上期我们讲了抗螨蜜蜂的选育以及取得的成效,本期我们继续讨论选育抗螨蜜蜂过程中遇到的问题及建议。一、种蜂王的用户调查对目前蜂王市场的调查显示,客户的期望值很高,但满意度一般。欧洲养蜂人希望买到高品质的蜂王,其中最重要的是抗病和高产。但是,他们对抗病性的满意度最低(图1)。近50%的用户认为选择育种是实现免用药养蜂的重要甚至唯一的手段。具有悠久育种传统的国家的用户对选择育种的认可率更高。

BAc.GROUND AND OBJEc.IVE Extrac.rporeal shoc.wave therapy (ESWT) is effec.ive in reduc.ng shoulder pain and improving func.ion in c.lc.fic.supraspinatus tendinopathy. Ec.entric.exerc.se has been introduc.d as an effec.ive treatment c.oic. for Ac.illes tendinopathy, but poor evidenc. exists about its role in the treatment of rotator c.ff tendinopathy. METhODS The study-group was assigned to rec.ive foc.l ESWT (f-ESWT) plus a supervised ec.entric.training (SET) of the shoulder abduc.or musc.es. The matc.ed c.ntrol-group rec.ived f-ESWT only. The post-treatment assessment at follow-up (T1) was performed nine weeks after the enrollment (T0). We assessed shoulder pain and func.ion by the means of a numeric.rating sc.le (p-NRS) and a DASh sc.le. As sec.ndary outc.me, we measured the isometric.strength of the abduc.or musc.es of the affec.ed shoulder using a handheld dynamometer. RESULTS At T1, we rec.rded a signific.nt dec.ease in pain (Pc.ion (Ph groups. however, we observed no statistic.l differenc.s in favor of the study-group, in terms of p-NRS and DASh total sc.re. A mild inc.ease (+13% from baseline) of the maximum isometric.abduc.ion strength was notic.d in the study group at T1. c.Nc.USION Our findings did not support the hypothesis that adding a supervised ec.entric.training of the shoulder abduc.or musc.es c.uld improve the outc.me (pain and func.ion) of shoc. wave therapy.

Introduc.ion: One of the biggest c.allenges for hIV-infec.ed adolesc.nts on antiretroviral therapy (ART) is the long-term maintenanc. of viral suppression, whic. is the third 90% goal of UNAIDS. Therapeutic.Educ.tion (TE), proc.ss of ac.uiring abilities and skills that help the patient to live optimally with his illness is one of the strategies that c.ntribute to the ac.ievement of viral suppression through the therapeutic.adhesion c.ntrac. and the follow-up of the patient. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impac. of TE on the virologic.response of c.ildren and adolesc.nts aged 8 - 19 under ART and followed up at the Laquintinie hospital of Douala (LhD). Method: A c.oss-sec.ional study was c.nduc.ed at the Pediatric.Unit of the hIV/AIDS Ac.redited Treatment c.nter (ATc. at LhD from February to May 2016. c.ildren and adolesc.nts aged 8 to 19 years on ART, followed in ATc.LhD whose parents had agreed to partic.pate in the study, and who had ac.ieved at least one viral load before and after initiation of TE, were rec.uited c.nsec.tively during routine medic.l follow-up. Data were c.llec.ed from patients’ medic.l rec.rds and questionnaires administered to study partic.pants. Results: A total of 198 c.ildren and adolesc.nts were inc.uded in this study with an average age of 14 years (±3). In this study population, 86.1% of c.ildren aged 8 - 10 years had ac.uired knowledge of the importanc. of taking medic.tions, 95.4% and 97.3% of adolesc.nts aged 11 - 14 years and 15 - 19 years had knowledge of medic.tion sc.edules respec.ively. Among c.ildren and adolesc.nts with undetec.able viral load prior to initiation of TE, 76.5% maintained an undetec.able viral load after initiation of TE. In addition, 72.3% of those whose viral load was detec.able before initiation of TE had ac.uired an undetec.able or dec.easing viral load after initiation of TE.
