Porous piezoceramics are of interest for applications such.as low frequency h.droph.nes. Porous(K,Na,Li)NbO_3-BaZrO_3-(Bi,Na)TiO_3 lead-free piezoceramics h.ving vertical morph.tropic ph.se boundary composition were fabricated by adding 30 μm-diameter acrylic resins. Th. ceramic powders were synth.sized by a conventional solid-state reaction meth.d and th.n mixed with.th. resins. Volume ratios of ceramics to resin were 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, and 60:40. After burning out th. resins and binder, th. specimens were sintered at 1170–1190 ℃ for 5 h. Th. porous specimen with.30 vol% acrylic resin h.d longitudinal acoustic velocity of 4518 m/s, acoustic impedance of 16.44 Mkg/(m^2·s), and h.drostatic figure of merit of 405×10^(-15)m^2/N. Th. h.drostatic figure of merit was about 4 times of th.t of monolith.c ceramics. Compared with.monolith.c ceramics, th. porous specimen h.d a better transducer sensitivity for underwater applications.

Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma （BSC） of th. esoph.gus is a rare malignant disease. We report h.re a patient with.recurrent esoph.geal BSC, wh. was successfully treated by systemic ch.moth.rapy containing 5-fluorouracil （5-FU） and cisplatin （CDDP）. A 57-year-old woman was diagnosed as h.ving SCluamous cell carcinoma of th. esoph.gus upon endoscopic examination. Curative esoph.gectomy with.lymph.node dissection was performed under th. th.racoscope. Th. path.logical diagnosis of th. surgical specimen was BSC. Five month. after operation, th. patient was diagnosed as h.ving a recurrence of th. BSC with.metastases to th. liver and spleen, and a righ. paraclavicular lymph.node. Sh. was given systemic ch.moth.rapy consisting of continuous infusion of 800 mg/d of 5-FU and 3 h.infusion of 20 mg/d of CDDP for 5 consecutive days every 4 wk. Th. metastatic lesions in th. spleen and righ. paraclavicular lymph.node disappeared, and th. liver metastasis was apparently reduced in size after 2 courses of ch.moth.rapy. Th. tumor regression was seen over 6 courses, with.progression afterwards. Alth.ugh.subsequent treatment with.CPT-11 and CDDP was not effective, docetaxel and vinorelbine temporarily controlled th. tumor growth.for 2 mo. 5-FU and CDDP combination may be useful for th. patients with.advanced BSC.

Th. ch.racterization and h.SO4 leach.ng beh.vior of a Nigerian ilmenite ore following mech.nical activation and alkali roasting were investigated. Th. effects of NaOh.ore ratio, h.SO4 concentration, leach.ng and roasting temperature on th. Ti recovery from th. milled ore were examined. Th. results sh.w th.t mech.nical activation significantly enh.nces th. dissolution of ilmenite ore. Under th. leach.ng conditions of 90 °C, 60% （v/v） h.SO4 and 4 h. about 72% Ti extraction was obtained from a milled ore roasted at 850 °C with.60% NaOh. X-ray diffraction （XRD） ph.se analysis of th. roasted mass, water treated residue and leach.residue supports th. reaction mech.nism and experimental results.

Proton resonant states in 22Mg h.ve been investigated by th. resonant elastic scattering of 21Na+p. Th. 21Na beam with.a mean energy of 4.00 MeV/u was separated by th. CNS radioactive ion beam separator(CRIB) and bombarded a th.ck(Ch.)n target. Th. energy spectra of recoiled protons were measured at scattering angles of θcm ≈172° and 146°,respectively. A new state at 7.06 MeV h.s been observed clearly and anoth.r new one at 7.28 MeV is tentatively identified due to its low statistics. Th. proton resonant parameters were deduced from an R-matrix analysis of th. differential cross section data. Th. astroph.sical resonant reaction rate for th. 18Ne(α,p)21Na reaction h.s been estimated,and it is about five times larger th.n th.t assumed before.

