The paper comprises new analytical data on the nature and occurrence of gold in solid pyrobitumen,closely associated with the main gold-bearing sulfide arsenic ores of the Bakyrchik gold deposit(Kazakhstan),related to post-collisional magmatic-hydrothermal *** mineralization of the deposit occurs mainly in the form of an“invisible”type of gold in the structures of arsenian pyrite and arsenopyrite,and the form of gold-organic compounds of pyrobitumen in carbonaceous-terrigenous sequences of Carboniferous *** and electron microscopic analysis,Raman and FT-Infrared analysis,mineralogical and three-step sequential extraction analysis(Nh2OhhCl,h2O2,hNO3?hCl)has been carried out using 9 ore samples(from 3 different types of ores)for a comprehensive study of pyrobitumen and sulfide arsenic ores focusing mainly on organic *** sequentially extracted precious metal content of pyrobitumen reaches up to 7 ppm gold and other metals like Ag 4 ppm,Pt 31 ppb,and Pd 26 ppb,forming metal–organic compounds,while arsenic sulfide minerals incorporate 11 ppm gold,39 ppm Ag,0.49 ppm *** enrichment of gold associating with organic matter and sulfide ore minerals was confirmed in this *** matter was active in the migration of gold and the capture of gold by ***,the reductive organic matter agent released gold,most likely for the sulfide arsenic ore *** was a decisive factor in the concentration,transportation,and preservation of gold in the deposit.

Strategies in training deep learning models to extract building from multisource images with small training sample sizes

Building extraction from remote sensing data is an important topic in urban studies and the deep learning methods have an increasing role due to their minimal requirements in training data to reach outstanding *** aimed to investigate the original U-Net architecture’s efficiency in building segmentation with different number of training images and the role of data augmentation based on multisource remote sensing data with varying spatial and spectral resolutions(WorldView-2[WV2],WorldView-3[WV3]images and an aerial orthophoto[ORThO]).When the trainings and predictions were conducted on the same image,U-Net provided good results with very few training images(validation accuracies:94-97%;192 images).Combining the ORThO’s and WV2’s training data for prediction on WV3 provided poor results with low F1-score(0.184).however,the inclusion of only 48 WV3 training images significantly improved the F1-score(0.693),thus,most buildings were correctly ***,using only independent reference data(other than the target image)is not enough to train an accurate *** our case,the reference from WW2 and ORThO images did not provide an acceptable basis to train a good model,but a minimal number of training images from the targeted WV3 improved the accuracy(F1-score:69%).

目的分析某地区孕妇无创DNA产前检测(NIPT)现状,为合理产前诊断提供依据。方法对2021年8月—2022年9月接受无创DNA产前检测的533名孕妇进行回顾性分析。结果孕妇无创DNA产前检测结果异常检出率为2.63%(14/533),14例中,9例接受了电话随访和羊水穿刺,4例确诊异常:21-三体综合征2例、16号染色体异常1例、性染色体异常1例,确诊率44.44%(4/9)。174例(32.64%)参与者在预产期年龄超过35岁。妊娠中期孕妇选择无创DNA产前筛查的主要原因是高龄和唐氏筛查结果异常,分别占32.64%(174例)和32.46%(173例),自主申请仅占14.07%(75例)。无创DNA产前筛查电话随访配合率64.73%(345/533),其中低风险者中, 5.20%(27例)拒绝随访,低于结果异常者中拒绝随访的14.29%(2例),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高龄产妇和异常产前筛查结果是该地区无创DNA产前筛查的主要驱动因素。然而,自愿申请率较低,需要提高人们对无创DNA检测及羊水穿刺在预防出生缺陷方面重要性的认识。

hyperactive learning for data-driven interatomic potentials

Data-driven interatomic potentials have emerged as a powerful tool for approximating ab initio potential energy *** most time-consuming step in creating these interatomic potentials is typically the generation of a suitable training *** aid this process hyperactive learning(hAL),an accelerated active learning scheme,is presented as a method for rapid automated training database *** adds a biasing term to a physically motivated sampler(*** dynamics)driving atomic structures towards uncertainty in turn generating unseen or valuable training *** proposed hAL framework is used to develop atomic cluster expansion(ACE)interatomic potentials for the AlSi10 alloy and polyethylene glycol(PEG)polymer starting from roughly a dozen initial *** hAL generated ACE potentials are shown to be able to determine macroscopic properties,such as melting temperature and density,with close to experimental accuracy.

Landslide inventory validation and susceptibility mapping in the Gerecse hills, hungary

Landslides pose a threat to property both in the populated and cultivated areas of the Gerecse hills (hungary). The currently available landslide inventory database holds the records from many sites in the area, but the database is out-of-date. here we address the problem of revising the National Landslides Cadastre landslide inventory database by creating a landslide suscept-ibility map with a multivariate model based on likelihood ratio functions. The model is applied to the TanDEm-X DEm (0.4″ res.), the current landslide inventory of the area, and data acquired from geological maps. By comparing the distributions of four variables in the landslide and non-landslide area with grid computation methods, the model yields landslide susceptibility estimates for the study area. The estimations show to what extent a certain area is similar to the sample areas, therefore, its likelihood to be affected by landslides in the future. The accuracy of the model predictions was checked in the field and compared to the results of our previous study using the SRTm-1 DEm for a similar analysis. The model gave accurate estimates when certain correction measures were applied to the input datasets. The limitations of the model, the input datasets, and the suggested correction measures are also discussed.

