A critical challenge hindering the practical application of lithium–oxygen batteries(LOBs)is the inevitable problems associated with liquid electrolytes,such as evaporation and safety *** study addresses these problems by proposing a modified polyrotaxane(mPR)-based solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)design that simultaneously mitigates solvent-related problems and improves ***-SPE exhibits high ion conductivity(2.8×10^(−3)S cm^(−1)at 25℃)through aligned ion conduction pathways and provides electrode protection ability through hydrophobic chain *** this mPR-SPE into solid-state LOBs resulted in stable potentials over 300 *** situ Raman spectroscopy reveals the presence of an LiO_(2)intermediate alongside Li_(2)O_(2)during oxygen *** situ X-ray diffraction confirm the ability of the SPE to hinder the permeation of oxygen and moisture,as demonstrated by the air permeability *** present study suggests that maintaining a low residual solvent while achieving high ionic conductivity is crucial for restricting the sub-reactions of solid-state LOBs.

Although medical treatment has been shown to improve quality of life and prolong survival,no significant progress has been made in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer(AGC)within the last two ***,the choice of optimum standard first-line chemotherapy regimen for AGC remains debatable,and most responses to chemotherapy are partial and of short duration,with a median survival of approximately 7-11 mo and survival at 2 years rarely more than 10%.Recently,remarkable progress in tumor biology has led to the development of new agents that target critical aspects of oncogenic *** AGC,several molecular targeting agents are now under evaluation in international randomized studies,and trastuzumab,an anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody,has shown antitumor activity against HER-2 positive ***, this benefit is limited to only about 20%of patients with AGC(patients with HER-2 positive AGC).Therefore,there remains a critical need for both the development of more effective agents and the identification of predictive and prognostic molecular markers to select those patients who will benefit most from specific chemotherapeutic regimens and targeted therapies.

A basic study on the feasibility of producing ferrochrome (silicon) alloys using Si sludge waste collected from the silicon ingot cutting process was carried out, and the effects of the addition of carbon components, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the silicothermic reduction of chromium ore by Si sludge were studied. The cordierite (Mg2Al4Si5O18) phase was generated in the slag, and the Fe-Cr(-Si)-C alloy was formed by the silicothermic reduction. Moreover, the addition of carbon powder lowered the reduction initiating temperature, and the reduction ratio based on the oxygen content was evaluated at around 68-88% at 1573 K, which increased with an increase in carbon. however, it was difficult to find a significant difference in the reduction behavior in response to increasing the holding time. The reduced fer-rochrome (Fe-Cr) metal alloy droplets coalesced more intensively with an increase in reduction temperature, and for manufacturing the Fe-Cr alloy, it is estimated that a temperature of 1773 K or higher is required for good separation of the slag and the metal. Furthermore, the metallization ratio was defined, and higher values are evaluated for Fe than for Cr.

Increasing rates of antimicrobial resistance to clarithromycin and metronidazole present challenges in maintaining optimal eradication *** of local antibiotic resistance and consumption pattern is important in selecting a reliable *** addition,adverse effect profiles of therapeutic regimens are important and must be addressed to enhance compliance *** methods of enhancing the eradication rates of Helicobacter pylori(***)have been investigated,including changing combinations or durations of established drugs,adding adjuvant drugs,or development of new molecules or ***-containing quadruple,sequential,concomitant,and levofloxacin-based triple therapies are replacing the long-standing standard of the triple *** the encouraging results of these regimens,individualized approaches like treatment after antibiotics resistance test or CYP2C19genotyping would be the mainstream of future *** scientific,economic,and technical problems make these advance therapies unfit for widespread use,future development for *** therapy should be directed to overcome individualized antibiotic *** various novel regimens and additive agents have indicated favorable outcomes,more studies or validations are needed to become a mainstream *** therapy.

Endoscopic resection,particularly endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),is widely used as a standard treatment modality for early gastric cancer(EGC)when the risk of lymph node metastasis is *** with surgical gastrectomy,ESD is a minimally invasive procedure with additional advantages,such as preservation of the entire stomach and maintenance of the patient’s quality of ***,not all patients achieve curative resection after ESD of *** patients require surgical gastrectomy after ESD to achieve a curative *** surgery after ESD,owing to non-curative resection,places considerable emotional and financial burdens on ***,as the number of endoscopists performing ESD has increased,the rate of non-curative resection after ESD has increased *** order to decrease the non-curative resection rate,as well as determine the ideal rate of non-curative resection after ESD,it is time to consider quality indicators for the outcomes of ESD for EGC.

Despite numerous advances in treatment options,advanced gastric cancer(AGC)remains a major public health issue and the leading cause of cancer-related *** is one of the most effective broadspectrum anticancer drugs for AGC and a doublet combination regimen of either cisplatin-based or 5-fluorouracil(5FU)-based chemotherapy is generally used for treatment of patients with ***,there is still no consensus on the best regimen for treating ***,various new chemotherapeutic agents,including oral 5FU,taxanes,and irinotecan,have been identified as improving the outcomes for AGC when used as a single agent or in combination with nonplatinum ***,it is still unclear whether non-platinum-based chemotherapy is a viable treatment option for patients with ***,this review focuses on the efficacy and tolerability of non-platinum-based chemotherapy for patients with AGC.

Metal halide perovskites have emerged as promising light-emitting materials for next-generation displays owing to their remarkable material characteristics including broad color tunability,pure color emission with remarkably narrow bandwidths,high quantum yield,and solution *** recent advances have pushed the luminance efficiency of monochromic perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)to their theoretical limits,their current fabrication using the spincoating process poses limitations for fabrication of full-color *** integrate PeLEDs into full-color display panels,it is crucial to pattern red–green–blue(RGB)perovskite pixels,while mitigating issues such as cross-contamination and reductions in luminous ***,we present state-of-the-art patterning technologies for the development of full-color ***,we highlight recent advances in the development of efficient ***,we discuss various patterning techniques of MPHs(i.e.,photolithography,inkjet printing,electron beam lithography and laserassisted lithography,electrohydrodynamic jet printing,thermal evaporation,and transfer printing)for fabrication of RGB pixelated *** patterning techniques can be classified into two distinct approaches:in situ crystallization patterning using perovskite precursors and patterning of colloidal perovskite *** review highlights advancements and limitations in patterning techniques for PeLEDs,paving the way for integrating PeLEDs into full-color panels.
