Let D be an integral domain, ψ（D）（resp., t-ψ（D）） be the set of all valuation （resp., t-valuation） ideals of D, and w-P（D） be the set of primary w-ideals of D. Let D[X] be the polynomial ring over 19, c（f） be the ideal of D generated by the coefficients of f ∈ D[X], and Nv = {f∈ D[X] ｜ c（f）v = D}. In this paper, we study integral domains D in which w-P（D） t-ψ（D）, t-ψ（D） w-P（D）, or t-ψ（D） = w-P（D）. We also study the relationship between t-ψ（D） and ψ（D[X]Nv）, and characterize when t-ψ（A ＋ XB[X]） w-P（A ＋ XB[X]） holds for a proper extension A c B of integral domains.

Rolling Stability Enhancement via Balancing Tail for a Water-running Robot

Running on water produces very energy-efficient and fast motion in water environments. Many studies have been performed to develop bio-inspired water-running robots. To achieve good performance, the lifting force is very important for a robot to be able to run on water. The loss of lifting force is associated with the rolling stability of the robot on water. The purpose of this study is to improve the rolling stability of a water-running robot through the periodic motion of a balancing tail. Kinematic analysis was performed to calculate the motions of the legs and the tail, and static analysis was performed to calculate the balancing effect of the tail motion. A numerical model was suggested to determine the dynamic performance of the robotic platform based on kinematic and static results. A simulation based on the numerical model was performed, and the results were compared with empirical data from a robot prototype. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data in terms of rolling stability The lifting force has only a slight effect. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for designing a stable water-running robot.

A critical challenge hindering the practical application of lithium–oxygen batteries(LOBs)is the inevitable problems associated with liquid electrolytes,such as evaporation and safety *** study addresses these problems by proposing a modified polyrotaxane(mPR)-based solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)design that simultaneously mitigates solvent-related problems and improves ***-SPE exhibits high ion conductivity(2.8×10^(−3)S cm^(−1)at 25℃)through aligned ion conduction pathways and provides electrode protection ability through hydrophobic chain *** this mPR-SPE into solid-state LOBs resulted in stable potentials over 300 *** situ Raman spectroscopy reveals the presence of an LiO_(2)intermediate alongside Li_(2)O_(2)during oxygen *** situ X-ray diffraction confirm the ability of the SPE to hinder the permeation of oxygen and moisture,as demonstrated by the air permeability *** present study suggests that maintaining a low residual solvent while achieving high ionic conductivity is crucial for restricting the sub-reactions of solid-state LOBs.

The insistent demand for space-controllable delivery,which reduces the side effects of non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),has led to the development of a new theranostics-based approach for anti-inflammatory *** current anti-inflammatory treatments can be improved by designing a drug delivery system responsive to the inflammatory site biomarker,hydrogen polysulfide(H_(2)S_(n)).Here,we report a noveltheranostic agent 1(TA1),consisting of three parts:H_(2)S_(n)-mediated triggering part,a two-photon fluorophore bearing mitochondria targeting unit(Rhodol-TPP),and anti-inflammatory COX inhibitor(indomethacin).In vitro experiments showed that TA1 selectively reacts with H_(2)S_(n)to concomitantly release both Rhodol-TPP and ***-microscopy imaging of inflammation-inducedlive cells suggested that TA1 is localized in the mitochondria where the H_(2)S_(n)is *** TA1 reacted with H_(2)S_(n)in the endogenous and exogenous H_(2)S_(n)environments and in lipopolysaccharide treated inflammatory ***,TA1 suppressed COX-2 level in the inflammatory-induced cells and prostaglandin E 2(PGE2)level in blood serum from inflammation-induced mouse *** vivo experiments with inflammation-induced mouse models suggested that TA1 exhibits inflammation-site-elective drug release followed by significant therapeutic e ects,showing its function as a theranostic agent,capable of both anti-inflammatory therapy and precise *** behavior of TA1 is highly applicable in vivo model therapeutics for the inflammatory disease.

Since the first report of amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O based thin film transistors,interest in oxide semiconductors has *** offer high mobility,low off-current,low process temperature,and wide flexibility for compositions and ***,depositing oxide semiconductors using conventional processes like physical vapor deposition leads to problematic issues,especially for high-resolution displays and highly integrated memory *** approaches have limited process flexibility and poor conformality on structured *** layer deposition(ALD)is an advanced technique which can provide conformal,thickness-controlled,and high-quality thin film ***,studies on ALD based oxide semiconductors have dramatically increased *** so,the relationships between the film properties of ALD-oxide semiconductors and the main variables associated with deposition are still poorly understood,as are many issues related to *** this review,to introduce ALD-oxide semiconductors,we provide:(a)a brief summary of the history and importance of ALD-based oxide semiconductors in industry,(b)a discussion of the benefits of ALD for oxide semiconductor deposition(in-situ composition control in vertical distribution/vertical structure engineering/chemical reaction and film properties/insulator and interface engineering),and(c)an explanation of the challenging issues of scaling oxide semiconductors and ALD for industrial *** review provides valuable perspectives for researchers who have interest in semiconductor materials and electronic device applications,and the reasons ALD is important to applications of oxide semiconductors.

