Al-Si-Fe based alloys are attractive light-weight structural materials for automotive engine components because of their high wear resistance, low density and low thermal expansion. Al-17Si 5Fe-2Cu-lMg-lNi-lZr alloys were produced in compact form by a spark plasma sintering （SPS） technique using gas atomized powders. The mean grain size of the compact was 530 nm, and fine equiaxed grains and uniformly distributed precipitates were observed in the compact. The compressive deformation behavior of the SPSed materials was examined at various temperatures and strain rates. All the true stress-true strain curves showed steady state flow after reaching peak stress. The peak stress decreased with increasing test temperature and decreasing strain rate. In the deformed specimens, the equiaxed grain morphology and the dislocation microstructure within the equiaxed grains were observed. These facts strongly indicated the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization during high temperature deformation of the present alloy.

Objective: Atopic dermatitis(AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that may be linked to changes in the gut microbiome. Acupuncture has been proven to be effective in reducing AD symptoms without serious adverse events, but its underlying mechanism is not completely understood. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the potential effect of acupuncture on AD is gut ***: AD-like skin lesions were induced by applying MC903 topically to the cheek of the *** was done at the Gok-Ji(LI11) acupoints. AD-like symptoms were assessed by lesion scores,scratching behavior, and histopathological changes; intestinal barrier function was measured by fecal output, serum lipopolysaccharide levels, histopathological changes, and mRNA expression of markers involved in intestinal permeability and inflammation. Gut microbiota was profiled using 16S rRNA gene sequencing from fecal ***: Acupuncture effectively improved chronic itch as well as the AD-like skin lesions with epidermal thickening, and also significantly altered gut microbiota structure as revealed by β-diversity indices and analysis of similarities. These beneficial effects were eliminated by antibiotic depletion of gut microbiota,but were reproduced in gut microbiota-depleted mice that received a fecal microbiota transplant from acupuncture-treated mice. Interestingly, AD mice had intestinal barrier dysfunction as indicated by increased intestinal permeability, atrophy of the mucosal structure(reduced villus height and crypt depth), decreased expression of tight junctions and mucus synthesis genes, and increased expression of inflammatory mediators in the ileum. BACKGROUND In rhinoplasty,calcification around silicone implants is frequently observed in the tip dorsum(TD)***,based on a review of various literature,it is presumed that calcification in silicone implants occurs due to both inflammatory chemical reactions and physical friction against the *** calcification of nasal silicone implants not only results in the functional loss of the implants,but also leads to material ***,there is a lack of research on calcification of nasal silicone implants in the current *** To elucidate various clinical characteristics of calcification around nasal silicone implants,using histological and radiological *** This study analyzed data from 16 patients of calcified nasal implants,who underwent revision rhinoplasty for various reasons after undergoing augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone *** collected data included information on implant duration,implant types,location of calcification,presence of inflammatory reactions,and computed tomography(CT)*** The most common location of calcification,as visually analyzed,was in the TD area,accounting for 56%.Additionally,the analysis of CT scans revealed a trend of increasing Hounsfield Unit values for calcification with the duration of implantation,although this trend was not statistically significant(P=0.139).CONCLUSION Our study shows that reducing the frequency of calcification may be achievable by using softer silicone implants and by minimizing the damage to perioperative tissues.

Effects of heavy rainfall on the composition of airborne bacterial communities

Wet deposition scavenges particles and particle-associated bacteria from the air column, but the impact of raindrops on various surfaces on Earth causes emission of surface-associated bacteria into the air column. Thus, after rainfall, these two mechanisms are expected to cause changes in airborne bacterial community composition （BCC）. In this study, aerosol samples were collected at a suburban site in Seoul, Korea before and after three heavy rainfall events in April, May, and July 2011. BCC was investigated by pyrosequencing the 16S rRNA gene in aerosol samples. Interestingly, the relative abundance of non-spore forming Actinobacteria operational taxonomic units （OTUs） was always higher in post-rain aerosol samples. In particular, the absolute and relative abundances of airborne Propionibacteriaceae always increased after rainfall, whereas those of airborne Firmicutes, including Carnobacteriaceae and Clostridiales, consistently decreased. Marine bacterial sequences, which were temporally important in aerosol samples, also decreased after rainfall events. Further, increases in pathogen-like sequences were often observed in post-rain air samples. Rainfall events seemed to affect airborne BCCs by the combined action of the two mechanisms, with potentially adverse effects on human and plant health.