Default or profit scoring credit systems?Evidence from European and US peer-to-peer lending markets

For the emerging peer-to-peer(P2P)lending markets to survive,they need to employ credit-risk management practices such that an investor base is profitable in the long ***,credit-risk management relies on credit scoring that predicts loans’probability of *** this paper,we use a profit scoring approach that is based on modeling the annualized adjusted internal rate of returns of *** validate our profit scoring models with traditional credit scoring models,we use data from a European P2P lending market,Bondora,and also a random sample of loans from the Lending Club P2P lending *** compare the out-of-sample accuracy and profitability of the credit and profit scoring models within several classes of statistical and machine learning models including the following:logistic and linear regression,lasso,ridge,elastic net,random forest,and neural *** found that our approach outperforms standard credit scoring models for Lending Club and Bondora *** specifically,as opposed to credit scoring models,returns across all loans are 24.0%(Bondora)and 15.5%(Lending Club)higher,whereas accuracy is 6.7%(Bondora)and 3.1%(Lending Club)higher for the proposed profit scoring ***,our results are not driven by manual selection as profit scoring models suggest investing in more ***,even if we consider data sampling bias,we found that the set of superior models consists almost exclusively of profit scoring ***,our results contribute to the literature by suggesting a paradigm shift in modeling credit-risk in the P2P market to prefer profit as opposed to credit-risk scoring models.

Quality of life outcomes in children after surgery for hirschsprung disease and anorectal malformations:a systematic review and meta-analysis

Background No systematic review and meta-analysis to date has examined multiple child and parent-reported social and physical quality of life(QoL)in pediatric populations affected by hirschsprung’s disease(hD)and anorectal malformations(ARm).The objective of this systematic review is to quantitatively summarize the parent-reported and child-reported psychosocial and physical functioning scores of such *** Records were sourced from the CENTRAL,EmBASE,and mEDLINE *** that reported child and parent reported QoL in children with hD and ARm,regardless of surgery intervention,versus children without hD and ARm,were *** primary outcome was the psychosocial functioning scores,and the secondary outcomes were the presence of postoperative constipation,postoperative obstruction symptoms,fecal incontinence,and enterocolitis.A random effects meta-analysis was *** Twenty-three studies were included in the systematic review,with 11 studies included in the ***,1678 total pediatric patients with hD and ARm underwent surgery vs 392 healthy *** parent-reported standardized mean(Sm)scores showed better social functioning after surgery(Sm 91.79,95%CI(80.3 to 103.3),I2=0).The pooled standardized mean difference(SmD)showed evidence for parent-reported incontinence but not for constipation in children with hD and ARm after surgery that had a lower mean QoL score compared with the normal population(SmD−1.24(-1.79 to–0.69),I2=76%and SmD−0.45,95%CI(−1.12 to 0.21),I2=75%).The pooled prevalence of child-reported constipation was 22%(95%CI(16%to 28%),I2=0%).The pooled prevalence of parent-reported postoperative obstruction symptoms was 61%(95%CI(41%to 81%),I2=41%).Conclusion The results demonstrate better social functioning after surgery,lower QoL scores for incontinence versus controls,and remaining constipation and postoperative obstruction symptoms after surgery in children with hD and ARm.

BACKGROUND Previous meta-analyses,with many limitations,have described the beneficial nature of minimal invasive *** To compare all modalities of esophagectomies to each other from the results of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)in a network meta-analysis(NmA).mEThODS We conducted a systematic search of the mEDLINE,EmBASE,Reference Citation Analysis(https://***/)and CENTRAL databases to identify RCTs according to the following population,intervention,control,outcome(commonly known as PICO):P:Patients with resectable esophageal cancer;I/C:Transthoracic,transhiatal,minimally invasive(thoracolaparoscopic),hybrid,and robot-assisted esophagectomy;O:Survival,total adverse events,adverse events in subgroups,length of hospital stay,and blood *** used the Bayesian approach and the random effects *** presented the geometry of the network,results with probabilistic statements,estimated intervention effects and their 95% confidence interval(CI),and the surface under the cumulative ranking curve to rank the *** We included 11 studies in our *** found a significant difference in postoperative pulmonary infection,which favored the minimally invasive intervention compared to transthoracic surgery(risk ratio 0.49;95%CI:0.23 to 0.99).The operation time was significantly shorter for the transhiatal approach compared to transthoracic surgery(mean difference-85 min;95%CI:-150 to-29),hybrid intervention(mean difference-98 min;95%CI:-190 to-9.4),minimally invasive technique(mean difference-130 min;95%CI:-210 to-50),and robot-assisted esophagectomy(mean difference-150 min;95%CI:-240 to-53).Other comparisons did not yield significant *** Based on our results,the implication of minimally invasive esophagectomy should be favored.

Deductive way of reasoning about the internet AS level topology

Our current understanding about the AS level topology of the Internet is based on measurements and inductive-type models which set up rules describing the behavior （node and edge dynamics） of the individual ASes and generalize the consequences of these individual actions for the complete AS ecosystem using induction. In this paper we suggest a third, deductive approach in which we have premises for the whole AS system and the consequences of these premises are determined through deductive reasoning. We show that such a deductive approach can give complementary insights into the topological properties of the AS graph. While inductive models can mostly reflect high level statistics （e.g., degree distribution, clustering, diameter）, deductive reasoning can identify omnipresent subgraphs and peering likelihood. We also propose a model, called YEAS, incorporating our deductive analytical findings that produces topologies contain both traditional and novel metrics for the AS level Internet.