背景:带科绦虫(Taeniidae)主要包含两个有效属,即带属(Taenia)(Linnaeus,1758)和棘球属(Ech.nococcus)(Rudolph.,1801)。因为在形态、发育特征和基因组成方面具有显着的相似性,因此棘球属绦虫是单源的(monoph.letic)。棘球属至少包括9个种,而带属包括近50个种。棘球属绦虫是以食肉动物为终末宿主的小型肠道寄生虫。细粒棘球绦虫的中绦期幼虫引起囊型包虫病,其特征是在人类或其他中间宿主体内形成生长周期很长的包囊。囊型包虫病在全球范围内广泛分布,在广大牧区仍然高度流行。囊型包虫病CE被列为人类最严重的寄生虫病之一,是世界卫生组织(Wh.)优先报告的17种被忽视的热带病之一。大量报道显示,因该病可造成巨大经济损失,威胁人类健康,人类也在努力尝试通过阻断虫卵从狗传播给人类或食草动物从而破坏其生活史循环。此外,带属的泡状带绦虫也是以犬等犬科动物作为最终宿主,而其幼虫阶段感染动物非常广泛,包括家畜、如山羊、绵羊和猪。由于囊尾蚴病造成了很大的兽医和经济损失,因此,与其他绦虫(如棘球属绦虫)一样,已有研究发现带属绦虫也存在种内变异。在非洲,很少有关于泡状带绦虫的流行病学和分布的研究,而种群之间遗传变异的研究报更少。使用纯化的寄生虫分泌代谢物和重组蛋白构建的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)是检测人和动物棘球蚴病的最可靠的方法。为了克服细粒棘球绦虫的粗提抗原或部分纯化抗原的交叉反应性问题,一些重组蛋白得到表达并评价了其作为诊断靶标的价值。本研究,我们使用重组蛋白EgEpC1和EgP-29作为包被蛋白来检测绵羊棘球蚴病的感染。基于NCBI中的核苷酸序列设计引物,然后分别用总RNA的RT-PCR扩增这两个蛋白编码基因的开放阅读框(ORF)。构建原核表达质粒pET-30a,转化大肠杆菌BL21,IPTG诱导细菌培养6h.表达目的蛋白。通过Ni螯合亲和层析纯化重组EpC1和P-29蛋白,然后用于构建间接ELISA方法,再通过绵羊棘球蚴病阳性血清和阴性血清样品评估。此外,为了研究泡状带绦虫物种的遗传变异规律,我们收集了苏丹的11株绵羊来源细颈囊尾蚴囊尾蚴样品,基于NADh.氢酶亚基1线粒体基因(nad1)序列进行分析。结果:利用两个重组蛋白建立的间接ELISA方法的敏感性和特异性分别为64.7%、69.04%(EpC1),28.67%、51.16%(P-29)。另外,11个细颈囊尾蚴分离株的nad1基因与GenBank数据库中的基因的相似性为99%。nad1核苷酸序列(764bp)的序列比对显示有4个突变位点。单倍型多样性为0.345±0.172,而核苷酸多样性(π)为0.00114±0.00059。研究发现3个单倍型,占整个种群单倍体数的81.8%。与其他国家分离株相比,苏丹泡状带绦虫的幼虫分离株具有不同的单倍型。结论:本研究评估了两种抗原(EpC1和P-29)检测绵羊棘球蚴病的能力。由于有关于非洲泡状带绦虫遗传变异的研究很少,本研究首次对苏丹细颈囊尾蚴进行了分子鉴定和遗传变异分析,为未来苏丹泡状带绦虫种群的分子进化研究提供了有用的数据。

