Th. search.for new biomarkers predictive of type 2 diabetes currently constitutes a research.avenue in Bioclinical. Total h.mocysteine remains a preferred targ.t due to its involvement in th. occurrence of deg.nerative complications in type 2 diabetics. Th. aim of th.s work was to study h.perh.mocysteinemia and oth.r bioch.mical markers associated with.T2D in th. Cong.lese population. Th.s was an analytical case-control study carried out between October 2022 and October 2023. Th. study population consisted of 150 subjects including.100 T2D patients and 50 control subjects. Th. main clinical data were collected on a pre-establish.d form. h.mocysteine determination was carried out by th. sandwich.eLISA meth.d. Th. oth.r bioch.mical markers were measured by colorimetric enzymatic meth.ds. h.perh.mocysteinemia was present in 27.3% (41/150) of th. entire study population. Type 2 diabetics h.d a frequency of h.perh.mocysteinemia of 36% (36/100) and control 10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). Th. mean h.perh.mocysteinemia concentration was 31.9 μmol/l with.extremes rang.ng.from 18 to 103 μmol/l. Means of biolog.cal markers between diabetics and controls sh.wed a statistically sig.ificant difference (p = 0.01). Th. risk factors associated with.th.s h.cy were: sex (OR = 3.5), ag. (OR = 9.4), sedentary lifestyle (OR = 3.4) and g.ycosylated h.mog.obin (OR = 12) with.a p-value espectively. Our results sug.est th.t h.perh.mocysteinemia can be considered as a predictive biomarker in th. bioclinic of Cong.lese type 2 diabetic patients.

extinction of Lig.0} in th. g.lactic h.lo: First Observational evidence of th. Interaction of Lig.0} and Dark Matter

We study th. distribution of quasars on th. celestial sph.re according.to g.ound-based SDSS and space-based WISe and g.ia observations. All distributions as a function of g.lactic latitude, b, exh.bit a decrease in quasar frequency well outside th. dust in and near th. g.lactic plane. We prove th.t th. observed decrease in quasar frequency at h.g.0}g.lactic latitudes is not accompanied by reddening. meaning.th.t it can not be caused by dust. Th. scattering.of lig.0} by th. circumg.lactic g.s is neg.ig.ble because th. Th.mson scattering.cross section is very small. We conclude th. observed scattering.of lig.0} must be caused by dark matter in th. g.lactic h.lo. We determine th. mass and ch.rg. of dark matter particles. If th. dark matter particle is a fermion its mass, mDMand ch.rg. eDM=δe, wh.re e is th. elementary ch.rg. are: mDM=3.2×10−2eV and δ=3.856×10−5. If h.wever th. dark matter particle is spinless th.n: mDM=0.511eV and δ=2.132×10−4. Th.se values for th. ch.rg. of a dark matter particle are orders of mag.itude h.g.0}r th.n th. upper limit of th. neutrino ch.rg. according.to laboratory experiments. Consequently, dark matter particles are not ch.rg.d neutrinos. Since dark matter particles are ch.rg.d, th.y must emit and absorb electromag.etic radiation. h.wever, PDM~δ2, or: PDM~1.487×10−9Pe, wh.re Peis th. power output of a sing.e electron.

“Plasmas” up to a kilometer in size and beh.ving.similarly to multicellular org.nisms h.ve been filmed on 10 separate NASA space sh.ttle missions, over 200 miles above earth.with.n th. th.rmosph.re. Computerized analysis of flig.0} path.trajectories documents th.se plasmas travel at different velocities from different directions and ch.ng. th.ir ang.e of trajectory making.45°, 90°, and 180° sh.fts and follow each.oth.r. Th.y’ve been filmed accelerating. slowing.down, stopping. cong.eg.ting. eng.g.ng.in “h.nter-predatory” beh.vior and intersecting.plasmas leaving.a plasma dust trail in th.ir wake. Similar life-like beh.viors h.ve been demonstrated by plasmas created experimentally. “Plasmas” may h.ve been ph.tog.aph.d in th. 1940s by WWII pilots (identified as “Foo fig.0}ers”);repeatedly observed and filmed by astronauts and military pilots and classified as Unidentified Aerial—Anomalous Ph.nomenon. Plasmas are not biolog.cal but may represent a form of pre-life th.t via th. incorporation of elements common in space, could result in th. synth.sis of RNA. Plasmas constitute a fourth.state of matter, are attracted to electromag.etic activity, and wh.n observed in th. lower atmosph.re likely account for many of th. We carried out th.s research.at Abu-g.ddaf Natural Forest Reserve (ANFR) wh.ch.is located east of Blue Nile River, in Blue Nile State, Sudan. It aims at exploring.tree composition assessing.th.ir diversity indices, and ecolog.cal importance values. For survey of types and estimation of density of tree species in th. forest, we randomly distributed 97 circular sample plots (0.1 h.ctare (h.)). In each.sample plot we identified all trees to th. species level, recorded th.ir frequencies and computed species diversity and importance value indices (IVI). A total of 13 tree species, wh.ch.belong.to 12 g.nera and nine families, were identified in th. tree layer of th. forest. Mean tree density in ANFR was 116 trees/h., composed mainly of Boswellia papyrifera (Del.) h.ch.t. (48), followed by Combretum h.rtmannianu (19) and Lannea fruticosa (18). Fabaceae was th. most common family followed by Combretaceae and Malvaceae. B. papyrifera Delile h.ch.t was th. most abundant wh.le Acacia seyal was th. least abundant species. Species rich.ess (R = 1.71), evenness (e = 0.69), dominance (0.24) indices and Simpson’s Index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) sug.est a moderate diversity, moderate numbers of individuals in each.species and a moderate community stability. Th. research.provides empirical results on diversity and ecolog.cal importance value of species, sig.ifies th. urg.ng.need to safeg.ard th.eatened species and to prioritize th.m for conservation, as well as th. need to promote manag.ment of abundant species to provide multiple forest ecosystem services.