The corrosion performance of high pressure die-cast Al？6Si？3Ni （SN63） and Al-6Si-3Ni-2Cu （SNC632） alloys in 3.5%（mass fraction） NaCl solution was investigated. X-ray diffraction （XRD） and microstructural studies revealed the presence of singlephase Si and binary Al3Ni/Al3Ni2 phases along the grain boundary. Besides, the single Cu phase was also identified at the grainboundaries of the SNC632 alloy. Electrochemical corrosion results revealed that, the SNC632 alloy exhibited nobler shift incorrosion potential （φcorr）, lower corrosion current density （Jcorr） and higher corrosion resistance compared to the SN63 *** circuit curve fitting analysis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） results revealed the existence of twointerfaces between the electrolyte and substrate. The surface layer and charge transfer resistance （Rct） of the SNC632 alloy was higherthan that of the SN63 alloy. Immersion corrosion test results also confirmed the lower corrosion rate of the SNC632 alloy andsubstantiated the electrochemical corrosion results. Cu addition improved the corrosion resistance, which was mainly attributed to theabsence of secondary Cu containing intermetallic phases in the SNC632 alloy and Cu presented as single phase.

Metaverse is one of the main technologies in the daily lives of several people,such as education,tour systems,and mobile application ***,the number of users of mobile metaverse applications is increasing owing to the merit of accessibility *** provide an improved service,it is important to analyze online reviews that contain user *** previous studies have utilized traditional methods,such as the structural equation model(SEM)and technology acceptance method(TAM)for exploring user satisfaction,using limited survey *** methods may not be appropriate for analyzing the users of mobile *** overcome this limitation,several researchers perform user experience analysis through online reviews and star ***,some online reviews occasionally have inconsistencies between the star rating and the sentiment of the *** variation disturbs the performance of machine *** alleviate the inconsistencies,Valence Aware Dictionary and sEntiment Reasoner(VADER),which is a sentiment classifier based on lexicon,is *** current study aims to build a more accurate sentiment classifier based on machine learning with *** this study,five sentiment classifiers are used,such as Naïve Bayes,K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Logistic Regression,Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LightGBM),and Categorical boosting algorithm(Catboost)with three embedding methods(Bag-of-Words(BoW),Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF),Word2Vec).The results show that classifiers that apply VADER outperform those that do not apply VADER,excluding one classifier(Logistic Regression with Word2Vec).Moreover,LightGBM with TF-IDF has the highest accuracy 88.68%among other models.

A factor analysis was applied to soil geochemical data to define anomalies related to buried Pb-Zn mineralization.A favorable main factor with a strong association of the elements Zn,Cu and Pb,related to mineralization,was selected for *** median+2 MAD(median absolute deviation)method of exploratory data analysis(EDA)and C-A(concentration-area)fractal modeling were then applied to the Mahalanobis distance,as defined by Zn,Cu and Pb from the factor analysis to set the thresholds for defining multi-element *** a result,the median+2 MAD method more successfully identified the Pb-Zn mineralization than the C-A fractal *** soil anomaly identified by the median+2 MAD method on the Mahalanobis distances defined by three principal elements(Zn,Cu and Pb)rather than thirteen elements(Co,Zn,Cu,V,Mo,Ni,Cr,Mn,Pb,Ba,Sr,Zr and Ti)was the more favorable reflection of the ore *** identified soil geochemical anomalies were compared with the in situ economic Pb-Zn ore bodies for *** results showed that the median+2 MAD approach is capable of mapping both strong and weak geochemical anomalies related to buried Pb-Zn mineralization,which is therefore useful at the reconnaissance drilling stage.
