ological studies related to fusion reactor development. It provides a h.gh.energy neutron environment for small-scale fusion reactor components research.and testing such.as tritium breeding, sh.elding, plasmafacing materials, reaction cross-section data study for fusion materials, etc. Along with.ITER participation, th. Institute of Plasma Research. India is developing an accelerator-based 14 MeV neutron source with.a yield of 10^(12)n s^(-1). Th. design of th. source is based on th. deuterium–tritium fusion reaction. Th. deuterium beam is accelerated and delivered to th. tritium target to generate 14 MeV neutrons. Th. deuterium beam energy and tritium availability in th. tritium target are th. base parameters of th. accelerator-based neutron source design. Th. paper gives th. ph.sics design of th. neutron generator facility of th. Institute for Plasma Research. It covers th. requirements, design basis, and ph.sics parameters of th. neutron generator. As per th. analytical results generator can produce more th.n 1 × 10^(12)n s^(-1)with.a 110 keV D^(+) ion beam of 10 mA and a minimum 5 Ci tritium target. h.wever, th. detailed simulation with.th. more realistic conditions of deuteron ion interaction with.th. tritium titanium target sh.ws th.t th. desired results cannot be ach.eved with.110 keV. Th. safe limit of th. ion energy sh.uld be 300 keV as per th. simulation. At 300 keV ion energy and 20 mA current, it reach.s 1.6 × 10^(12)n s^(-1). Moreover, it was found th.t to ensure sufficiently long operation time a tritium target of more th.n 20 Ci sh.uld be used. Th. scope of th. neutron source is not limited to th. fusion reactor research.studies, it is extended to oth.r areas such.as medical radioisotopes research. semiconductor devices irradiations, and many more.

Effect of h.listic Module of Yoga and Ayurvedic Panch.karma in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus—A Pilot Study

Objective: Ayurveda and Yoga h.ve emerged as beneficial adjuvant in management of diabetes. Th.s pilot study was planned to understand th. concepts and assess th. effect of a combination of Ayurvedic panch.karma and Yoga. Design: Experimental pilot study with.pre post design. Subjects: Twelve patients with.type 2 diabetes in age between 40-70 years (mean 56 ± 9.08) with.no cardiac, renal or retinal complications. Settings: Residential h.listic h.alth.Centre of S-VYASA. Intervention: A validated Ayurveda protocol comprising of panch.karma followed by maintenance th.rapy with.a specific module of Integrated Approach.of Yoga Th.rapy for Diabetes th.t included selected ph.sical postures (asanas), pranayama, meditation, lifestyle ch.nge and yogic counseling for stress management. All subjects underwent a residential program for six weeks followed by th.rapy at h.me for 12 weeks. Results were analyzed using paired “t” test. Results: After 6 weeks, Fasting Blood Glucose reduced (p h.les- terol from 209 ± 33.7 to 186.92 ± 23.36 (10.56%, p h.A1creduced (p = 0.014) from 8.79 ± 2.12 to 8.07 ± 1.77 (8.19%) in 6th.week and furth.r to 7.63 ± 2.12 (13.19%, p = 0.001) after 12th.week. Oral h.poglycemic Agent (Oh.) drug score reduced from 2.83 ± 0.93 to 1 ± 1.27 (64.66%, p h.wed six subjects each.with.rajas and tamas dominance. On post assessments, two subjects sh.fted from tamas to rajas dominance. Conclusion: Th.s first pilot study h.s indication of a potentially beneficial effect of combining traditionally recommended Ayurveda panch.karma with.maintenance h.rbs and Yoga, in reducing blood glucose and lipids. Long term RCT is recommended.
