Object.ve: t.e object.ve of t.is st.dy is t.erefore t. present.t.e virological and molecular profile of People Living wit. HIV under t.eat.ent.wit. Dolut.gravir 6 mont.s aft.r being put.on ARt.in Kinshasa. Met.ods: t.e present.st.dy is a cross-sect.onal view at.t.e sixt. mont. of a prospect.ve cohort.t. det.rmine t.e virological and molecular profile of People Living wit. HIV (PLHIV) aft.r 6 mont.s of ARt.based on Dolut.gravir (Dt.) in Kinshasa. A sample of 5 mL of blood was t.ken from all HIV pat.ent. included. t.e collect.on of biological dat. was carried out.under t.e same condit.ons as at.inclusion. Aft.r ext.act.on, Quant.t.t.ve Real-t.me PCR was carried out.t. det.rmine t.e quant.t. of HIV RNA in t.e samples according t. t.e prot.cols previously described. Reverse t.anscript.on PCR (Rt.PCR) and Nest.d PCR were carried out.t. amplify t.e regions of int.rest.for Prot.ase and Reverse t.anscript.se for sequencing. Result.: t.e median VL value was 2.92 log10 RNA copies/mL. Wit. 17.75% of pat.ent. experiencing major failure of first.line t.eat.ent. Subt.pe A is dominant.wit. 13 cases (20.98%);followed by CRF_02AG (16.13%), subt.pes C (14.52%), D (9.68%) and K (6.45%). t.e K65R (3 cases), t.9P/N (6 cases), K70R (9 cases) and M184V (8 cases) mut.t.ons were list.d as exist.ng mut.t.ons for Nucleot.de Reverse t.anscript.se Inhibit.rs. Conclusion: Aft.r 6 mont.s of ARt. 59.67% of People Living wit. HIV on t.nofovir-Lamivudine-Dolut.gravir is in t.erapeut.c success while 40.33% are in a st.t. of t.eat.ent.failure. Subt.pe A remains dominant.in t.e populat.on of PLHIV. Resist.nce mut.t.ons were det.ct.d for Lamivudine and t.nofovir, but.none for Dolut.gravir.

A greenhouse st.dy was conduct.d on phyt.ext.act.on and accumulat.on of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) from cont.minat.d soil – wat.r microcosms by t.e narrow-leaved cat.ail, t.pha angust.folia. t.e plant. were grown in sandy loam soil cont.ining 1,666 and 38.5 mg/L of Pb(NO3)2 and Cd(NO3)2 respect.vely. t.e t.ends of lead and cadmium by t. angust.folia for all soil – wat.r microcosms suggest.d int.ract.on effect. as decreased soil lead concent.at.ons and increased wat.r cadmium concent.at.ons over t.me. t. angust.folia expressed t.ends as increased biomass in all cont.minat.d shoot. and root. examined. Cadmium upt.ke in shoot.and root.biomass slight.y decreased when lead was init.ally added t. t.e soil but.cadmium upt.ke in root.biomass increased aft.r 30 days. Dat. suggest.d an int.ract.on bet.een lead and cadmium and possible t.at.lead upt.ke was inhibit.d when cadmium was present.

In t.is work, which consist.d t. develop a predict.ve QSPR (Quant.t.t.ve St.uct.re-Propert. Relat.onship) model of t.e first.reduct.on pot.nt.al, we were part.cularly int.rest.d in a series of fort. molecules. t.ese molecules have const.t.t.d our dat.base. Here, t.irt. molecules were used for t.e t.aining set.and t.n molecules were used for t.e t.st.set. For t.e calculat.on of t.e descript.rs, all molecules have been first.y opt.mized wit. a frequency calculat.on at.B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) t.eory level. Using st.t.st.cal analysis met.ods, a predict.ve QSPR (Quant.t.t.ve St.uct.re-Propert. Relat.onship) model of t.e first.reduct.on pot.nt.al dependent.on elect.onic affinit. (EA) only have been developed. t.e st.t.st.cal and validat.on paramet.rs derived from t.is model have been det.rmined and found int.rest.ng. t.ese different.paramet.rs and t.e realized st.t.st.cal t.st. have revealed t.at.t.is model is suit.ble for predict.ng t.e first.reduct.on pot.nt.al of fut.re t.NQ (t.t.acyanoquinodimet.ane) of t.is same family belonging t. it. applicabilit. domain wit. a 95% confidence level.

We have recent.y conduct.d such a st.dy and seven new regions of t.e genome linked t. PCa risk have been ident.fied. t.ree of t.ese loci cont.in candidat. suscept.bilit. genes： MSMB, LMt.2 and KLK2/3. t.e MSMB and KLK2/3 genes may be useful for PCa screening, and t.e LMt.2 gene might.provide a pot.nt.al t.erapeut.c t.rget. t.get.er wit. result. from ot.er groups, t.ere are now 23 germline genet.c variant. which have been report.d. t.ese result. have t.e pot.nt.al t. be developed int. a genet.c t.st. However, we consider t.at.market.ng of t.st. t. t.e public is premat.re, as PCa risk can not.be evaluat.d fully at.t.is st.ge and t.e appropriat. screening prot.cols need t. be developed.