Microstructure and texture of Ti-Nb-Si based alloys, prepared by water quenching from β-phase field, cold rolling and recrystallization heat treatment followed by water quenching, were investigated in terms of optical microstructure and analysis of X-ray pole figure result. In as-quenched sample, relatively random distribution of pole figure was detected without showing a specific texture component. In as-cold rolled sample, however, it is found well-developed several texture components consisting of rotated cube, α-fiber and γ-fiber texture components which are frequently observed in bcc-structured metals and alloys were found. Therefore, texture components developed in the present alloys are closely related to the deformation of β-phase even though small amount of α″ phase co-exist in the microstructure. In recrystallized sample, α-fiber texture component is weakly detected while the other texture components, rotated cube and γ-fiber components, appears to be relatively unchanged. No additional texture components were detected besides those texture components observed in the cold rolled samples.

To enable the computer-aided design of vertically stacked two-dimensional(2D)van der Waals(vdW)heterostructure devices,we here introduce a non-equilibrium first-principles simulation method based on the multi-space constrained-search density functional *** it to graphene/few-layer hBN/graphene field-effect transistors,we show that the negative differential resistance(NDR)characteristics can be produced not only from the gating-induced mismatch between two graphene Dirac cones in energy-momentum space but from the bias-dependent energetic shift of defect ***,for a carbon atom substituted for a nitrogen atom(C_(N))within inner hBN layers,the increase of bias voltage is found to induce a self-consistent electron filling of in-gap C_(N)states,which in turn changes voltage drop profiles and produces symmetric NDR *** the CN placed on outer hBN layers,however,the pinning of C_(N)states to nearby graphene significantly modifies device characteristics,demonstrating the critical impact of atomic details for 2D vdW devices.

BACKGROUND Primary hepatic sarcoma is a rare tumor originated from mesenchymal *** are various pathologic types of primary hepatic sarcoma and the treatment outcome of this tumor was usually *** hepatocellular carcinoma,outcome of primary hepatic sarcoma is not well-known due to it’s ***,with development of medical technology,surgical treatment may lead to better *** To investigate the surgical outcomes of primary hepatic sarcoma,we gathered and analyzed the cases of a single *** From August 2001 to September 2016,a total of nine patients were surgically treated for primary hepatic sarcoma after exclusion of cases with open and closure,early loss to follow-up and sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma and sarcomatoid cholangiocellular *** characteristics,tumor characteristics such as tumor pathology,size and number,surgical and adjuvant treatments were *** recurrence,and patient survival were analyzed with retrospective *** The enrolled participants included five patients with angiosarcoma and four patients with undifferentiated *** patients experienced tumor recurrence at a median of 52 post-operative *** two patients survived and the 5-year survival rate was 29.6%.One patient with angiosarcoma who received central hepatectomy for primary tumor and received radiofrequency ablation for recurrent tumor still lives for 11 *** patient with undifferentiated sarcoma received *** for primary tumor followed by chemotherapy and radiation therapy still lives around 30 mo even though she got additional operation for recurrent *** patients who received living donor liver transplantation due to angiosarcoma *** adjuvant therapy was associated with survival gain(P=0.002).CONCLUSION Patients with primary hepatic sarcoma may gain survival benefit with surgical resection followed by adjuvant therapy,even though the outcome remains relatively poor

From the medical history of traditional Eastern Asian and Tibetan medicine, the origin and development of moxibustion seems to be closely related to Mongolia. To explore the current clinical practice of moxibustion in Mongolia, we visited a teaching hospital, the Traditional Medical Science, Technology and Production Corporation of Mongolia, in February 2014. Many types of moxibustion are found to be used, and various modalities and methods are practiced based on the principles of traditional Mongolian medicine. In particular, Mongolian drug moxibustion, which uses small butter-warmed bags packed with powdered aromatic herbs instead of moxa cones, is a unique moxibustion technique not found in other countries. In this paper, we introduce the clinical practice of moxibustion, specifically Mongolian drug moxibustion in Mongolia.
