In this study,the Lattice Boltzmann Method(LBM)is implemented through a finite-volume approach to perform 2-D,incompressible,and turbulent fluid flow analyses on structured *** though the approach followed in this study necessitates more computational effort compared to the standard LBM(the so called stream and collide scheme),using the finite-volume method,the known limitations of the stream and collide scheme on lattice to be uniform and Courant-Friedrichs-Lewy(CFL)number to be one are ***,the curved boundaries in the computational domain are handled more accurately with less *** improvements pave the way for the possibility of solving fluid flow problems with the LBM using coarser grids that are refined only where it is necessary and the boundary layers might be resolved better.

Recent studies have shown that the glycation-associated damage is not limited to patients with diabetes. Because of their association with ox- idative stress, advanced glycation end-products （AGEs） have also been implicated in many neurodegenerative diseases, such as Huntington disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and Alzheimer disease （Yan et al., 1996; Ma and Nicholson, 2004）. As in other age-dependent neurode- generative diseases of the brain, oxidative stress-associated age-depen- dent pathogenic processes are not unexpected in glaucoma because this disease is also more common in the elderly （Tezel et al. 2007）.

This article is devoted to the study of the system of indicators characterizing thevolume, structure and efficiency of the functioning of fixed assets of theproduction and non-production areas of the region based on the index *** factorial index analysis, models of the relationship between the grossregional product, the cost of fixed assets and capital productivity (capitalintensity) of industries producing goods and providing services were obtained,to identify reserves for increasing of the analyzed indicators. The obtainedresults indicate a trend towards significant decrease in capital productivity inthe production sector, which should become the basis for making managerialdecisions at the regional level to attract investment. They can be used in thepractice of macroeconomic analysis and forecasting, for detailing the factors fordetermining the potential of economic sectors, the efficiency of using fixedassets, and attracting investments.

A cross-sectional study of post-COVID syndrome at a tertiary care center in Turkey

Objective:To investigate long-term symptoms after acute COVID-19,the link between symptoms and respiratory function,radiological changes in the post-COVID period,and risk factors for post-COVID ***:In this cross-sectional study,123 participants who were admitted within the first 3 months were categorized as group 1,and those who applied after 3 months were categorized as group *** to thoracic imaging and pulmonary function tests,patients were split into 3 groups as mild,moderate and ***:At least one symptom was present in 91.9%and 61.8%in acute and post-COVID period,*** function tests were normal in 60(70.6%)in the first three months,and 30(78.9%)in 91-days to 1-year period after acute COVID-19 *** 3 months,22.4%of chest X-rays and 7.9%of computerized tomography revealed *** who developed acute complications(OR 9.91,95%CI 1.93-50.87),had 2 or more symptoms at admission(OR 7.73,95%CI 2.56-23.33),had 1%to 14%CT involvement(OR 3.05,95%CI 1.06-8.79),or had 50%or more CT involvement(OR 14.68,95%CI 1.24-172.55)had a higher risk of developing post-COVID ***:COVID-19 symptoms can last for long *** of symptoms,acute complications,and the extent of radiological involvement may all contribute to elevated risk of post-COVID *** a result,patients with COVID-19 should be checked for long-term clinical difficulties on regular basis.

The development of agro-industrial complex is important for ensuring national food security and national *** development of rural areas is subject to the development of agriculture and local infrastructure,as well as the availability of various *** study selected 15 indicators in 2021 to analyze the employment and development levels in rural areas of 71 regions of the Russian Federation using the analytical grouping *** results indicated that 20 regions(Group 1)had the highest percentage of rural population(33.10%).The percentage of population engaged in agriculture had the highest value(12.40%)in 31 regions(Group 2).Moreover,20 regions(Group 3)had the highest investments in fixed assets at the expense of municipal budget(11.80 USD/person).Increasing the investments in fixed assets carried out from the budget of the municipality can improve the employment level in rural ***,we used cluster analysis to divide 14 regions of the Volga Federal District in the Russian Federation into 3 *** 1 covered Kirov Region and Republic of Mari El;Cluster 2 included Ulyanovsk Region,Saratov Region,Nizhny Novgorod Region,Perm Territory,Orenburg Region,Chuvash Region,and Republic of Mordovia;and Cluster 3 contained Republic of Tatarstan,Samara Region,Udmurtian Republic,Penza Region,and Republic of *** indicated that the 2 regions of Cluster 1 need to increase the availability of resources and natural gas and improve the investment attractiveness of rural *** 7 regions of Cluster 2 needed to develop infrastructure,public services,and agricultural *** found the highest employment level in rural areas,the largest investments in fixed assets at the expense of municipal budget,the largest residential building area per 10,000 persons,and the largest individual residential building area in the 5 regions of Cluster *** study makes it possible to draw up a comprehensive regional development program and proves the

Gastrointestinal stromal tumours(GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal tumours of the gastrointestinal tract,but they represent less than 3% of all gastrointestinal tract *** is a detailed case study of a 52-yearold male patient treated for very uncommon histological subtype of gastric GIST with atypical clinical presentation,asymptomatic progress and late *** resected tumour,giant in diameters,was confirmed to represent the most rare histopathologic subtype of GISTs- sarcomatoid epithelioid *** report this case and review the literature with a special focus on pathomorphological evaluation,biological aggressiveness and prognostic *** our knowledge this is the first report of giant GIST of very uncommon sarcomatoid epithelioid *** is concluded that clinicians should pay attention to the fact that initial diagnosis may be delayed due to mildly asymptomatic and non-specific clinical *** tumours diagnosed at a late stage,which is often the case,can be large on *** for patients diagnosed with GIST depend on tumour size,mitotic rate,histopathologic subtype and tumour *** is why early diagnosis and R0 resection,which is usually feasible and safe even in giant gastric sarcomatoid epithelioid subtype of GISTs,are the key factors for further treatment and good prognosis.