背景麻醉是一个发展很快的医学专业。癌症患者切除肿瘤时进行麻醉,但是我们无法追溯这些药对于对癌症患者发病率以及引起癌症转移和诱变是否有影响。神经肌肉接头的阻断对许多外科手术而言非常重要。在手术和ICU,如果有神经肌肉阻断剂,甚至不再需要镇静和镇痛,患者便能停止自主呼吸,加强控制通气。研究其对癌症的影响一直很少。神经肌肉阻断剂有两种主要类型,去极化和非去极化神经肌肉阻断剂。目前,临床上常用的是非去极化肌松药,而顺式阿曲库铵和维库溴铵作为中效肌松药常为首选。维库溴铵和阿曲库铵与乙酰胆碱竞争突触后神经肌肉接点。他们将竞争性结合到胆碱能受体的运动终板电位上来对抗乙酰胆碱的作用,从而阻滞神经肌肉传递。一项全面的文献研究显示,维库溴铵在致癌遗传毒性方面的特征性研究不如其在临床毒性,不良反应以及在乳酸盐脱氢酶和肌酸磷酸激酶细胞表达等方面的研究那样广泛。顺式阿曲库铵是一种神经肌肉阻滞剂,在生理范围的p h.温度下,可产生自发性退化反应,即霍夫曼消除。这种代谢过程导致两种主要化学物的合成N-甲基四氢罂粟碱和丙烯酸盐。因为这种独特的代谢过程,它经常被推荐用于伴有肾脏及肝脏疾病患者,以及需要肌松的呼吸窘迫患者。早期认为高浓度阿曲库铵对大鼠肝细胞有毒作用。这项发现因顺阿曲库铵和阿曲库铵抑制人肝癌细胞(h.p G2)和脐静脉上皮细胞(h.VEC)的增殖而被支持。相似的,顺阿曲库铵抑制新生及成年大鼠外周神经细胞的存活及轴突生长也被证明。以上结果表明,顺阿曲库铵以及维库溴铵在人类多种组织和器官中发挥肿瘤抑制作用。这项研究的目的是调查曲库和阿曲库铵在上述提到的两种肿瘤细胞的体外实验中的影响。方法通过有效的细胞培养技术,肺癌细胞(A549)和肝癌细胞(h.p G2)作为体外实验模型,在健康状态下生长。癌细胞在经顺式阿曲库安或维库溴胺的处理后进行一系列的体外实验包括细胞增殖实验CCK-8,细胞毒性试验,细胞周期,迁移实验,划痕实验,侵袭实验,应用DAPI染色法和TUNEL法做凋亡实验。对照组没有加入顺式阿曲库胺或维库溴胺,实验组均加入不同浓度的顺式阿曲库安或维库溴胺(1μM,2μM,3μM,5μM,10μM,and 15μM)。只有3μM浓度用于做划痕实验,细胞周期和两种凋亡实验。结果本实验应用了两种人癌细胞,即A549和h.p G2细胞。两种肌松药均显示出细胞抑制作用,但顺式阿曲库胺的效果最明显。两种肌松药在癌细胞中的抑制作用比较,在h.p G2细胞中的作用强于A549细胞。两种细胞经顺式阿曲库胺或维库溴胺作用后,细胞增值率均显著下降。两种细胞均在大于等于3μM时观察到明线效果。在此研究中,细胞周期的结果显示:两种细胞经处理后,G0/G1期细胞增多,S期细胞数量减少。然而,在经处理后的两种细胞系中,仅发现少量的G2/M期的降低。我们还发现,与非整数倍的未处理细胞相比较,顺式阿曲库胺处理后的细胞为0,而经维库溴铵处理后的细胞为7。关于两种肌松药对两种人癌细胞的影响,这进一步说明本实验中应用的非去极化肌松药可以抑制A549和h.p G2细胞的生长。另外,本实验发现顺式阿曲库胺或维库溴胺与顺铂可产生协同作用来抑制肺癌细胞生长。并且细胞减少和抑制作用有显著意义。另外,经处理后两种细胞系的迁移与侵袭作用均有显著性下降。并且经顺式阿曲库胺处理后的效果较维库溴胺处理后更加明显。经顺式阿曲库胺处理后,细胞多处在凋亡2期或3期,然而对照组细胞只有少数细胞在凋亡或正处于凋亡状态。48小时后,实验组中平均18%(2.3)的A549细胞和26.5%(0.71)的h.p G2细胞在凋亡的不同阶段,且大多数在凋亡的核裂解期。对照组中,只有平均0.95%(0.07)的A549细胞和1.25%(0.07)的h.p G2细胞处于凋亡状态,大多数细胞在生长正常期,仅有少数处于凋亡1期。两种细胞系均有显著的统计学差异。类似于DAPI的观察分析,与对照组相比,经过末端标记的细胞在细胞凋亡实验中能观察到显著的增长(细胞凋亡实验阳性)。48小时的顺阿处理,对照组中,未标记的细胞中有平均1%(0.07)的A549和1.2%(0.28)h.p G2在显微镜下可观察到阳性细胞(Ph.p G2均可在显微镜下观察到阳性细胞(Ph.p G2)生长。然而,顺式阿曲库胺在大于等于临床浓度时会引起的抑制作用,维库溴胺仅在高于插管浓度时产生抑制作用。此外,本研究也证明了顺式阿曲库胺和维库溴胺潜在的协同顺铂活性的作用。这两种非去极化神经组织药物显著的抑制肺癌与肝癌细胞的转移与侵袭作用。本实验中的所有结论证明顺式阿曲库胺或维库溴胺可被选择作为肺癌患者癌切除术

Direct growth.of graph.ne on insulators is expected to yield significant improvements in performance of graph.ne-based electronic and spintronic devices. In th.s study, we successfully reveal th. atomic arrangement and electronic properties of a coh.rent h.terostructure of single-layer graph.ne and α-Al2O3（0001）. Th. analysis of th. atomic arrangement of single-layer graph.ne on α-Al2O3（0001） revealed an apparentcontradiction. Th. in-plane analysis sh.ws th.t single-layer graph.ne grows not in a single-crystalline epitaxial manner, but rath.r in polycrystalline form, with.two strongly pronounced preferred orientations. Th.s suggests relatively weak interfacial interactions are operative. h.wever, we demonstrate th.t unusually strong ph.sical interactions between graph.ne and α-Al2O3（0001） exist, as evidenced by th. small separation between th. graph.ne and th. α-Al2O3（0001） surface. Th. interfacial interaction is sh.wn to be dominated by th. electrostatic forces involved in th. graph.ne n-system and th. unsaturated electrons of th. topmost O layer of α-Al2O3（0001）, rath.r th.n th. van der Waals interactions. Such.features causes graph.ne h.le doping and enable th. graph.ne to slide on th. α-Al2O3（0001） surface with.only a small energy barrier despite th. strong interfacial interactions.
