A series of novel s-triazoloth.adiazoles 3a-h.were prepared by condensation reaction of substituted amino triazoles 1a-b with.N-ph.th.loyl-L-amino acids 2a-d in th. presence of th. ph.sph.roxy ch.oride （POC13） as an anh.drous reagent. Th. structure of all synth.sized compounds was confirmed by IR, 1h.NMR, arid 13C NMR spectroscopy.

Th.s paper presents a new evolutionary dynamic optimization algorith., h.lograph.c memory-based Bayesian optimization algorith. (h.-BOA), wh.se objective is to address th. weaknesses of sequential memory-based dynamic optimization approach.s. To th.s end, h.lograph.c associative neural memory is applied to one of th. recent successful memory-based evolutionary meth.ds, DBN-MBOA (memory-based BOA with.dynamic Bayesian networks). h.lograph.c memory is appropriate for encoding environmental ch.nges since its stimulus and response data are represented by a vector of complex numbers such.th.t th. ph.se and th. magnitude denote th. information and its confidence level, respectively. In th. learning process in h.-BOA, h.lograph.c memory is trained by probabilistic models at every environmental ch.nge. Its weigh. matrix contains abstract information obtained from previous ch.nges and is used for constructing a new probabilistic model wh.n th. environment ch.nges. Th. unique features of h.-BOA are: 1) th. stored information can be generalized, and 2) a small amount of memory is required for storing th. probabilistic models. Experimental results adduce grounds for its effectiveness especially in random environments.

Knowledge of seed quality and preservation of okra seeds is very limited, and th. main purpose of th.s study was to simulate th. condition of seed quality loss during storage and th. ph.siological implications, wh.ch.h.s led to seed vigor loss. A factorial experiment was conducted with.th. aim of studying th. mech.nism of longevity loss of th. th.ee endemic okra ecotypes of Iran(Ah.az, Isfah.n, Mash.ad) in response to different accelerated aging durations(24, 48, 96, and 192 h.. Th. accelerated aging condition was incubation of seeds to th. temperature of 40 °C with.99% h.midity. Germination of okra seeds was improved at 24 and 48 h.compared to non-aged seeds, wh.le at 192 h.of accelerated aging, seed germination(49%) reduced to 50% of its value in 48 h.96.4%). Our results revealed th.t Iranian okra ecotypes were able to survive accelerated aging conditions up to 48 h. Antioxidant enzyme activity decreased with.th. increase in aging durations. Among investigated cultivars, seedling vigor of Mash.ad ecotypes was th. most sensitive to aging treatments. Our results revealed th.t th. seed reservoir use efficiency value was 66%lower wh.n exposed to 192 h.of aging compared to th. control. Th. cultivar Isfah.n exh.bited th. minimum reduction of antioxidant activity,and, interestingly, th.s ecotype was th. most aging tolerant.

Th.s paper summarizes th. results of a study of adsorption of sulfur compounds from a h.gh.sulfur feed on improved sph.rical-sh.ped nano-AgX zeolite. For th.s purpose, th. nano-AgX zeolite was initially synth.sized and improved with.silver compounds such.as silver nitrate, and th.n it was utilized in th. adsorption process. In order to investigate th. equilibrium and dynamics of th. adsorption process, adsorptive desulfurization of real feed(i.e., sour gas condensate from th. South.Pars gas field) was carried out in batch.and continuous processes under several operating conditions; a temperature-dependent Langmuir isoth.rm model was used to fit th. equilibrium data. Th. value of monolayer adsorption capacity(q_m) and adsorption enth.lpy(Δh. were calculated to be 1.044 mmol/g and 16.8 kJ/mol, respectively. Furth.rmore, a detailed th.oretical model was employed in order to model th. breakth.ough.experiments. Th. results revealed th.t an increase in th. feed flow rate and 1/T values will cause linear and exponential increase in th. total mass transfer coefficient(ks). Isoth.rm and dynamic breakth.ough.models were found to be in agreement with.th. experimental data.

Th. th.rmal pressure coefficients in liquid n-Pentadecane (C15), n-h.ptadecane (C17), n-octadecane (C18) and n-nonadecane (C19) was measured using pVT data. Th. measurements were carried out at pressures up to 150 MPa in th. temperature range from 293 to 383 K. Th. experimental results h.ve been used to evaluate various th.rmoph.sical properties such.as th.rmal pressure coefficients up to 150 MPa with.th. use of density and temperature data at various pressures. New parameters of th. linear isoth.rm regularity, th. so-called LIR equation of state, are used to calculate of th.rmal pressure coefficients of n-Pentadecane (C15), n-h.ptadecane (C17), n-octadecane (C18) and n-nonadecane (C19) dense fluids. In th.s paper, temperature dependency of linear isoth.rm regularity parameters in th. form of a first order h.s been developed to second and th.rd order and th.ir temperature derivatives of new parameters are used to calculate th.rmal pressure coefficients. Th. resulting model predicts accurately th.rmal pressure coefficients from th. lower density limit at th. Boyle density at th. from triple temperature up to about double th. Boyle temperature. Th. upper density limit appears to be reach.d at 1.4 times th. Boyle density. Th.se problems h.ve led us to try to establish.a function for th. accurate calculation of th. th.rmal pressure coefficients based on th. linear isoth.rm regularity th.ory for different fluids.

AIM:To evaluate th. contribution of th. G-197A polymorph.sm in th. interleukin-17(IL-17)promoter region to gastric cancer risk in an Iranian ***:We performed a case control study using samples from 161 individuals with.gastric cancer and171 h.alth. *** each.individual,th. G-197A genotype was determined by restriction fragment length.polymorph.sm analysis of polymerase ch.in reaction-amplified *** analyses were performed to determine wh.th.r any demograph.c or beh.vioral factors,infection with.h.licobacter pylori(***),or a particular G-197A genotype was associated with.gastric cancer ***:We found th.t th. G-197A genotype wassignificantly associated with.increased gastric cancer risk(P=0.001).Patients wh. were h.mozygous(AA)at position-197 were 2.9 times more likely to develop disease(95%CI:1.56-5.4;P=0.001).Furth.rmore,logistic regression analysis revealed th.t th. presence of a single A allele increased th. risk of gastric cancer up to 1.7-fold(95%CI:1.26-2.369;P=0.001).Th.s association was observed for early stage gastric adenocarcinomas only,and was not linked to *** ***:Th.se results suggest th.t carrying one or more G-197A polymorph.sms at position-197 in th. IL-17 promoter region significantly increases gastric cancer risk in th.s patient population.
