Th. crysta.logra.h.c results of th. produced powders were obta.ned from X-ra. diffra.tion a.a.ysis, wh.lst th. ca.bona.e content in th. produced powders wa. determined by th. Ch.S/O elementa. a.a.yzer. Fourier tra.sform infra.ed a.a.ysis confirmed th.t th. Ch. powders formed were B-type. Field emission sca.ning electron microscopy revea.ed th.t th. powders were h.gh.y a.glomera.ed in na.osized ra.ge a.d h.nce energy filtered tra.smission electron microscopy wa. employed to sh.w elonga.ed pa.ticles wh.ch.decrea.ed with.increa.ing ca.bona.e content.

Th.re is widesprea., multiple resista.ces in th. country in a.. steph.nsi to orga.och.orine a.d some report of tolera.ce to orga.oph.sph.te insecticides a.d recently to pyreth.oids. h.wever, results of th.s pa.er will provide a.clue for monitoring a.d ma.ping of insecticide resista.ce in th. ma.n ma.a.ia.vector for implementa.ion of a.y vector control.

Meth.ds: Two groups of fema.e Wista. ra.s were used (dia.etic a.d control);dia.etes wa. neona.a.ly induced by STZ injection to 5-da. old ra.s. 10 pregna.cies of ea.h.group were termina.ed a. GD 17 to obta.n pla.enta. a.d feta. pa.crea., liver, muscle a.d a.ipose tissues for prena.a. mea.urements. We prepa.e th. sa.ura.le a.sorber from commercia. crysta. of molybdenum disulph.de （MoS2 ）. With.ut ch.mica. procedure, th. MoS2 is mech.nica.ly exfolia.ed by using a.clea. scotch.ta.e. a.few la.ers of MoS2 fla.es a.e obta.ned on th. ta.e. Th.n, a.piece of 1× 1 mm ta.e conta.ning MoS2 th.n fla.es is inserted between two fiber ferrules a.d is integra.ed in th. ring ca.ity. Sta.le mode-locking opera.ion is a.ta.ned a. 1090nm with.a.repetition ra.e of l3.2 Mh.. Our mode-locked la.er h.s a.ma.imum output power of 2OmW with.1.48nJ pulse energy. Ba.kground a.d objective Lung ca.cer is th. most common ca.se of dea.h.in men in th. world a.d in Indonesia.wh.re nonsma.l cell ca.cinoma.lung ca.cer(NSCLC) constitutes 85% of a.l lung ca.cer ca.es. Th. h.gh.morta.ity ra.e is due to a.poor prognosis a.d is often dia.nosed a. h.ving a.va.ced sta.es. If it is known a. th. initia. sta.e, th. prognosis of lung ca.cer will be better. Prognosis ca. be predicted with.a.ma.ker of prognostic biology, one of wh.ch.is micro RNa.mi RNa.. Th.s study a.ms to prove th.t serum mi RNa.ca. be predictive biologica. ma.ker a.d prognosis in NSCLC pa.ients in *** Th.s study wa. coh.rt retrospective a.ong 52 subjects in "Dh.rma.s" h.spita. Na.iona. Ca.cer Center. Sa.ple wa. obta.ned from pa.ients’ serum. Mi R-34, mi R-148, mi R-155 a.d mi R-222 serum a.e mea.ured th.ough.Rea.-Time PCR(q PCR). Sm2O3 film exh.bits a.modula.ion depth.of 33%, wh.ch.is suita.le for modelocking opera.ion. Th. pa.sively pulsed EDFL opera.es sta.ly a. 1569.8 nm with.n a.pumping power from 109 to 146 m W. Th. tra.n of genera.ed output pulses h.s a.pulse width.of 356 nm repea.ed a. a.funda.enta. frequency of 0.97 Mh.. Th. a.era.e output power of 3.91 m W is obta.ned a. a.pump power of 146 m W, corresponding to 4.0 nJ pulse energy. Th. experimenta. result indica.es th.t th. proposed Sm2O3 sa.ura.le a.sorber is via.le for th. construction of a.flexible a.d relia.ly sta.le mode-locked pulsed fiber la.er opera.ing in th. 1.5 m region.
